Amazing job!
Iby did an amazing job with “day of” coordination for our wedding. I say ‘day of’ because she did so much more! Great communication, very organized, and even had a stash of decor from prior weddings that we were able to use. I’d hire Iby again! -

The best day!
Iby went above and beyond to coordinate my wedding this weekend—everything was seamless and perfect. She created an incredibly detailed day-of timeline, communicated with all vendors, set up our decorations, and even provided optional décor from her own inventory. She managed every moving piece, pivoted effortlessly when needed, and solved problems before we even knew they existed. Iby truly went the extra mile to make our day perfect. I 100% recommend her and her team.-

Best coordinator!
We are so grateful to have gotten to work with Iby as our wedding coordinator! From the day we hired her, she was ready to help and was extremely responsive. She is incredibly knowledgeable and made sure all of our ducks were in a row prior to our wedding date. Wedding planning can be stressful, but our wedding was the least stressful day we had because Iby was making sure everything got done flawlessly. The best wedding planner in Austin!
Iby was incredible. She was extremely informed and knew all of the ins and outs of wedding planning. She helped my husband, family, and I stay on top of deadlines and always had everything organized and ready to go! She coordinated with all the different vendors and made everything as simple and possible for our special day!
She really went above and beyond for us, and I cannot be more grateful.
On the day of the wedding, she was there organizing and orchestrating everyone and making sure everything went off without a hitch!
Her insight and thoughtful approach were essential to get through all of the organizational aspects of wedding planning. From picking the dining sets, thinking through everything, and even tying the streamers on the fairywands for the farewell photos!
We couldn't be happier, and will ABSOLUTELY be recommending Iby to anyone planning their wedding.

Hiring Iby/Events Boutique was the best decision we made for our wedding. My stress levels went down the moment we got on the phone with Iby for our first phone consultation; I knew we were in good hands and that Iby would ensure the day went smoothly. Iby was extremely organized and knowledgeable, and kept the momentum going with our planning, always making sure we were on track for the big day. On our wedding day, there was a 50% chance it would rain during our ceremony, so Iby had our staff set up under the rain shelter just in case we were unable to use the outdoor ceremony space. This allowed me to stay calm as we got ready because I knew we would be having a beautiful ceremony rain or shine. The entire event went as smoothly as possible, and it was wonderful to be able to count on Iby throughout. -

Amazing wedding coordinator!!
My husband and I are so happy that we went with Iby as our wedding coordinator! Leading up to the event, every call we had with her she was so professional, she kept track of all our details and vendors seemlessly, and brought up things we hadn’t even thought of to consider for the wedding day. For in person meetings at the venue, including the rehearsal, she was punctual, knew all the right questions to ask, and helped instruct us on how to organize our ceremony timeline/processional. Overall, our wedding day came together beautifully, and a huge part of that is because of Iby’s hardwork! Between managing vendors, setup of the ceremony/dinner space, keeping the timeline on track, and tear down, Iby did it all. I would 100% recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding coordinator that will go above and beyond! -

Best wedding planner!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner, Iby! From start to finish, she went truly above and beyond for us. She answered every single question—no matter how small—with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Her communication was exceptional, and she always made sure we felt supported and at ease throughout the entire planning process.
On the day of the wedding, everything flowed so smoothly. Thanks to her organization, attention to detail, and calm presence, the entire day was absolutely perfect. Not one thing went wrong, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment knowing she had everything handled. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of—and more—because of her hard work and dedication.
If you want someone who genuinely cares, listens, and makes your day feel effortless, she is the one. We are so grateful for her and cannot recommend her highly enough! -

We are so thankful we hired Iby for our wedding. She has so much experience coordinating weddings and is so organized, responsive, and helpful. It would not have gone nearly as smoothly without her, as she thought of many things that wouldn't have occurred to us and handled day-of details that we wouldn't have had time or energy for. We also saved some money by hiring Iby, as she has some items that you can borrow for the day. Don't even think twice about it -- just hire her! -

Fantastic and Reassuring Wedding-Planning!
Look no further than Iby S. and EventsBoutique for your day-of wedding coordinating needs – she’s phenomenal. We planned our wedding within a 2-3 month span and were extremely nervous and overwhelmed about finding a coordinator whose personality fit our style, and our first call with Iby immediately sold us. She was bright, thorough, friendly, and reassuring, and remained so during the entire lead-up to the wedding. We completed phone interviews with several other coordinators in Austin and were surprised by the variance in services some businesses offered vs. what was off-the-table or would cost extra; with Iby, we were really grateful to have had all of our boxes checked. Her “Day-Of Wedding Package” was really month-of – Iby was on top of it with vendor comms and management, her timeline was thorough and considered, and the venue layout she provided was excellent and clear. You could tell she has years of industry experience by the insightful questions she asked us and by her assurances whenever we were nervous or unsure. Leading up to the event, we felt like we were in good hands. On the day of, Iby and her partner Dylan did it all – from decor delivery and setup to managing vendors – and all while ensuring the event went off without a hitch! The night truly had almost zero hiccups, and we feel like Iby’s support, thoughtfulness, professionalism and thoroughness were the reasons why. We cannot recommend Iby enough! Just hop on a call with her, you’ll understand why right away! -

Events Boutique Wedding Experience
We loved Iby. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner. She was familiar with out vendors and our venue and was able to help facilitate communication with them. She was also flexible with me and my husband's peculiar night shift schedule. On the day of the wedding it was a relief to know she was working behind the scenes to make sure everything stayed on track. We can't recommend her enough! -

Iby was the absolute best coordinator we could have asked for!! She is amazing and helped make our wedding day the best day ever for us ❤️
She went above and beyond with planning and set up and our wedding day felt completely stress-free. We even forgot to bring the rings to the ceremony and she saved the day by running back to get them so she was the real MVP!

Stress-Free Wedding Thanks to Iby
We couldn’t be happier with the amazing work Iby did coordinating our wedding! From start to finish, she made the whole process so much easier and way less stressful than we ever imagined.
Iby handled everything — from organizing vendors to creating a super detailed timeline to keeping things running smoothly on the big day. During our site visit, her excitement and creativity really stood out. She helped us picture exactly how everything would come together. When the weather threw us a curveball, Iby stayed calm, flexible, and totally had our backs, making sure everything went off without a hitch.
On the day of the wedding, with almost 200 guests, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Our biggest wish was to have a stress-free day, and Iby delivered 100%. She handled every little detail and made sure everything was perfect so we could just relax and enjoy the moment with our family and friends.

Iby went above and beyond to make sure we had wedding of our dreams! She was super responsive, always available to answer our questions, and had invaluable wedding industry insight when picking our vendors. On the day of our wedding she made sure everything went off without a hitch! After me and my husband left the venue we realized a family heirloom had fallen out of my pocket, Iby went above and beyond to search the venue and found it the night of wedding - saving the night. She took our vision and turned it into reality, managing every detail with precision. Iby's expertise and calm demeanor made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable, even during the most stressful moments. She was able to problem solve day of issues and went above and beyond on our wedding day! Did a Wonderful Job!
Iby did an excellent job coordinating our wedding. I had booked most of my vendors before hiring her (my one regret is not hiring her earlier in the process), but once she stepped in, she contacted all the vendors I had to become the point of contact and handled remaining details with them. She was very thorough and way more detail oriented than I could ever be.
Day-of she was an absolute hero. We had limited time to set up before the wedding but she showed up as early as was allowed and made sure everything was ready and coordinated all the vendors. I was completely stress free and frankly oblivious to any issues that came up. The day went perfectly.
Aside from her professionalism and experience, Iby is also just a great person to work with. She is very sweet and friendly and I always felt comfortable running questions by her and relying on her. -

Absolutely Amazing
Iby was absolutely amazing through the entire process of planning and on our wedding day! I can't thank her enough! Our day went very smoothly, and as scheduled! Everything was setup exactly like i pictured, and she went above and beyond in the little details as well as the bigger ones, for example: when she noticed my vows in the dressing room and met my maid of honor halfway to grab them😄

I don’t even know where to begin, Iby was more than just great. She made sure our day went smooth despite the 80% chance of weather we were expecting that day. She had a back up plan if needed. (thank God it didn’t rain!! texas weather, lol) She was very responsive every time we needed her and made sure all vendors needs were met. Iby was our coordinator for the day of our wedding celebration, and our day went completely FLAWLESSLY because of her! From the moment we spoke with Iby on the phone, we knew she was the perfect person to help us with our crazy day. Iby made sure she understood our requests and did a very thorough job organizing the details before our event. I was so worried about the logistics of our wedding beforehand, but once Iby arrived, it was obvious she had it all under control and I was able to enjoy the day without a single worry. We hired Events Boutique and Iby to coordinate our September and could not have been more pleased. From our initial conversations through the event, Iby was organized, responsive, and all around helpful in providing tips and guidance when we weren't really sure on something. On the day of our wedding (hours before it was supposed to start!), we had to do a last minute change of reception location due to an A/C issue in our original space (we moved to another spot on the same property), and Iby worked worked so hard and very quickly to make sure our new space was just as beautiful as our originally planned space. The care and attention to detail she provided was top notch. I would highly recommend this vendor, 10/10! -

Iby is so quick to respond to all my concerns and very well organized and detail oriented. She has a lot of experience in wedding planning and it shows with how well she executed our special day.
Iby took away the stress of coordinating all our vendors by handling communication and and organizing our events timeline. Working with Iby was truly like working with a friend! She was generous with her time and energy.
Our wedding day would not have gone so smoothly without Iby and her team. I highly recommend Events Boutique!! -

Iby is a life saver!
Oh Iby. How do I put into words how amazing she is!! She saved me from stressing out. Once we hired her, she took over all vendors and all the details I didn't even think about. She is truly a rock star and made our wedding day a magical experience. I don't know how she does it, but she works magic!! My vision for our day came to life with her help. She even coordinated our ceremony music and cocktail hour music! She brought us food and cake, always checked on us throughout the entire event. Wonderful experience!
Iby is great and so much more than a day of coordinator. (I spoke with at least three others before hiring her). She met us on site numerous times, was available via phone to talk through things multiple times weekly, etc. She brings a lot of experience and when we asked, she was always able to offer her helpful suggestions. She made herself available the full wedding weekend in case we needed any additional, unforeseen to help with other events. Looking back, we are so grateful we hired her and it certainly made our weekend and day go very smoothly!Events Boutique's reply:

Do yourself a favor and get Iby Seltzer as your wedding coordinator. She did not only helped me on every aspect of my wedding, she exceeded everyone's expectations on how she handled the whole event even weeks before the wedding. She's thoughtful, fun, reliable and professional. She created my timeline weeks ahead and was available through email/phone at any time I had questions about anything. She also got in contact with all of my vendors and presented herself as my coordinator in a very clear and professional way. Everyone knew how to get in contact with her for anything. Trust me when I say this girl is worth every penny. -

Stress Free Wedding with Events Boutique
Iby Setzer with Events Boutique will not disappoint. Planning a wedding can be stressful, tiring and costly. However, with Events Boutique, I did not have any of those items to contend with. Iby was professional, always available via email, text or call. She was super organized! Organization is key to a smooth wedding on the big day! She went above and beyond in helping me make sure all of the details were covered. Having Events Boutique on the night of rehearsal allowed everyone to relax and enjoy the time together. Everyone knew exactly what they were to do on the wedding day and it went off without a hitch. From helping with decorations to pinning on corsages and boutonnieres, making sure all vendors arrived prepared and on time, Iby Setzer with Events Boutique did an exceptional job. My daughter and I enjoyed working with Iby so much. I can honestly say that I was not exhausted afterwards because of Iby's help. Everything she did was above and beyond and I couldn't have been happier with her services. -

Above and Beyond!
Iby helped us with our wedding on 4/11/21 and it couldn't have been more special! I know there is no way we could have had this result without her. She had a lot of helpful tips and kept us on track throughout the whole process. There were many things we would have forgotten if not for her! You would think that you have everything prepared and you're all ready to go for your wedding, but there's always going to be something you missed. For us, we left our wedding signage and cake stand at home, but Iby actually swung by our house to grab them on her way to the venue. She was always volunteering to help in any way she could.
More than all of this, Iby is just a good person through and through. She is very caring and it felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend. She had a lot of knowledge about vendors, customs, decorations, timelines... the list goes on!
I couldn't recommend Iby enough and you will be glad to have her by your side throughout your planning process. -

1000% Recommend - Iby Is The BEST!
Iby is the absolute best to work with and I would 100% recommend her services! She is friendly, supportive, easy-going, has such positive energy, and has extensive experience in the events industry. We first hired Iby (EventsBoutique) at the end of 2018 for our wedding in 2020. Although we had a long engagement and only hired Iby as a "Day of Coordinator" she was incredibly helpful from day one and on. From providing great vendor recommendations, to maintaining communication with all of our vendors, to being super flexible with in-person meet-ups and phone calls on the fly, she was always ready to help us out in any way she could.
Due to the pandemic, our wedding date was moved from April 2020 to April 2021. Throughout the entire and very dramatic process of moving our date, Iby didn't hesitate to jump in and help us with contacting and negotiating our contracts with all of our vendors. She gave us advice and helped us navigate the incredibly stressful month leading to our original wedding date, all while staying so positive and patient. She was also extremely understanding and flexible when it came to moving the date as well.
All in all, I can't recommend EventsBoutique enough, and Iby was by far our favorite wedding vendor to work with over the last 3 years. You'll know within minutes that she is just an all around genuine human being that truly cares about her client's happiness and well-being. Which honestly, makes the whole wedding planning process A WHOLE LOT BETTER. -

Iby was wonderful to work with during the planning process. I was looking for a day of coordinator, as I planned to manage my vendors and planning myself, but Iby provided so much assistance and suggestions during the pre-wedding planning that I felt like I was taking advantage of her! Our wedding was postponed and significantly modified due to Covid, all in a short amount of time, but Iby didn’t miss a beat in implementing all of our changes. She capable handled everything we threw at her, including being in charge of our ceremony livestream! Hiring Iby was a great decision. -

I LOVED Iby!! I can not say enough great things about her!! She is phenomenal!! She met with me several times before the wedding to make sure we had everything in place. She would think of everything!! I'm pretty good with lists and planning but she's seriously a pro!! She would go through all of our contracts and if there was an issue/question she would contact the vendor for clarifications. She then created our wedding timeline, which I was so thankful for. I had no idea how long each event would take, but she has so much experience/knowledge it was no problem for her.
Before the wedding Iby did a walk through of the venue with me. I thought I had a pretty good layout, but as we were walking through Iby had so many amazing ideas. She would say "well what if the caterer was over there, then the dance floor would be bigger? Or what if we moved that to the entrance so it's the first thing your guests see?" Seriously...great ideas!!! We took all of her ideas and completely redid the layout...and she was right it looked GREAT!!
Now for the big day...Iby ran everything!! Everything!! I had no idea if there were any problems...I had no idea if anyone was late...I had no idea because she handled it!! Our wedding day was completely stress free, it was actually relaxing at times because we knew Iby was handling things.
I originally thought I didn't need a coordinator, that I'm so organized I can do it and save some money. Well I took my friend's advice and hired Iby...she was worth it!! Totally worth it!! When I first told my dad I wanted a coordinator for the wedding, he didn't like the idea. He argued for months and said he didn't want to spend the money on it. The day after our wedding my dad said "I don't see how people could get married without Iby!! She was AMAZING!! Seriously best idea ever!! When you're sister gets married that's the first person we're contacting."-

Iby is absolutely incredible! She is extremely responsive, organized, has great ideas, and is willing to go the extra mile to help. She came to 2 different site visits as well as the rehearsal, created the timeline and layout, picked up items from the house to bring to the venue, and also had a wonderful assistant. On the day of, they kept the wedding on schedule, made sure people were in their proper places and that things were set up exactly how we wanted. Iby was available whenever we wanted to run ideas past her and offered solutions. We had approximately 200 people at our wedding and things went off without a hitch. I attribute this to Iby and her super woman powers. :) -

EventsBoutique made the very daunting task of pulling off a wedding in downtown Austin over a very busy Formula One Race weekend extremely seamless. I work in management consulting so my personal tendencies include "high attention to detail, strong analytical review and results and extreme multi-tasking." And, to my great surprise (and relief!), Iby Setzer and the team at EventsBoutique, rose to the challenge. She anticipated each and every need that came along, was available much earlier and later than our scheduled dates and when thrown a last-minute curve-ball didn't even blink an eye.
I know we had top service because guests of ours had asked about who we were using for our day-of coordinator because everything moved like a well-oiled machine. And, those friends who had recently had their wedding in the previous 6-8 months remarked that things could have had less stress/headache with this level of service.
On top of it all, they are just great human beings, so our interactions were always positive and supportive. -

I was always told that the bride never enjoys her wedding day because she's so busy and stressed about making sure things go well. Well, my wedding was one of the most stress-free parties I have ever attended! I spent all day and evening hanging out with my friends and family, eating, and dancing. Iby from Events Boutique was definitely the biggest reason for this. We hired her just a few weeks before the wedding and it did not take her long to get completely involved. She kept in touch with all our vendors, came for meetings, looked over contracts, suggested good deals, and asked really important questions. On the big day, I didn't have to lift a finger. Iby is the perfect balance between a full wedding coordinator and a day of coordinator. We had mostly everything planned, but we wanted someone who would make sure all the pieces fell together and the weekend would flow. We started working with Iby about ten months before the wedding. We began with an informal meeting to make sure what she offered fit our vision. She kept regular contact throughout the planning process. We gave her all our vendor contact information, and Iby coordinated with them to confirm our details as well. Before the big day, we made the wedding-weekend timeline together, and the conversation was so helpful! She asked questions that helped us think more clearly about details and the flow of the event. Leading up to the wedding, Iby attended meetings with our venue's staff and met with our florist. On the day of the wedding, I felt completely confident that Iby knew exactly what we wanted that neither the groom nor I worried at all. If anyone had a question for us, we said "go ask Iby," and we kept enjoying ourselves. Everything was taken care of, so we could just embrace the beauty of the day. -

Iby Setzer provided such attention to detail, about parts of the wedding I didn't even think of! She was available before the wedding via email, phone and in person to discuss my plans and concerns. She was very professional and responsive in all of our communications. On the day of our wedding she made sure that everything was just as a I wanted, from the venue setup, to the church setup, to the dinner service and arranging all of the fun stuff during the reception such as the first dance, bouquet toss, etc. During my reception, I was able to have fun with my husband, family and friends instead of worrying about what was supposed to happen next. If you are looking for a professional wedding planner to make your day special and stress free, Iby will do just that for you. Two words ‘dream woman’. Not only is Iby a dream to work with but she was instrumental in making sure our day went off flawless. Everything we imagined and much more was achieved by a truly dedicated and passionate woman. I was so stressed out leading up to our big day, but Iby was always there to help and reassure me that everything was going to be fine. The day of the wedding was perfect. She made sure everything ran smoothly and really allowed for Andy and I to just soak in our special moment. I think she was the reason the rain stopped just a couple hours before our ceremony too :). Thanks again Iby for keeping things on track, pushing us when we needed to be pushed and for a magical day that went off without a hitch. Iby is a godsend of coordinating weddings! -

Iby was a wonderful day-of coordinator for our summer wedding at a country club. She was always courteous to my husband and I as well as to family and guests. Iby was incredibly detail-oriented with her time line and decoration list. I felt so comfortable leaving the timeline in her hands. She kept things running smoothly from the rehearsal to ceremony to the reception. As a DIY-ish bride, I had so many little decoration details that I'd planned and a schedule that I created, but Iby really had great ideas and thought of items for the timeline and place setting that I never considered (thank you Iby for being so thorough!). I’m a control freak but Iby was so amazing, talented, and confident in her work that she made it so easy for me to loosen up and sit back and enjoy my own wedding! I don't think there was a single request that she didn't see to or address herself. Although we had the reception and ceremony at the same location, there was still a lot of running around to do and Iby didn't bat an eye and was able to stage the room, get the wedding party down the aisle, help the photographer pick ideal photo locations, all without batting an eye. A true pro! I (we) couldn't have done it without Iby! -

When I first contacted Iby through weddingwire mid January 2018 in regards to getting help with my day of coordination for my intimate wedding; she was quick to respond and she was very professional over the phone, she understood my needs; she was a fresh breath of air and eased my stress. We communicated over email and she was aware that I was traveling from Houston to Austin. I made a appointment to meet with her at the venue, she agreed and told me she will but together the agreement. Well I arrived at the venue after traveling from Houston to Austin and waited and waited and Iby was a no show. I was disappointed because I really thought I found the perfect coordinator. So Sad! Disappointing
We were excited to find a coordinator with such great reviews within our budget, and Iby was quite helpful leading up to the day, but she was very frustrating to work with day of. I wasn’t informed when to start walking towards the aisle, I just barely heard the music and my dad and I had to rush to the aisle. Her team started tearing down during the dancing and not only did they take all the florals off the tables but they also took all the bouquets and we couldn’t find Iby or any flowers when it was time for the bouquet toss. The most frustrating part was at the end. We were changing our outfits for the grand exit and she comes knocking on the door telling us to hurry bc they just lit the sparklers. Why she didn’t wait for our okay? Who knows. But by the time we got out there almost all the sparklers were out so people used their phone flashlights instead. She was professional with us for the most part but apparently was talking bad about us and complaining about the work they had to (were PAID to) do when we weren’t around. Iby was also very rude to both of our moms when they offered to help out. I shouldn’t be too surprised since she was much cheaper to hire than others at the time, but all the 5 star reviews made me hopeful for a better experience.Events Boutique's reply:
Hi Macy! Thanks for your feedback. It's been over a year so I wanted to remember some details. I think we were expecting 250 guests, and there was a flip (from ceremony to reception) needed, cleanup after the caterer fell on us, we were dressing your tables, and setup all your decor. In order to help with this, I brought in a team, at no additional charge. I don't remember items being clearly labeled and everything was individually wrapped so I apologize for the time spent on that. We also had to break down everything, including tables and chairs, so yes- we began taking some decor off the table a tad early. I think it was also unclear who was taking what at the end of the night so we stayed until the very end. Some traditions didn't match the time on my timeline so I may have been breaking down when the bouquet toss occurred. My apologies for the sparklers, those were accidently lit too soon. The dress change took a little longer than expected ( i think you were packing up all your belongings as well), but I should've definitely checked in with you. Certainly some lessons learned and I wish you and Brody the best of luck! -
