The Vineyard At Florence

The Vineyard at Florence is absolutely the perfect venue to get married at!! My husband and I wanted a location that we could have our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at, along with the ability for guests to stay there and the vineyard gave us all of that and more. Jennifer, the catering coordinator, was completely on top of things leading up to our day and answered any questions I had. She was basically like a second wedding planner for me and I was so grateful to have her insight, since she knows the venue, the staff, and the food so well. Without her, this weekend would not have been as amazing as it was. The venue staff was on top of everything for us and our guests and they were willing to do anything and everything that we needed in order to make sure this weekend ran smoothly for us. And then there is the food... the food at the vineyard made our wedding a 5 star experience. I don't think I heard one bad thing about the food. They were completely willing to work with us to customize a menu we wanted and our guests could not have loved it more. If you want your wedding to be an entire wedding weekend experience and you want to be transported to a 5 star Italian resort for the weekend, the Vineyard at Florence is absolutely the place you must get married at!

If I could give The Vineyard at Florence 6 stars, I would.
Not only is this venue absolutely stunning, but it is run by some of the most wonderful people you could ever hope to work with.
One of the things we loved most was the versatility of the property. There are so many beautiful ceremony locations to choose from, and their indoor/outdoor patio option is truly the best rain plan imaginable. My husband and I actually chose that space for our ceremony because it felt so romantic and magical, with the stone arches and vineyard backdrop creating the most breathtaking atmosphere.
The food deserves its own paragraph. It was incredible. We had countless guests tell us it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had. The fact that so much of it is farm-to-table and grown right on the property makes it even more special.
The service throughout the weekend was phenomenal. Every detail was handled seamlessly, glasses were never empty, and guests always knew exactly where they needed to be. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish.
One of the best decisions we made was renting the two onsite villas: the Winemaker's Villa and Villa Bella Vigna. Our wedding was on a Sunday, so we checked in on Saturday and spent the entire weekend surrounded by our closest family and friends. The Vineyard even provided tables and chairs for our rehearsal dinner in the backyard. Having everyone together in one place was truly priceless, especially since so many of our loved ones live out of state. The villas themselves are absolutely stunning and feel like they were transported straight from Italy.
As an added surprise, The Vineyard gifted us a complimentary honeymoon suite for the night of our wedding. It was such a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to end the most incredible day. They even brought dinner to our room so we could unwind, snack, and soak in every moment together after the celebration.
The planning process was just as exceptional as the venue itself. Jackie is everything you could want in a venue manager—kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making your day special. She put us at ease from the very beginning and was a joy to work with throughout the entire process.
Simply put, this was the best weekend of our lives. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose The Vineyard at Florence every single time. The sweetest part is that it isn't just our wedding venue - it is also a restaurant and hotel, which means we can return year after year to celebrate and relive some of our favorite memories.
We are forever grateful for the experience and cannot recommend The Vineyard at Florence highly enough.

We can not recommend this place enough. The Food... Delicious, would give Gordan Ramsey a run for this money. The view... AMAZING. Jennifer C. was amazing to work with. We HIGHLY suggest renting out Villa Vigna and the Botticelli suite.

The Vineyard at Florence did an amazing job hosting my rehearsal dinner. The staff was extremely responsive, always provided valuable inputs and made my wife and I feel heard throughout the whole process.
The food was fantastic, the venue was great, and I know all of our guests had a wonderful time. I highly recommend!

The Vineyard at Florence was the perfect place to get married! First off, the views speak for itself, but additionally the food, staff, and hospitality was just wonderful! Jennifer was with me though the entire planning process. She contacted outside vendors we had if needed and solved any issues/questions that came up during planning in a timely manner. As the day of coordinator, she made everything run smoothly, and perfectly! Many of our guests had explained “this is the best wedding food I’ve ever had” and I can agree wholeheartedly! From the rehearsal dinner meal and wedding meal, to the snacks and sandwiches brought to the bridal suite and wedding party rooms, everything was fantastic! The venue offers various locations and packages for your day, and they have different price points for food, and beer/liquor/wine options as well! They even offer villas for the guests and family to stay during the wedding weekend! With our out state family this was wonderful! I would 1000% recommend this venue for your wedding or special event! I can’t wait to go back with my husband just for a nice dinner, or weekend getaway!

I am so glad I chose The Vineyard at Florence as my venue. During the planning process, everything ran smoothly and all of the details were thought of. Their staff was so helpful and accommodating to me and my guests as we arrived for the wedding. They helped me find the right vendors and had excellent choices for food and wine for my reception, not to mention the food was amazing! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the way the day went. All the amenities offered made it so convenient for me and my guests. We are looking forward to having date nights and future anniversaries at the Vineyard to always remember our beautiful day! I highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for a place to have their wedding.

This place made our wedding dreams come true. My family had an amazing time, the property is breathtaking, and the sunset is so magical that made our wedding photos even more special. You feel like you're out on a retreat in Tuscany, and that's the exact feeling I wanted for my wedding. They're only growing more and more as a business so I can't wait to visit with my husband again! Here's a story of our day to show how professional the team here was; We booked the Winemakers villa for our stay, ceremony, and reception but unfortunately the wind was incredibly strong that day, and what seemed like a stressful situation at first, turned into an even better plan for our wedding. Jennifer(coordinator) was always highly attentive and aware of everything that was going on, she informed my husband (wanting to not stress the bride while I was getting ready) and kept communication constantly in order to make plan b happen due to the circumstances. Well.. plan B (we used the Ella Amore for ceremony and reception) instead, and it turned out amazing with Jennifer and the teams dedication, responsiveness, and hospitality. We loved every moment. Highly recommend this venue!

We had an amazing experience with The Vineyard at Florence!! If you are dreaming of a beautiful vineyard/winery wedding day in the Italian countryside, you have found your dream venue! It is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful and your day will be remembered for years! I am still dreaming about our wedding weekend and wish I could go back in time and relive it because it was that amazing!

Jennifer was amazing to work with and was timely in answering my many emails and questions over our 1.5 year engagement during a pandemic, which added an additional layer of questions and concerns. She is creative and took all of my crazy visions and suggestions in stride. We even had our ceremony in an area of the property that had never been used before, and she nailed it down to every detail. The day of the wedding was seamless for me. She coordinated with my vendors including my florist, decorations rentals, and put out all of the extra things I brought with me. She kept things on time and I am so thankful that I did not have to deal with that. The end result was better than my wildest dreams. The value you get for the price you pay is better than anything in the central Texas area.

The food at the Vineyard is very good, but it didn’t knock our socks off, so that is the reason for omitting one star.
