Smokin’ Brew-B-Q did an amazing job catering our wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Our guests kept talking about how good everything was, and the portions were generous as well. Their team was professional, friendly, and helped make the day run smoothly. They arrived on time, kept everything organized, and made the entire catering experience stress-free. We are so thankful they were part of our special day and would highly recommend them for any wedding or event!

The food was great and the Smokin Brew B-Q crew made it effortless for out part. They were there early to set up so the food was ready for us. I am so glad they took care of everything for us!

We hired Smokin brew bbq for our reception, and they absolutely exceeded all expectations! The food was incredible - perfectly cooked BBQ with amazing flavor, as well as the delicious sides (the mac n cheese was a huge hit) that our guests couldn’t stop raving about. Beyond the delicious food, their team went above and beyond in every way, showing genuine hospitality and care throughout the entire event. They were professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. When we decided to cater our wedding, we went to several places for tasting. After visiting a few, we decided to try Smokin' Brew-B-Q. So. We called and made an appointment for a tasting. The communication was great with quick replies. On the day of we met Nick and Ed at the restaurant. From the moment they introduced themselves, we knew this would be the place to use. Then came the time to sample the food. It was soooo delicious!! The brisket was phenomenal, seasoned to perfection and the bark on the outside was insane. The Mac and Cheese, I highly recommend! It is not your normal Mac and Cheese. The beans and can chicken were crazy good as well. When Nick and Ed arrived, they were set up and ready to go in about 40 minutes, just has planned. All the tables had napkins and plastic ware on the table before we sat down after the ceremony. Both Nick and Ed not only set-up, served, they also kept the tables cleaned, picking up plates and trash. After the dinner was winding down, Nick and Ed began making to go boxes with the food left over, which was not much because everyone went back for thirds. Then myself and my wife went to cut the cake and noticed we had not brought the right knife and to be honest did not know how to slice the cake. So, we asked Ed, if they minded helping slice the cake. Ed did not miss a beat and said, I was actually a cake cutter at my last job; what are the chances for that to happen. So, the cake was cut and crisis adverted! So, what I'm trying to say, Nick and Ed should be your choice for catering, if you want the best BBQ in Austin and surrounding area!! Thanks Nick and Ed, for a great job and excellent service!!

We booked with Nick at Smokin’ Brew BBQ for our May 2025 wedding in Burnet TX. No amount of words can describe how professional Nick was, how outstanding the service was, and how amazing the food was. The first big plus for my husband and I, was that he offered for us to come out and try all of the catering food options for free before we made any decisions. My husband and I are both food lover’s, so we absolutely loved that Nick invited us out to try everything with 0 pressure or commitment involved. Immediately upon trying the food, we knew this was the place for us!

Second, the price couldn’t be beat. We had researched several other options, but Smokin’ Brew was by far the best price for what we were getting. Other BBQ places were double to triple the price of similar packages as to what we got with Smokin’ Brew.

On wedding day, Nick showed up on time, everything was organized beautifully. There was absolutely nothing for my husband and I to have to worry about. And best of all, all of our guests LOVED the food. I had several people come up to me during the wedding asking who our caterer was because the food was sooo delicious!

Can’t thank Nick and Smokin’ Brew enough for being such a big part of our special day, that we will never forget!

From absolutely delicious food, to tasty desserts and professional services, Nick and his team surely did not disappoint. He brings a sophisticated elegant style to serving bbq food at a wedding and we were so proud to have found him for our special day.

From setting up and serving, to bussing and cleaning, Nick and his team surely set the bar high for other vendors. His affordable rates and tasty food is highly recommended. He is such a pleasure to work with and caters to the clients needs. Something every bride deserves!

We loved everything about smoking brew! Nick was amazing to work with! He responded promptly to all emails, calls, and text. I’m indecisive about everything, I went back and forth several times on food choices, guest counts, the type of service that was needed and Nick was polite and professional throughout as well as guided me through the process. And the food! It was amazing! I honestly hired him before even tasting anything from the menu. When I did schedule a tasting I knew I had 200% made the right choice! We finally decided on drop of meal service, they were on time as scheduled, everything was set up nice and neat, they did not leave any mess behind, provided everything we would need to serve dinner, and the food was hot. Our guest loved the food! They actually raved about the food all night, especially the brisket beans! We did not run out of food, we had leftovers which allowed our guest to take food to go. I can’t say enough good things about smoking brew b-q! I would hands down recommend to anyone looking for great Texas style bbq.

Nick and his staff were absolutely wonderful! They were so prepared and organized for our wedding and handled everything with care. Besides their great service and kindness, the food was incredible and all of our guests were talking about how great it all was afterwards! Highly recommend if you're considering hiring them for your wedding :)

I chose Smokin’ Brew-B-Q as my wedding caterer mainly because my wife and I love bbq. That aside, I spoke with Nick, the owner. And from the start he was accessible via email, text or phone call. He explained all of the possible options as well as some of his recommendations. He explained every detail to include but not limited to meat options. Sides, beverages, set up, clean up, timing, etc….
To be very honest, it was the easiest experience we had while planning this wedding. Most all other vendors were not as accessible nor did they offer any professional expertise.
The staff of Smokin’ Brew-B-Q showed up earlier than expected and hit the ground running. Their setup was very nice and staff were extremely professional and accommodating. They tended to my guests every need and did so with a smile. They even stayed much later than expected to help with clean up and break down.
I can’t say enough good things about this vendor. I would highly recommend and next time I’m in Austin, I’m gonna stop for some brisket beans and smoked turkey.
