She was calm in chaos, steady when emotions ran high, and made me feel at complete peace on my wedding day. Her creativity is unmatched, and the way she and her husband work together is something special. It wasn’t just me and my family who noticed how incredible she was—our guests raved about her as well, and even seven months later they still bring up how amazing she was.

My husband and I worked with Carrie to plan our wedding at Club Pelican Bay in Naples and she was an absolute pleasure to plan with! It was so reassuring to work with Carrie. It is hard to put into words the Carrie Darling wedding process. From the first day we spoke with Carrie during our initial introduction to the conclusion of our wedding, we put our complete trust into Carrie to create the wedding of our dreams. She delivered on our vision perfectly, and created a tropical green oasis on what was originally a plain grassy lawn.

In addition to introducing us to our fantastic vendors, she communicated with them throughout the planning process to make sure they were aware of the things we were looking for and to ensure everyone followed the schedule she had put together on the day of.

She took all the stress out of planning our wedding, and was a great resource as we prepared for the weekend as well as on the day of where she made our day as easy and as fun as possible.

Carrie is absolutely amazing! I knew I wanted a wedding planner as I live in another state and had no idea what to do to plan a wedding! With Carrie, I got so much more-she is truly a creative visionary! She listened to our wedding wants, vision, and goals and created the most fairytale weekend! Carrie was everything you could of dreamed for in a wedding planner! She made our day perfect, simple as that. Carrie is so incredible at what she does and a dream to work with! Back in March, our planned wedding in May was cancelled and we basically had to abandon our plans. We were being called more than ever to serve as a nurse on the frontlines, and my husband was serving as a military pilot. This just shows how kind and generous Carrie is because she got together with some of her closest vendors to plan a fully designed wedding for one lucky couple in SW Florida. It was more than we could have ever asked for! Her creative design and attention to detail is incredible. She is also always there for anything you need. On top of Covid-19, we had the possibility of a hurricane getting closer to FL on our wedding day. She already had all the vendors on board to move up the wedding before I could even stress about it! She truly goes above and beyond in getting every single detail perfect. Carrie and the entire wedding giveaway team brought more than just joy to our lives. I don't think we can ever thank Carrie enough for her role in giving us the wedding of our dreams and making it the gorgeous event that it was.
