Lucy's Fried Chicken came out to The Videre for a wedding, and they are one of the best vender team's I've seen in a while. From coordination to bussing to the food itself, it was all spectacular. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had a great experience with Lucy's Fried Chicken catering. The food was yummy and the crew made everything happen like magic!

We planned a 2-hour cocktail celebration rather than the standard hour, and were looking for a caterer with great appetizers. Lucy's has amazing appetizers, and we were so excited they have tuna tartare - our favorite food.

We worked with Justine, she was very responsive, accomodating and professional over the extended period we worked with her. She knew all the right questions to ask and guided us to the perfect menu.

Our tasting was delicious, and we had plenty of leftovers. On the day of the wedding, Lucy's did a fantastic job. They showed up early, easy to work with and packed up all of the leftovers at the end of the wedding.

Our guests loved the food and commented on how great the staff was. The presentation was even better than we envisioned. We highly recommend the oysters - they were a big hit!

We love Lucy’s Fried Chicken for dinner any time, so when we started looking for caterers, I was happy to find that they had an extensive catering menu filled with delicious options above and beyond their restaurant offerings. We’re big fans of comfort food and didn’t want to be too fussy with our wedding menu, so this felt like a perfect option. We had some great options for passed appetizers like baby crab cakes and mushroom tartlets, as well as chicken and waffle skewers that were a big hit. The buffet was fun and tasty, and despite their focus on good chicken they also had a bavette steak option that was tender and served with a lovely horseradish cream sauce. Top it off with roasted veggies, mac and cheese and corn bread, and the meal was to die for. We had opted not to have a cake so instead we had a spread of mini desserts AND a super fun s’mores station with delicious gourmet marshmallows that was a great cap to the night. The desserts got the thumbs-up approval of my friend’s 12 year old son, so you KNOW they were good. They also had lots of other great activation station options that we didn’t take advantage of, like oyster-shucking stations and the like that sounded really fun. I’d highly recommend Lucy’s for any event.

Not only do I eat at the Lucy's restaurant on a fairly consistent basis...I also recommend them to all of my wedding planning clients for catering. Their food is SO delicious and the staff is so so nice. Justine the event manager, is a joy to work with and has been on my preferred vendor list since day 1 of working together.

Lucys catered both our wedding and post-wedding brunch. Justine was a pleasure to work with and adjusted quickly to a last-minute pivot. Our friends are still telling us how great the good at our wedding was. I recommend the Frito pie. We can recommend Lucys catering enough for any event. You’ll be in great hands, and the food and staff are second to none.

Lucy's was AMAZING. 100% would recommend booking Lucy's to do your catering for your wedding. The pricing was infinitely more affordable than 95% of the other places we looked into and 100% tastier. All our guests raved about the food - especially the appetizers. Justine and her staff were fabulous - always professional, detail oriented, and made sure everything went exactly according to plan. They helped to make our big day perfect.
