  The Woodbine Mansion

  My husband and I got married at the Woodbine Mansion in October and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. The Venue was so beautiful and unique! The team at woodbine was amazing to work with and so accommodating. I worked with Maddy and Julie and can not recommend this place enough to people! Thank you again for making our special day one we will never forget!

  Perfect storybook venue for our daughter's wedding ...

  We enjoyed a beautiful wedding at Woodbine Mansion. The staff are terrific people who made our event fantastic at the most beautiful venue in Austin !! Members of the wedding party were able to arrive hours before the ceremony for hair, makeup, and getting dressed within the comfortable accommodations upstairs in the Mansion. Followed by a quick rehearsal on the lawn outside and an absolutely beautiful ceremony capped off by a spectacular night to celebrate on the back lawn under the lights as the sun went down around Beautiful Woodbine Mansion. We could not have imagined a more perfect storybook setting for our daughter's wedding !!

  So Much Charm!!

  This was exactly what we wanted for our wedding venue! From the moment we stepped foot on the grounds, we knew we had found the perfect place to say, 'I do.' The mansion has so much character and charm which made decorating a minimal effort. Julie and the team provided us with so many flexible options to rent tents, furniture, lights, etc. and gave us guidance on other vendors. There were so many little details that went above and beyond! Overall, our experience at Woodbine exceeded all expectations. It was more than just a venue – it was a magical oasis where memories were made that will last a lifetime

  Woodbine Mansion - A Magical Wedding Venue

  Woodbine Mansion was the perfect venue for my sister's wedding last Saturday. The bridal suite is gorgeous and spacious, and we were able to easily get all hair and make-up done on site. Before the ceremony, we had a lovely champagne cart to greet all the guests as they entered the property. The ceremony was in the rose garden and all the roses are in bloom and fragrant and very spacious for the 170 guests. All moved inside the mansion for the cocktail hour and there were several rooms for the guests to see - including the "cake room". All the rooms are so elegantly decorated. We then moved to the back garden for the dinner and reception. The farm tables added so much to the look and again, there was plenty of room for all the guest tables and a dance floor in the middle. We used the gazebo for bar #2. Beautiful soft lights were strewn through the old oaks trees to create a very romantic environment. We finished the night at the front of the mansion with cold sparks. So festive and fun for all. Woodbine staff, thank you so much for enabling us to create a magical event!

  My daughter’s wedding at Woodbine Mansion

  My daughter chose Woodbine Mansion as her venue for her August 2023 wedding. This venue is stunning. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. It was everything she had hoped for on her special day. Julie and her team were so helpful and accommodating to us. I would highly recommend Woodbine Mansion. Thank you again for making my daughter’s dream come true!

  Ideal Venue for Exquisite, Timeless Wedding

  Oh my goodness, where to even begin!? We recently had the privilege of hosting our wedding at the historic Woodbine Mansion and we simply cannot express our gratitude enough!! From the moment we set foot on the lush grounds we knew we had found the perfect venue for our special day. It was like stepping into a fairytale! We visited Woodbine so often during our wedding planning period because we simply couldn't stay away! The house itself just has a magical aura - you can feel it - and the staff there is quite literally the kindest people you will meet during your wedding planning / venue search (I guarantee it!).
  
  Woodbine stole our hearts with its timeless elegance and charm. The property is exquisite and offers *so* many different spaces for weddings. We did our ceremony under the trellis (which was bursting with beautiful foliage), our cocktail hour inside the stately mansion itself, and our reception on the expansive lawn (the mansion's exterior is so grand and dignified; it served as a magnificent backdrop for the reception!). Every single beat of our wedding just felt so special and I'd like to think that it is because this grand old house was preserved and brought back to life with so much love and care by the owners. Every room you're in makes you feel like you're home; we felt so at peace, so happy, and so grounded on our wedding day. I think this is one of the most unique things about Woodbine - if feels completely personal and cozy...while at the same time being incredibly dazzling, luxurious and breathtaking. Countless guests approached us to express their adoration for the mansion!
  
  We also want to acknowledge the *exceptional* team at Woodbine Mansion, especially Julie. She was our guide, confidant, and biggest supporter throughout the whole process. Every time we would see her, we would leave feeling confident about our wedding and completely at peace - which is such a gift. We cannot thank her and the entire Woodbine team enough for their professionalism, attentiveness, kindness and genuine care! Our wedding was truly the stuff of our DREAMS but it wasn't only the wedding day that was perfect - it was the many months of interaction with Julie and the Woodbine Team leading up to it that made the process so enjoyable and unforgettable. What a precious thing to get married at a venue where you feel that the staff genuinely cares for you.

  Our wedding at Woodbine Mansion was incredible! The staff was communicative throughout the whole planning process and made having a beautiful wedding easy at their venue. First off, the property is private and intimate even with a large guest count. The property is beautiful and well cared for so the trees and grass seems green throughout most of the year. I was planning from out of town and Julie and her team were accommodating to my multiple visits and phone calls with questions or concerns. On our wedding day, the staff on-site came and introduced themselves which was lovely. I didn't see much behind the scenes but from what I saw, everything went as planned and was coordinated brilliantly. After, I had guests commenting on how beautiful the venue was for weeks and months! Thank you Woodbine and I recommend this venue for anyone looking for an intimate venue with its own personality, that doesn't feel like a typical event venue!

  Woodbine Mansion is the perfect venue!

  I couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else! After following Woodbine Mansion on Instagram for a few months, I knew it was the first venue I wanted to tour, and it was our first and only tour. We booked it the next day! From Julie on the events team being so kind and quick to answer all of our questions to the beautiful grounds, everything was perfect. The upstairs rooms were the perfect setting for getting ready, and I loved getting to peak out the windows to see everything be set up. The best compliment of our wedding day was that it looked like Father of the Bride, and having Woodbine as our setting was a big part of that! It felt both intimate and grand the whole day. Everything flowed so naturally from ceremony under the trellis to cocktail hour inside, to reception under the clear top tent. Thank you Woodbine for making our wedding day dreams come true!

  Dream Venue

  What a dream of a venue! All of our guests couldn't stop gushing about how much they loved it. All the beautiful landscaping of the venue gave such a pretty touch to our wedding. We got married by the terrace, cocktail hour in the mansion itself and tented reception on the other side. This flow was perfect and it truly felt like we were in a movie. We can't imagine to have been married anywhere else and strongly recommend it.

  What a dream of a venue! All of our guests couldn't stop gushing about how much they loved it. All the beautiful landscaping of the venue gave such a pretty touch to our wedding.   Amazing Venue!

  We just used Woodbine Mansion for our annual photoshoot and WOW! I cannot get over the inside of this venue. Gorgeously decorated with ample space for anything you'll need!
  
  Check out the bridal suite! Huge area and beautiful to be in.
  
  The grounds are large and many times people will tent outside to have a magical reception.
  
  The managers and owner are the nicest people you will meet and so generous with their time and will respond to all requests quickly.
  
  Look no further for your event needs. Book with Woodbine Mansion today!

  Berry Wedding

  My husband and I were married at Woodbine Mansion on June 9, 2022 and we couldn’t be happier about the night! Julie was available and helpful every step of the way. From the ceremony to the reception, each and every moment was special and beautiful. Woodbine Mansion was the perfect venue to host all of our friends and family on our special day!

  A Gem in the Heart of Texas

  The Woodbine Mansion is a gem in the heart of Texas! Our daughter's wedding was everything she envisioned in this amazingly beautiful mansion and grounds. So much thought was put into the details of the venue - inside and out! The staff was so accommodating and easy to work with which made the whole process so much more enjoyable. We loved it!

  Woodbine is an absolute DREAM

  Woodbine Mansion is truly the venue of my dreams! I fell in love just off the pictures, but after visiting in person I knew we had to get married there. They designed the venue with such skillful attention to detail. The bridal suite is flawless. The interior decoration creates beautiful backdrops. The grounds are STUNNING. The beautiful magnolia trees around the property reminded us so much of LSU's campus (where we both graduated), we took it as one of many signs that this was the place for us. The team at Woodbine Mansion made the entire process so effortless. We knew we were in great hands going into our wedding weekend. Woodbine will always be so special to us, and we can't thank the amazing Woodbine team enough.

  Woodbine Mansion is the perfect spot to have a dream wedding!

  We were beyond fortunate to get married at the beautiful Woodbine Mansion in February of this year. I have been a wedding planner in the Austin industry for almost 8 years and knew that when I got married I wanted it to be at a venue I had not worked at before so it could be a special and new/special experience for me. Woodbine completely exceeded my expectations and was the perfect spot for our wedding. We had almost 200 people in attendance and had the clear tent up which as a wedding planner, I knew the weather was not something I ever wanted to worry about, and to top it off- Woodbine has such a beautiful tent that they have available to rent. Being able to get ready all day with my friends and family was so much fun since we had the venue for the full day. There was more than enough space for 14+ people to do hair and makeup over the course of the day and we even had Live Love Relax come in and give chair massages in the morning! When planning the wedding, we found so many hotel options close by and didn’t need to have any buses/transportation other than Uber codes for guests and valet and it was perfect. We rented out the entire Ruby hotel for our guests to stay and it couldn’t have been more convenient for everyone! Everything was so close to Woodbine and downtown Round Rock is really a cute place to stay for the weekend and is still so close to the Domain/downtown that our guests were able to check out more of the city really easily. We had a lot of kids invited so we were able to rent the house across the street from Woodbine as well for our “babysitting” space and the parents and kids LOVED it!
  Woodbine is just such an incredibly beautiful space and you can tell it was updated by a wedding planner because it covers ALL the bases you need in a venue! Not only are the getting ready spaces picture perfect, but the landscaping/grounds are pristine- so really, all of your photos are going to be amazing no matter what spaces you utilize. From a coordinator perspective- they have thought of everything so your vendors are all going to be so happy being at Woodbine as well! We had the perfect wedding and I wouldn't have changed a thing! I am looking forward to having our 10 year anniversary party there to relive our wedding day!

  DREAM Venue!!!!

  Woodbine Mansion was an absolute DREAM venue to have our wedding! The staff was so nice and super flexible with us! Once I stepped foot in the venue, I knew that this was going to be where we would have the best day of our lives take place. So many ways to get creative with your wedding at the mansion - can’t recommend enough!!! 10/10!!!

  Dream wedding venue

  Wow I could not have been more pleased with Woodbine! The feeling of the mansion was exactly what I was looking for. If you are at all on the fence- VISIT the mansion! The beauty will blow you away, not to mention the amazing and sweet staff! Truly could not have dreamed up a better wedding day, and that is all thanks to this venue and the people that made it happen. I’m ready to do it all again 🤍🤍🤍

  Romantic and Roaring NYE Wedding

  We could not have dreamed of a more beautiful venue. After visiting so many different venues between Dallas and Austin, making pro/con lists with rankings, we both walked out of Woodbine and immediately said 10/10 and knew this was the place we wanted to get married.
  This mansion was everything that we wanted out of a venue, from the southern romantic charm to the roaring 20s classic look. It made our gatsby themed New Year’s Eve wedding dreams come true. We are so thankful for all of preferred vendor teams that Woodbine is partners with, making the planning process and day of experience seamlessly come together at Woodbine for our wedding day. We truly enjoyed each minute throughout our time at this property, inside and out.

  Dream Wedding Location

  Woodbine Mansion is a dream of a venue and was the perfect location for my December wedding. I toured many venues and this one stood out well above the others. The grounds of the property and the mansion itself are stunning and the Woodbine staff are the best of the best!! The entire wedding planning process was great and the wedding was beautiful and it was truly a perfect day. We dined, danced and celebrated inside the clear tent and I will forever love looking back and remembering how perfect everything was.

  Dream come true

  I have dreamt of my little girl's wedding for the past 25 years and Woodbine Mansion helped make that dream come true. I will never forget the image of her walking through the rose garden as sunshine hit her face. She looked so beautiful as she walked under the large Magnolia trees towards the love of her life. Woodbine worked so very hard to make this a day that surpassed all that I ever dreamed of for her. The "getting ready" suites were perfect for some girl time and a beautiful bridesmaid lunch. The wedding on their grounds was perfection and the tent for the reception (Dec. wedding) was over the top wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for making this mama's heart burst with joy!

  Best day ever

  We absolutely loved our wedding. Woodbine mansion was our dream venue. We loved being able to get ready at the same location of our ceremony and reception. It made the day less stressful and the bridal suite/groom suite is absolutely stunning.We got so many complements on our venue.   Most stunning wedding venue!

  It was the first place we looked at in Austin and the one we couldn’t stop thinking about. Our guest still rave about the elegance of Woodbine! The mansion is so beautifully decorated already that we didn’t even need to decorate on our end - every room has such a personality and the chandeliers are incredible! One of my favorite parts was getting ready in the bridal suit! And everyone we worked with was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. I would recommend Woodbine to any couple considering it as a wedding venue.

  The Perfect Venue

  I am so happy that we chose to have our wedding at Woodbine Mansion. The pictures just simply do not do this venue justice! From the moment we walked in I fell in love. Every bit of this venue is absolutely breathtaking. We had a small wedding due to COVID and although it was not in my original plan to have a small wedding Woodbine Mansion turned out to be the PERFECT space for it. Walking around the venue I did wish I could've had my wedding there...and may just have a reception there next year after COVID. Woodbine is truly the perfect venue for a small or big wedding. Maddie was such a pleasure to work with and the experience was easy and stress free from start to finish. I highly recommend Woodbine Mansion to future brides.
