Hiring Iby/Events Boutique was the best decision we made for our wedding. My stress levels went down the moment we got on the phone with Iby for our first phone consultation; I knew we were in good hands and that Iby would ensure the day went smoothly. Iby was extremely organized and knowledgeable, and kept the momentum going with our planning, always making sure we were on track for the big day. On our wedding day, there was a 50% chance it would rain during our ceremony, so Iby had our staff set up under the rain shelter just in case we were unable to use the outdoor ceremony space. This allowed me to stay calm as we got ready because I knew we would be having a beautiful ceremony rain or shine. The entire event went as smoothly as possible, and it was wonderful to be able to count on Iby throughout.

My husband and I are so happy that we went with Iby as our wedding coordinator! Leading up to the event, every call we had with her she was so professional, she kept track of all our details and vendors seemlessly, and brought up things we hadn’t even thought of to consider for the wedding day. For in person meetings at the venue, including the rehearsal, she was punctual, knew all the right questions to ask, and helped instruct us on how to organize our ceremony timeline/processional. Overall, our wedding day came together beautifully, and a huge part of that is because of Iby’s hardwork!
