We had the BBQ for our wedding, and it was honestly among the top 3 BBQ places we've ever eaten. Our guests were raving all night long about the food. Everybody we spoke with during the course of planning was incredibly kind and helpful, and they made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our menu. I was actually a little sad when we finished all the leftover food from our wedding because of how delicious it was. We highly recommend Courtney's, you will not regret picking them!

I hired Courtney's Catering for my organization's staff holiday luncheon and was so beyond impressed! I have worked in hospitality and event planning industry in Austin for many years, and finding a good caterer has always proven extremely difficult. Leading up to the event, Brandi was extremely communicative and flexible with my needs. There was a long period of time where things kept getting delayed on my end due to my organization's policies, but Brandi remained so patient, kind, respectful and accommodating throughout the whole process. On the day of the event, her and her team arrived on time and set up a stunning buffet complete with layered linens and touches of greenery. For the price I paid I was expecting just a standard black tablecloth and chafers on a table, so I was very impressed with the presentation. It made it very clear to me that this is a business that takes pride in their work. On top of this already great experience, the food was fresh and delicious. I am not exaggerating when I say every single thing was seasoned to perfection! I went around to each table and asked everyone how they liked everything, and they all commented on how flavorful the food was. Even our staff with dietary restrictions that received alternative proteins were impressed. I had only paid for the basic-level buffet service, so I was't expecting them to do anything beyond serving the food- but I was yet again pleasantly surprised when I looked up and saw Brandi and her team walking around to each table bussing plates. This was not expected of them at all and I was so amazed with the level of service throughout the entire event. I will absolutely be hiring them for more events in the future, and I recommend you do too!

Our wedding was last weekend at Kindred Oaks and our food was from Courtney’s catering, everyone is still raving about it! We did a BBQ menu with brisket, chicken, macaroni, potatoes, and a side salad. There was something for everyone and all of it was delicious. We also did a simple fruit/cheese tray for cocktail hour and it was beautiful as well!

Courtney's Catering was nothing but amazing. They had wonderful service, food, communication and flexibility. They have a great menu to choose from. I highly recommend this catering company if you want someone who wants to make sure you have the perfect day. We wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else.

I cannot recommend Courtney's Catering enough! They were so easy to work with and offered affordable prices to fit our budget. We had some crazy ideas for our wedding menu and they totally ran with it and went above and beyond our expectations. Plus our guests were over the moon about the food! It was a smash hit!

When I think about BBQ, I think about moist brisket and some tasty sausage and Capital BBQ had it covered! The dinner was absolutely perfect and the BBQ was everything I expected and more! We didn’t do a taste test as Capital BBQ came part of a package deal through our venue, but I do not regret hiring them for our wedding. The day of our wedding, the service was impactable and no beat was left unturned. I felt like an absolute queen having my food delivered to my table and ensure we had drinks all night!

Courtney's Catering was one of the first vendors I ever contacted outside of our wedding venue. Callie was so sweet when helping me pick out my menu at first when I had no idea what I wanted, and Brandi was so patient after I decided to change our menu a month before the wedding haha! I had so much fun communicating with these women and the food was phenomenal!! You HAVE to get the Mac n Cheese it was the best thing I have ever tasted, my husband and I agree.
