They successfully coordinated Indian and Chinese catering, decorators, photographers, videographers, DJs, hair and makeup artists, venue staff, and numerous specialty vendors, all while making everything feel effortless.

They also embraced our personalized décor concepts, including the stained-glass ceremony structures and an elaborate origami crane chandelier for the reception. Their willingness to collaborate with decorators and vendors to bring these unique ideas to life made our wedding feel truly one of a kind.

The Mehendi celebration at our home was another example of their creativity. They designed a décor plan perfectly suited to the space and delivered an event that exceeded our expectations.

Most importantly, their execution during the wedding weekend was outstanding. Every event—from the Sangeet through the ceremony and reception—ran smoothly because they were always one step ahead. They managed schedules, coordinated vendors, handled thank-you favors, solved unexpected issues quietly behind the scenes, and allowed our entire family to enjoy the celebrations without worrying about logistics.

Cheryl, Rohit, and their assistant Simran worked tirelessly with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. They treated our daughter's wedding as though it were their own, and that level of dedication showed in every detail.

When we had to move our wedding indoors because of the weather, my wife and I were so grateful that she had encouraged us to create a rain plan well in advance. Thanks to her preparation, the transition was smooth, and she made sure the day was just as beautiful with thoughtful adjustments and flawless execution.

We had our Telugu wedding in Austin in December 2025, and working with Cheryl over the 14 months leading up to it was one of the best decisions we made. Throughout the planning journey, Cheryl was more than our planner—she was our guide, confidant, and at times, our superhero. She navigated the emotions of wedding planning with empathy, supported us through our ups and downs, and always ensured we felt heard and cared for. Her communication and commitment gave us peace of mind every step of the way.

Our guests flew in from across the U.S., Canada, and even Belgium, and days later, we were still receiving messages like, “I haven’t danced like this in decades,” and “This was the best wedding I’ve ever been to.” Hearing that from the people we love most was the ultimate gift, and it’s all thanks to the hard work and passion of the Glitzzy team.
