I cannot speak highly enough of Yaimara as a person and wedding planner - she is extraordinary and was a godsend throughout the entire wedding process. Yaimara was incredibly organized and was always available to answer my questions and guide me, which was especially helpful as we are not from the fort myers/Naples area. She truly pours her heart and soul into ensuring the bride and groom’s wedding dreams come true and even thought of beautiful designs that I never would have considered without her. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and flawless due to Yaimara’s hard work and dedication. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.

Yaimara has extensive knowledge of and numerous connections throughout the wedding industry, which makes it easy to find reasonable and reliable vendors. She obtained numerous vendor quotes and coordinated all of our meetings with vendors. The day of the wedding Yaimara took care of everything, from vendor arrivals, to setting up the venue, to ensuring the bride and groom had everything they needed. I didn’t have to think about anything expect having fun during the wedding because she handled every single thing effortlessly.

Yaimara made our day so incredibly special. She helped us through a venue change, and literally turned the new venue into an absolute dream. She was the most patient person throughout the whole wedding process. Even our guest were impressed and told us how amazing our planner was. Yaimara worked so hard on everything, including all the small details you don’t think of, such as the lines in the table clothes. I could go on forever about all the amazing things! The photos included was our first look at our reception space!

From the minute that we contacted Yaimara we knew that YC Wedding and Events were the planning service for us and we immediately hired them for event planning and design. Yaimara was so organized and was able to take my very scattered vision and turn it into a reality - I am someone who really struggles with visualizing what I want and I need to see things in order to make decisions and Yaimara catered to that every step of the way by putting together planning boards, sending pictures, and even making recommendations on how we could get our same vision but for better costs. I don't know how I would have made it through the months leading up to the wedding with Yaimara, as she truly kept me sane and on track with all of the things I needed to do. She is calm under pressure and always had a plan B for in case things didn't go to plan (everything went to plan!).

On our wedding day, Yaimara was proactive about making sure all of the details were taken care of, and she even was able to make sure that we felt ready and taken care of as well, which really added to our overall experience. Everything turned out even better than I could have imagined, our flowers were beautiful, and all of the vendors she helped us select were perfect. We are forever grateful for Yaimara and all of her work because our dream wedding could not have happened without her.

Yaimara was there all day and stayed all night to make sure that all of our decor was cleaned up and everything was ready to go. She attended our rehearsal to make sure everyone knew where to go and she made herself overly available to all of our groomsman, bridesmaids and parents in case they needed anything or had any questions.

If you have the option to work with YC Wedding and Events, I would highly recommend that you do, and you will not regret it. If I could do my day all over again, I would, because it was an amazing day.

My husband and I are SO thankful for Yaimara’s dedication to helping us make our wedding weekend amazing. Her communication along the way was incredible, as well as, her organization. We worked closely together for over a year and 3.5 months prior to our wedding day we had to find a new venue due to aftermath of hurricane Ian damage. Thanks to Yaimara’s help and hard work, we were able to seamlessly pull It off and we could not be more grateful. As for the actual wedding day, everything went as close to perfect as It could. She helped bring all of my ideas to light while also bring wonderful new ideas to my attention, while working closely with all of our (many) vendors to make our dreams come true. The most amazing wedding planner. She is so detailed oriented and so meticulous. She is so passionate about what she does and it shows. She does everything with so much love and passion. Yaimara was amazing to work with, words can't explain how much we are thankful to have had her. From our family members to our guests, everyone had something great to say about her. She outdid herself and worked so hard for Dylan and I and it truly made our day so special. She was just as excited as we were. My husband and I want any excuse to throw another party so that we can work with her again.
