We paid Shana a $1200 deposit to be our daughter's Crystal Ceilings Wedding Coordinator. A "value" of $2400. What we received (when we kept emailing her) was link's to sites to call or email ourselves! Sorry but I can google a rental place and a restaurant. We were expecting someone who could help lead us to good vendors, maybe some discounts and what we received was virtually nothing! I have many emails asking for help, she lost our contact information, she didn't respond and we heard through another vendor not to expect her to do anything on the wedding day either. We have respectfully asked her to refund at least part of the money and she WILL NOT RESPOND. Shana is a con artist and totally lacks professionalism. She is a tawdry individual and we will be seeking legal advice. (We have everything in writing). No excuses for her. BEWARE!
