Crystal and her team were amazing! They made the entire wedding process smooth and seamless, taking care of all the details so we could simply enjoy the day. From start to finish everything went beautifully, and our guests had a wonderful time. We’re so grateful for Crystal and her team!

Where do I begin? Crystal and I first connected in December of 2021. I was so nervous in beginning the wedding planning process and knew I needed someone who was going to help me in CA while I lived out in Ohio. During our initial call, she made me feel so comfortable and confident that she would be the best professional to get the job done!

We've basically been in constant contact for the past two years. My now husband and I booked her and her team for full service planning. As a Type A bride, and someone who is incredibly picky, I'm so glad that I had Crystal by my side! Crystal did an amazing job in helping us find and narrow down / contact vendors (venue, photographers, our live musician, florals, dj/mc, linens, etc.. literally everything!), attend meetings, keep track of our budget, think about all of the things we never knew were important for weddings (like insurance lol), and she did an excellent job as my acting therapist for the immense stress from cross country wedding planning. She did way more than that, but it's hard to remember everything over our long wedding planning process!!

A lot of people mention how calming Crystal's demeanor is during this whole process. If she's ever stressed, you literally cannot tell. Just being able to chat with her or text her was so helpful and comforting! If there was ever a problem, she fixed it, or proposed solutions that would fix it.

Our actual wedding day went perfectly. She and her team did a wonderful job coordinating the event (all 180+ guests) and handling all things if they came up (idk if anything did, because she was on it the entire time). We received so many raving comments from our bridal party and guests who complimented how well run our event was!!

We also utilized Crystal's dance lessons - SO helpful for our first dance! She's a great teacher and was able to teach us plenty of fun choreography, despite our two left feet.

Lastly, we booked her team for their Photo Booth services. The Photo Booth was a hit all night, the prop table was always well organized, the photos came out with perfectly clear quality, and the photos were quick to print! We loved how we could customize our photo booth print outs during the planning process.

Overall, I highly, highly recommend Crystal and her team for all of your planning needs. She's truly a professional in the industry and knows what she's doing! Crystal and her team were so helpful during the whole wedding planning process. We immediately trusted her from the start. We booked her for day of coordination, but she still checked in on us in the months leading up. She had helpful wedding planning sheets that we were able to use that kept us organized. She was available whenever we had questions and always answered them promptly. Crystal and her team brought our wedding vision to life and everything was perfect. I loved working with Crystal, we used her day of services, but she helped me stay organized and did a bunch of work before the big day! She had a great team that created a thorough schedule to keep the group organized, and we were even ahead of schedule a few times in the night! I also really enjoyed her online tools to help me plan as well.

Caitlin and Crystal were amazing to work with and they really put our minds at ease during the entire wedding planning process. They are extremely organized, detailed planners, and flawless in execution. Not only are they pros at what they do, but they are wonderful human beings. They are fun to talk to and it's like working with your friends to plan an amazing wedding. Crystal kicked things off with clear expectations and made sure we had the right level of support that met our needs. She was super responsive throughout the entire process and answered all our questions thoroughly. Caitlin and her team were in charge of the day of execution and we couldn't have asked for a better team to support us. The wedding day went exactly according to plan and it was so stress free because we knew Caitlin had everything under control. Crystal was great. She was thorough , professional and timely. She was on top of things the entire process and our wedding day was a breeze. She eased the mind and items on the plate of my bride. I was lucky enough to meet Crystal at a wedding show in Downey. She was so professional and easy going, she definitely helped me maintain my sanity throughout the planning process (VERY quick to respond to all communication). Our day went so smooth and stuck to our tight timeline!!! Her planning tools are so easy to use and VERY ORGANIZED! I can’t thank her and the team enough for their help.Crystal made sure that my husband and I were taken care of throughout the day. She goes the extra mile for her couples, example: slight hiccup with song playlists where my cake song was wrong (I was going to let it go) but Crystal had the DJ fix it and that meant THE WORLD to me, it told me how much she cared to make our day as perfect as it could be.

Without a doubt the best event planner I could have worked with. The professionalism and attention to detail is something I will forever be grateful for. I worked with Crystal through the planning and Storm on the day of event. I provided the vendors we were using and Crystal made everything happen and put it all together. We went with the day of planner service for my daughter’s Quince and were so impressed that next time around we are hiring her for the full service. At the end of the night my daughters, husband and I were able to simply get in our cars and drive away. Storm had placed all items going back with us on the car, packed her gifts and other items so that we would not be bothered with one thing. During the entire event the team was attentive to everything, kept us on time with the planning for the day and made it such an easy day for us. I would highly recommend the services.
