Country Club Wedding Venues in Austin

I had a magical wedding at Horseshoe Bay, and multiple friends told me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. They made my husband and I feel like superstars. Vildan was absolutely incredible in helping with the planning process, and everything went extremely smoothly on the day-of because of her. Every single detail was just perfect. She was extremely accommodating, responsive to emails, and met all of our random requests (and wed had a TON of random requests...). Jessica also helped coordinate everything, and was extremely on top of it and detail oriented (even while on maternity leave -- that's dedication!) The venue is gorgeous, was recently renovated, and is full of fun activities for guests. The food, accommodations, ballroom, and ceremony location were excellent. My only piece of constructive feedback was that it was difficult for many guests to book their rooms. The booking process was confusing. Different front desk staff would pick up the phone and would be confused about our wedding discounted price and whether we had rooms available on our room block. Also -- online booking seemed to be cheaper in many instances than booking over the phone with our discounted price. I believe HSB is currently working on this. Overall, I was over the moon and SO glad I booked at Horseshoe Bay. It's a little pricey, but absolutely worth it. It was the best day of my life.

Elena was fantastic with answering all our questions and concerns. Day of the event she guided us through the timeline to help keep us on track. The food and service were excellent as well (kudos to the chef and his staff). We highly recommend River Place Country Club!!

This is a fantastic venue. We hosted a reception for my daughters wedding. The host were professional, courteous, and very helpful. Whatever I asked, they provided. The atmosphere is lovely.

The Balcones Country Club staff was amazing ! Natalie Bratcher, events coordinator, Chef Gary, Chef Brian, Richard the banquet captain, Miles and David the outstanding professional servers and Becca the receptionist. I hope I'm not leaving anyone out. They were just so amazingly Kind, Patient, Accommodating to our needs and preferences. Natalie went above and beyond, she decorated the venue, arranged everything, made it look so nice. My guests were impressed and pleased, we all had a very nice time. The price was very reasonable. I will recommend anyone who is thinking of getting married to reach out to this amazing team for help and guide. Natalie so kind and professional, just amazing :)! Booking the ranch house at teravista was the absolute best decision we ever made. When we met with our coordinator Samantha we were beyond impressed with her attention to detail and extreme responsiveness. We literally loved working with Samantha she is the best wedding coordinator you could ask for! Throughout the entire process she was always there and ready to answer any questions regarding any step of the process. During the day of we were blown away by how she kept everything moving and in line, we could never not find her and would always see her working hard to ensure we had the best day possible. All the vendors that we worked with through the all inclusive were to die for as well, you will not be disappointed you went with this venue and staff, our day will be forever unforgettable.

This venue has a comprehensive all-inclusive wedding package which really worked for us. The site was gorgeous for an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. We had the rehearsal dinner and the wedding there. The wedding site manager, Samantha Fulford, the chef, her staff, the vendors the recommended, plus the vendors we selected on our own helped us have a wedding that was more magical than we had expected. They could not have done more. We had a happy wedding party and guests.

Autumn Pyka (was Marks, but she is a newlywed!) was our day of coordinator and our experience at Avery Ranch was amazing thanks to her. She made my day as stress-free as possible. We were supposed to have our ceremony overlooking the water outside by the beautiful arch, but unfortunately it rained on and off all day. Our florist had already set up our ceremony florals, so Autumn took down those florals in the rain and brought them inside to set-up in the club house which was our rain plan. She completely converted the room to where guests would have never thought that this was our Plan B. The last thing a bride wants is any last minute changes, but Autumn made these changes effortlessly and recreated such a beautiful indoor ceremony. She made sure to remind my husband and I to take everything in and to enjoy all those special little moments through out the day. Avery Ranch is such a beautiful venue, and their staff did everything they could to make sure my day was absolutely perfect and the way I wanted it to be. Response time was slower at first, but we also booked our venue about a year in advanced, so I wasn't too bothered by it. I always received a response within a day or two. Once we were about two months out, I was receiving responses in such a timely matter, and was even able to text and call Autumn with any question at any time of day. She helped me with my timeline for the day and offered suggestions where I needed them. She coordinated with all of my vendors to make sure everyone arrived when they were supposed to and was their point of contact which made my day so much easier. If there were any other issues on the day, I'm unaware of them because everything ran so smoothly.

Twin Creeks is an absolutely amazing venue. The staff is phenomenal. We worked closely with their Event Director, Cara, who made our big day so incredibly special. She was immediately responsive to answer all my questions/concerns. It really took so much stress off my plate knowing that Cara had all of the details. Let me just say, the execution was PERFECT. The Twin Creeks staff took great care of all of our guests. The food was amazing, we got so many compliments about the steak and appetizers. And be sure to request Darin as your bartender, you won't regret it!!! The scenery is gorgeous, the club really takes care of the landscaping and grounds. Our guests loved seeing the sunset from the porch along the reception room. The reception area is intimate, but you can still fit a lot of guests without any issue. I can't thank the Twin Creeks team enough, it was an amazing and unforgettable day largely thanks to them!
