Camp Hideaway is a tranquil, scenic retreat located in Fredericksburg, Texas. Set on 25 acres in the beautiful Hill Country, its stunning views make it an unforgettable wedding venue. On the Fredericksburg wine trail, and close to downtown Fredericksburg and Luckenbach, it gives you the peace and quiet of the countryside along with convenient location.

Facilities and Capacity
Couples can get dressed in two get-ready rooms featuring mini fridges, mirrors, private bathrooms, and complimentary champagne. Each room also has a Sonos sound system so you can enjoy your favorite music as you get ready. Ceremonies can be held in the event hall or outdoors, with incredible panoramic views as a backdrop. The spacious event hall, with its modern white interior, accommodates up to 200 guests for receptions. Its three garage doors can open onto the covered patio for both an indoor and outdoor experience. With high ceilings and lots of natural light, it makes a beautiful, airy reception space. The outdoor lounge and fire feature are perfect for cocktail hour, and the 25-acre grounds provide endless amazing photo opportunities.

Guests can lodge in comfort at The Ranch House, which sleeps eight and features a fire pit, hot tub, covered patio, and putting green. They can also stay at The Sunrise House, a cozy cottage that contains one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, living space, and a covered patio. Each space at Camp Hideaway perfectly combines Texas charm with modern comfort and convenience.

With 14 comfortable options for lodging during your stay, the Ranch House, the Sunrise House and our 12 glamping tent suites you will have access to the wonderful facilities this venue has on offer while accommodating up to 42 of your guests onsite! Each of our 12 suites will feature 400 sq/ft of living space built on a 1,000 square foot wrap around deck, with a bathroom, a/c and heat. Eight of the suites will be couples suites for two guests with a king bed; four of the suites will be family suites for four guests, with a king bed and two day beds.

Services Offered
Camp Hideaway offers access to the venue from morning to late evening on the day of your event. Tables and chairs will be provided, along with a bar with two windows for your cocktail hour and reception. Their beverage package, which includes beer, wine, and liquor, takes one more thing off your checklist. Onsite parking and WiFi are available for guests. Camp Hideaway can provide you with a list of trusted vendors to help with planning, but they are happy to work with any vendors you choose.
