I hired Courtney's Catering for my organization's staff holiday luncheon and was so beyond impressed! I have worked in hospitality and event planning industry in Austin for many years, and finding a good caterer has always proven extremely difficult. Leading up to the event, Brandi was extremely communicative and flexible with my needs. There was a long period of time where things kept getting delayed on my end due to my organization's policies, but Brandi remained so patient, kind, respectful and accommodating throughout the whole process. On the day of the event, her and her team arrived on time and set up a stunning buffet complete with layered linens and touches of greenery. For the price I paid I was expecting just a standard black tablecloth and chafers on a table, so I was very impressed with the presentation. It made it very clear to me that this is a business that takes pride in their work. On top of this already great experience, the food was fresh and delicious. I am not exaggerating when I say every single thing was seasoned to perfection! I went around to each table and asked everyone how they liked everything, and they all commented on how flavorful the food was. Even our staff with dietary restrictions that received alternative proteins were impressed. I had only paid for the basic-level buffet service, so I was't expecting them to do anything beyond serving the food- but I was yet again pleasantly surprised when I looked up and saw Brandi and her team walking around to each table bussing plates. This was not expected of them at all and I was so amazed with the level of service throughout the entire event. I will absolutely be hiring them for more events in the future, and I recommend you do too! -

Our wedding was last weekend at Kindred Oaks and our food was from Courtney’s catering, everyone is still raving about it! We did a BBQ menu with brisket, chicken, macaroni, potatoes, and a side salad. There was something for everyone and all of it was delicious. We also did a simple fruit/cheese tray for cocktail hour and it was beautiful as well! -

Courtney's Catering was nothing but amazing. They had wonderful service, food, communication and flexibility. They have a great menu to choose from. I highly recommend this catering company if you want someone who wants to make sure you have the perfect day. We wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. -

When I think about BBQ, I think about moist brisket and some tasty sausage and Capital BBQ had it covered! The dinner was absolutely perfect and the BBQ was everything I expected and more! We didn’t do a taste test as Capital BBQ came part of a package deal through our venue, but I do not regret hiring them for our wedding. The day of our wedding, the service was impactable and no beat was left unturned. I felt like an absolute queen having my food delivered to my table and ensure we had drinks all night! -

We hired Courtney’s Catering for our recent wedding and I am so beyond thrilled with the job they did! From the very beginning when we were reaching out to various caterers to get quotes and menu options, Brandi from Courtney’s Catering was by far the most responsive and helpful. She was extremely helpful, professional, and flexible every step of the way. And the guests absolutely loved the food and would not stop raving about it! The salmon, chicken, and Mac and cheese bar in particular were such hits! Their entire staff that was at our wedding did such an unbelievable job and were so professional. Cannot recommend them enough for your wedding! -

Courtney's Catering was one of the first vendors I ever contacted outside of our wedding venue. Callie was so sweet when helping me pick out my menu at first when I had no idea what I wanted, and Brandi was so patient after I decided to change our menu a month before the wedding haha! I had so much fun communicating with these women and the food was phenomenal!! You HAVE to get the Mac n Cheese it was the best thing I have ever tasted, my husband and I agree. I appreciate all the help in making our wedding day so beautiful Brandi and the serving team were amazing. Thank you again!! -

Courtney’s was great. The food was good and there was plenty for our guests! They even packaged some to go meals that were stashed away in our get away car for us! The staff was extremely responsive to our questions and changes in guest count. -

The food was delicious and my guests kept commenting on how good it was. I highly recommend the salmon with garlic cream sauce! It is sooooooo good! Bride and groom, you get so caught up in the moment and will be very busy through out the whole day, but make sure you enjoy it and eat plenty because at the end you will be craving more and wishing that you had taken some with you.
Brandi is very responsive to any questions that you may have and works very well with you. Thank you Courtney's Catering for your services! If I lived in the area I would definitely go with them again! -

Courtney’s Catering was super delicious! We went with fajitas for our wedding and WOW they were great. All the guests raved about how good the food was! We barely had any leftovers to take home it was that delicious that people were going back for seconds and thirds!! Not only were the fajitas super tasty but everything I’ve ever tried of theirs is just as great! Their mac & cheese and pulled pork is incredible!! They are very reasonable as well especially for how good all of their food is!! Definitely recommend giving these guys a taste and booking with them! So delicious!!! -

We used Courtneys for our Kindred Oaks wedding package, we had their barbecue menu. It was affordable and delicious! From what we heard our guests really enjoyed the food also and there was a good amount. Also the desserts were yummy -

The team at Courtney’s catering is wonderful. Not only did they help me plan my catering and bartending needs, but they answered so many other questions I had around the wedding planning process. They’re true professionals. Oh and of course, their food is amazing! They were so flexible with our budget and made sure to offer items that didn’t put us overboard but were still elegant and delicious. They made sure to send us home with a few boxes full of food and were so sad once it was gone! -

Callie was great to work with. She was prompt with her email and phone calls which was perfect. Food was great, everyone LOVED the late night Mac and cheese bar we had. Great toppings and sides. Our buffet style dinner was delicious! We really enjoyed our food! -

Courtney's Catering was an excellent choice for my wedding day. Their pricing was great, and they had a nice range of food options. I was very pleased with how the food turned out and we received lots of compliments from our guests. They also did our bartending which made life a lot easier. -

Sarah Sent on 01/10/2010The Courtney's Catering reps were very attentive to the new husband and I (and presumably our guests) the entire night of the event. They provided guests with champagne for toasts and also assisted with the cake cutting. Prior to and after the event, there were a few times when response time was slow (technical difficulties or vacation), but this only happened when it would have been helpful for them to have the information I was trying to give them (i.e. our change in wedding coordinator and tipping the servers after the event). Eventually, it all worked out, and I feel like we received a great deal for great food. -

All of our guests raved about their food, particularly the mac and cheese! Several people even went back for seconds. We also used them for linen rentals and they made that process super, super easy and made our vision of how the napkins on the table would look come to life! We booked 3 bartenders for 2 different bars and our guests never had to wait in line for a drink. We made a great choice in going with Courtney’s Catering and highly recommend them!! -

We just wish we had ordered more food so we had something to eat once everyone left cause we were hungry! :D So glad our guests were raving about the food.
