Woodbine Mansion has a long history of residential tradition in Round Rock, Texas. The Nelson family, composed of Andrew J. and Hedwig Nelson, settled in this location after moving to the Lone Star State from Sweden. They employed the talented local duo of the Page Brothers to build an elaborate, Victorian-style mansion. These siblings used innovative strategies involving salvaging building materials from other renovation projects in the Austin area. The home was fully realized in the year 1900 after a five-year construction period. In 1931 the mansion saw a remodel, transforming it with the nationally popular Greek Revival style. At that time, this aesthetic was a rarity in Round Rock. The Crier-Goodrich family bought the house at the beginning of the 1960s and officially changed the name of the mansion to Woodbine. There are many original 19th century furnishings that have been preserved, presenting a historic allure for visitors and guests. The mansion joined the ranks of Texas Historic Landmarks in 1973 and attained its newest inhabitants, Robert and Olga Levin, in 2018. Robert and Olga collaborate with their talented event-coordinating daughter, Becky Levin Navarro. With her, they curate fairy tale occasions for clients who choose to host at Woodbine Mansion time and time again.

Woodbine Mansion is the perfect spot to have a dream wedding!
We were beyond fortunate to get married at the beautiful Woodbine Mansion in February of this year. I have been a wedding planner in the Austin industry for almost 8 years and knew that when I got married I wanted it to be at a venue I had not worked at before so it could be a special and new/special experience for me. Woodbine completely exceeded my expectations and was the perfect spot for our wedding. We had almost 200 people in attendance and had the clear tent up which as a wedding planner, I knew the weather was not something I ever wanted to worry about, and to top it off- Woodbine has such a beautiful tent that they have available to rent. Being able to get ready all day with my friends and family was so much fun since we had the venue for the full day. There was more than enough space for 14+ people to do hair and makeup over the course of the day and we even had Live Love Relax come in and give chair massages in the morning! When planning the wedding, we found so many hotel options close by and didn’t need to have any buses/transportation other than Uber codes for guests and valet and it was perfect. We rented out the entire Ruby hotel for our guests to stay and it couldn’t have been more convenient for everyone! Everything was so close to Woodbine and downtown Round Rock is really a cute place to stay for the weekend and is still so close to the Domain/downtown that our guests were able to check out more of the city really easily. We had a lot of kids invited so we were able to rent the house across the street from Woodbine as well for our “babysitting” space and the parents and kids LOVED it!Sent on 12/01/2020
Woodbine is just such an incredibly beautiful space and you can tell it was updated by a wedding planner because it covers ALL the bases you need in a venue! Not only are the getting ready spaces picture perfect, but the landscaping/grounds are pristine- so really, all of your photos are going to be amazing no matter what spaces you utilize. From a coordinator perspective- they have thought of everything so your vendors are all going to be so happy being at Woodbine as well! We had the perfect wedding and I wouldn't have changed a thing! I am looking forward to having our 10 year anniversary party there to relive our wedding day!

The Perfect Venue
I am so happy that we chose to have our wedding at Woodbine Mansion. The pictures just simply do not do this venue justice! From the moment we walked in I fell in love. Every bit of this venue is absolutely breathtaking. We had a small wedding due to COVID and although it was not in my original plan to have a small wedding Woodbine Mansion turned out to be the PERFECT space for it. Walking around the venue I did wish I could've had my wedding there...and may just have a reception there next year after COVID. Woodbine is truly the perfect venue for a small or big wedding. Maddie was such a pleasure to work with and the experience was easy and stress free from start to finish. I highly recommend Woodbine Mansion to future brides.Sent on 09/28/2020

There aren't enough good things to say about Woodbine Mansion and their staff! We toured their property the week before the pandemic and lockdowns took place and ended up selecting a wedding date before we knew what was to come. Woodbine worked with us every step of the way and Maddie answered many worried calls and emails with such grace and even helped us find new vendors when a couple of ours went under.Sent on 05/23/2021
The property is stunning and they have truly thought of everything and incorporated it into their venue. We were able to use the venue all day to get ready, host our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception on-site which made things very easy on our guests!
I highly recommend Woodbine Mansion to anyone looking to host an event in the Austin area (the location is truly amazing!). The only negative from our wedding was saying goodbye to Maddie and the Woodbine Crew!
