Meredith started this company out of her home in June of 2006. She is now the owner of multiple businesses and works as a small business coach with the John Maxwell Team.
In addition to her many business ventures, Meredith is a wife, mother of 3 awesome boys and recently a Mimi to a precious granddaughter.
Derrick has been with Let Us Do the Cooking for over 10 years. His positive and helpful demeanor in and out of the kitchen, as well as his top notch cuisine make him a key part of our team. Derrick has been entrusted with all of Meredith's "secret" recipes and he never disappoints in execution.
Outside of the kitchen, Derrick is a father to 6 beautiful daughters and enjoys spending time with them and creating Cajun-inspired dishes in his free time. You can also find him cheering on the Saints anytime the game is on!
Brittney has been with Let Us Do the Cooking off and on for over 8 years. Prior to working for Let Us Do the Cooking, she began as a part-time nanny for the owner Meredith, helping take care of her home and her three energetic boys.
Ninety-nine percent of the time, if you call or email the office, Brittney will be the one to answer, or to return your calls or emails. With an eye for detail and a friendly personality, she makes a great addition to the LUDTC team.
Outside of the office, Brittney is a mother to a beautiful daughter and also runs a seasonal kayak rental business.
