Ashley Mack did an incredible job coordinating my daughter’s wedding day. From the planning stages to the final moments of the celebration, her organization, calm presence, and attention to every detail did not go unnoticed. As the mother of the bride, it meant so much to be able to truly enjoy the day, knowing everything was in such capable hands. She helped bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful for her hard work and dedication. She even arranged a handmade last minute floral basket. The entire day felt effortless, and that is a testament to her talent and professionalism. Thank you Ashley for playing such an important role in one of the most meaningful days of our lives!

She was extremely organized and the follow ups between us and coordinating with the vendors made the whole process so smooth. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ashley Mack for our wedding day, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. From our final walkthrough to the rehearsal and the day of, she was punctual, organized, and ensured everything ran seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding, Ashley was always readily available via email and text, which made everything feel more at ease. Being in the event industry myself, it’s not always easy for me to let go of control, but with Ashley, I felt completely confident that she would bring my vision to life, and she did exactly that. She took all my little details I created and laid them out just how I envisioned. Every detail was executed beautifully, and the entire day flowed effortlessly. Our guests are still talking about how incredible everything was. From the staff, to the decor, to the venue, and especially the food, which everyone is still raving about! I truly wish we could relive this day over and over again. My husband and I are beyond grateful to Ashley and the So Eventful team for making our wedding day so unforgettable. -

SoEventful Wedding Services absolutely blew away our expectations. We had Cat as our day-of coordinator, and we truly can’t imagine our wedding without her.
About a month out, Cat jumped in and immediately got to work. She collaborated with us to build a detailed timeline for the entire day—from the moment the bridal party arrived all the way through the end-of-night wrap-up. About a week before the wedding, she took over communication with all of our vendors, refining the timeline and handling logistics so Megan and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
When rain showed up in the forecast, Cat was already on it. She proactively reached out days in advance, walked us through options, and worked to secure a tent as a backup. When the original option felt out of budget, her team went the extra mile to find a much more affordable solution—just to ensure our day was protected no matter what. That level of care meant everything to us.
On the wedding day itself, Cat was incredible. From the moment she arrived, she was hands-on, organized, and calm—especially for Megan. She created an environment where everything felt under control, even when things could have easily felt chaotic behind the scenes.
It’s also the little things that made the biggest difference. Making sure we had water, appetizers, and our signature drinks ready right after the ceremony… coordinating cleanup and packing without ever interrupting us… keeping everything flowing smoothly without us even noticing the effort behind it.
We genuinely wish every couple could have a coordinator like Cat. She made our day effortless, stress-free, and exactly what we hoped it would be.

Booking SoEventful for the month of package was the best decision we made for the entire wedding!!! I am the bride that loved planning my own wedding, working with our local vendors on the rentals, and organizing everything the way it should be so it could be executed. We were going back and forth for a while if it was worth the money and decided to just book it. Looking back on the month leading up to the wedding and the day of, it was worth every single penny. We get paired with Ashley M. and she was the perfect planner for my personality and wedding I had envisioned. She was the calm to my crazy and was always thinking about things that I wasn’t thinking about but were important details I needed. I was one of the brides whose venue was impacted by the hurricane season and Ashley jumped right in and helped me make a plan of attack before I made any decision. She actually met me on site a week earlier than anticipated to do a walk through and help me see that my wedding was still possible at the venue I had my heart set on for 18 months. Ashley also helped me get in contact with another hair & makeup artist after my original gal was not providing the best customer service or communication. The new gal she recommended was the best and I was so happy with the recommendation and help to get rebooked with such short notice. On the actual day of our wedding, I didn’t worry about anything. I saw Ashley in the morning when she arrived and then not again until it was time to say I Do. She took care of everything and handled anything that came her way. When we did our reception reveal, to say I was speechless was an understatement. Instant happy tears!!!! Every detail I imagined, came true. It was actually more than I ever imagined it was absolutely perfect. I can still vividly remember walking in and just being blown away. It was beyond perfect! Ashley was the silver lining to our wedding day and it would not have been the day we had without her. She is a gem for the SWFL Event Industry. -

Cece - with So Eventful - was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations we had. She made the day flow so perfectly and did an amazing job also making everything look so beautiful. She even made sure we had drinks and food while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. Cece was also incredibly kind and beyond patient with our 30 person bridal party! We could not be more thankful. -

Cece and her team were suggested through our venue (Heitman House) and we hired her for full wedding planning right away! We were engaged in 2019 and planning to get married January 2021 but due to the pandemic we decided to push our wedding back a full year. We had everything fully planned and Cece was able to help us move everything to January 2022.
Cece help us so much, we had no idea how much went into planning a wedding (and then postponing!) We got married at the courthouse on our original date and were able to go to our empty wedding venue for a short photo shoot with our families which made it so special.
We love Cece and highly recommend her to plan your wedding in swfl, she made it fun and stress free! -

I am getting choked up just sitting down to write this review. Cece was by far without a doubt the best thing that came into my life this past couple of months. Cece made every dream of ours come true. She was amazing throughout the wedding planning process. After we got off the first call with her we knew we loved her. But every step of the way she was even more amazing than we thought. She understood what we wanted and made everything happen. She designed and planned the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. Her knowledge of the local vendors and the relationships she had with them made planning a breeze. But by far the most amazing thing she gave us was our wedding day. She was so calm and attentive to every one of our needs. Not one thing went wrong and that is 100% due to Cece. I don’t think I can ever explain how much she made our wedding better than we ever could of dreamed of. Thank you a million times over -

50 days till the wedding and I was lost. I had no venue and no planner. We reached out to our rental company who had a wedding planner connection with them. My now husband contacts Cece and let her know everything and how overly stressed now his bride was. We had a walk through that Wednesday coming up after speaking with Cece she met us there only 3 days after booking her and came ready to work. We booked the venue that same night as they had a cancellation the weekend we had already planned for. Cece made every trouble for away and planned and kept in touch with all vendors from that day forward I didn’t have to worry. She was a blessing! Cece and her staff did amazing setting up and watch my dream wedding come to life with her help was amazing! I would recommend Cece 100%! -
