Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Austin

Our time at Lucky Arrow was so perfect! We had a non traditional Sunday morning ceremony, followed by a mimosa cocktail hour and pool party reception. We planned this special day with our 25(ish) closest loved ones in 3 months and it was a breeze! The only hiccup in the planning portion was change over in roles, so somethings were slightly miscommunicated and needed to be reiterated. However this was extremely minor and before our big day, so remedied easily. Our wedding weekend was a dream and went off without a hitch! The only thing I would mention is that because we were a morning wedding, and I needed the bridal suite starting at 6am, there was no one on site, so we needed to find someone from the cleaning crew/maintenance to turn the AC down. Again, remedied quickly and without issue!! Everything the morning of was set up to my liking, and when we needed hired staff from the Lucky Arrow, they were at their post and ready to bartend/help! It was definitely worth the price we paid and they worked with us to get everything we dreamed in our budget!

If I could give ten stars I would. Kim with Chapel Home saved my wedding! My original wedding venue cancelled on me 5 hours before my wedding and Kim stepped up and made sure everything was ready for me in time in just a few hours! Also I need to mention that Chapel Home is GORGEOUS! Very clean, very romantic, and I would not have wanted to get married anywhere else! 10/10!

Every aspect of the location and staff were absolutely TOI GOOD TO BE TRUE! Jacob Barkclay's kindness, help and professionalism met and exceeded every want/need we had! The event center itself could not be marched by even a huge towns event center! The beautiful design and decor are absolutely above what you could imagine! Could go on but i'll sum it up as PERFECT IN ALL WAYS! So thankful!

I couldn't recommend The Oasis enough! The coordinator, Beth, was seriously AMAZING!!!! With being an out of state bride, I was a bit nervous being so "hands off" for my wedding, but Beth was in constant communication with me and made everything run SO SMOOTH! I probably emailed her over 100 times and she always answered every question I had in a timely manner! She is very experienced so she was able to suggest things to us that just made sense for our wedding day! I was seriously not stressed the entire time leading up to the wedding because I felt so confident in The Oasis and Beth! And don't get me started about the actual day.. she went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel comfortable - asking us if we needed anything throughout the entire morning/afternoon leading up to the ceremony. She even put on my 5 year old sons boutonniere when I was on the struggle bus! We were in the Sunset Room and I LOVED it! Katy, Lucy, and the entire Prospect House Planning Team truly became family to us. If you are dreaming of getting married in the Hill Country, do not even waste your time looking anywhere else. Working with these women was one of the most meaningful parts of our wedding experience, and I am honestly so sad the wedding is over because it also meant saying goodbye to working so closely with them. From the very first moment I met Katy at an open house, I knew we were in the best hands. She walked with us through every step of the planning and design process and brought our vision to life in a way that felt so intentional, thoughtful, and deeply personal. Seeing our design board come to life on the wedding day was emotional in the best way. The subtle Halloween touches, the autumn color palette, and every little detail reflected us so perfectly. It felt like they truly knew us and cared about telling our story. These gals were so incredible and made everything feel organized, calm, and seamless. Together, they supported us in ways that went far beyond logistics. They welcomed my family with open arms, made us feel completely at ease, and created an environment filled with trust, kindness, and genuine connection. We never felt like “just another couple.” We felt cared for, celebrated, and loved. Katy and Lucy poured their hearts into our wedding day, and it showed in every single moment. They are the kind of people you feel grateful to have met, not just hired. Prospect House will forever hold such a special place in our hearts, and I will recommend this planning team to anyone and everyone without hesitation.

I found the Grand Lady on instagram and the moment I stepped foot on the property my fiance and I knew it was the place we were going to get married! The mansion has been beautifully remodeled, but still has its old-timey character. The new reception hall is absolutely stunning. We got married 2 months ago and our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful our venue was. The staff - particularly Carly and Christy were so friendly and easy to work with! Highly highly recommend choosing the Grand Lady - you won’t regret it!

We could have not been happier with the venue! So beautiful. We had so many compliments. The grounds are stunning. The bridal suite and grooms suite were perfect.

Our wedding day was a dream! The Sacred Oaks site is truly magical, the service exceptional, and food delicious! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best, most seamless, and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!!
