We interviewed many planners in Naples, and Jacqui and Kathie were perfect as a mother daughter team as I knew Jacqui understood my design vision and Kathie and my mom bonded. They were a joy and easy to work with and really understood us through the various design questionnaires we had to fill out. When Hurricane Ian damaged our venue 3 weeks out, they worked around the clock to find a new venue so we could keep our date. They saved our wedding and it truly was spectacular and one of a kind.

Kathie and Jacqui did an amazing job! We had our destination wedding on July 14, 2018 at LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort in Naples Florida. They did an excellent job communicating with all the vendors and creating our timeline; and I was able to relax the day of the wedding knowing that all the details were well taken care of. They worked with the vendors the day of to make sure everything went smoothly. They are also well prepared with "tools" and were able to fix my dress when the bustle broke during the reception. They are very warm, friendly, fun and great at what they do. I highly recommend them!

We used Side by Side Weddings as "day of coordinators" for my wedding at the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort in Naples, but they were so much more than that! They met with my mother and me multiple times leading up to the wedding day but they really started to become a big help from about a month out where they did the most outstanding job of communicating with my vendors, creating timelines for everyone and everything, and attending to the details both big and small. After working with Kathie and Jacqui (Side by Side Weddings) for my wedding in April my mom and I can't sing their praises enough! After meeting with them on a vendor tour we knew they would be the perfect fit for our day-of coordinators. Their personalities are so sweet and bubbly you instantly feel like friends and they make it SO fun to work with them. If you are getting married in the Naples, Florida area, these two are a must-hire!! I utilized Kathie and Jacqui's month-of coordination for my 11/11/17 wedding. I am a very organized person and originally my mom and I thought we could do everything on our own, but I am SO glad we hired Kathie and Jacqui and truly do not know what I would have done without them. Beyond just their traditional month of coordination tasks (e.g. confirming all vendors, arrival times, making sure your day runs perfectly), they went above and beyond to help me pick up the pieces from some changes Hurricane Irma caused to our wedding day. Speaking of above and beyond, they also managed to address every tiny little detail - from ensuring my MANY personal items (frames, decor, etc.) were placed exactly how I wanted, to bringing double sided tape to help my bridesmaid dresses stay on these beautiful hangers I bought. Throughout the month before the wedding, they were so friendly and always available via phone and email. They know all of the vendors in the area personally and very well, and they were able to leverage those relationships to make the planning and day of the best it could be. Kathie and Jacqui are the reason why our wedding came together! We owe them everything for our special day and we have nothing but glowing things to say. I knew from my first conversation with Kathie that these two were going to be what we needed to help us pull off our day. They were always organized, always on top of everything, and always available! While we hired them for day of coordination, they were also helpful with finding some last minute vendors.
