Chef Nikki worked with us to get every detail right. We were so happy with her ability to work on the menu with us. Communication was solid, and she guided us through the menu and logistics, based on our preferences.

We had a smaller wedding (50 people), and Chef Nikki and her team treated it no differently than a 200+ person wedding. Chef Nikki was at our wedding overseeing her staff, and that put our minds at ease throughout the night.

One of my best friends who has been to dozens of weddings said that she finished all of her meal (Basque Chicken), and she couldn't remember the last time she finished a meal at a wedding. People usually shy away from the chicken option at weddings because it tends to be dry. This was not the case with Asturia. They used French-cut chicken, and it was so tender and moist. In our first tasting, we weren't too happy with one of the sauces for the petite filet, but Chef Nikki was eager to work with us to find the flavors we liked.

One of the reasons we went with Asturia was that they provided a number of services. We didn't want to have separate vendors for bartending and cake, so it took a huge load off our hands to be able to have these services available from one vendor.

The only challenge we faced is that we wish they were a restaurant so that we could enjoy their food without having another wedding. We will certainly recommend them to others.

We couldn't be happier with Chef Nikki!!! Being a destination wedding, communication was one of the major things we were looking for. Quick responses and very helpful and flexible and worked with our budget without hesitation. Food was delicious and the fruit and cheese table was just beautiful. The service staff were so friendly and attentive. As the Mother of the bride I couldn't be happier with the services.

Chef Nikki and her team were exceptional. After visiting with various caterers we decide to go with Asturia Catering because of their level of service, their price and how great food tasted. We had a guest count of 220 plated service and Chef Nikki was able to serve everyone in less than 40 min. My family and friends are still raving about the Prosecco Salmon. Thank You Chef Nikki !!!!!
