  Excellent Food & Service!!!

  This vendor was recommended by our venue. I have to say I've been to many weddings and have had different types of dinners. Let Us Do The Cooking was by far the best dinner I've had at a wedding. They was also provided a complimentary dinner for me since I am vegetarian. I truly was amazed. I loved EVERYTHING!!!

  Great food and service!

  Our guests loved the food! We had Let Us Do The Cooking provide our meals for the rehearsal, day-of lunch, and wedding meal and everything was great!

  Great Food

  Let Us Do The Cooking was pleasant to plan with, had lots of different options for meals, and prepared the food very well. Everything tasted great - the chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans received high praise from everyone at the wedding!

The food was excellent, prepared the way I requested and tasted FABULOUS!' the staff were extremely accommodating, performing above and beyond to ensure my guests were pleased. Added touch...they were extremely kind to my guests who wasn't quite ready to leave at the reception... Lol. Meredith and her team will always have my business... In fact my friend hired her to do her own wedding 6 months later... Couldn't beat the bargain, taste and the superb service.

  Great food!!! Meredith and her staff are excellent. The food was excellent and they there was alot of it on each plate. They where willing to help with all clean up and stayed until all the guest that wanted seconds received a second helping

  Absolutely loved their food- delicious and good quality!
  Bartending service was great, too!! Glad the combo booking worked out!
  There isn’t a tasting menu/plates, so if you’re out of town like us- you’ll have to work with friends/family in the area. I found at times they were hard to get a hold of, but once I did they were accommodating and very helpful!

  I give responsiveness a low rating because she did not answer emails often, but when I went to physically talk to her, she was very polite and answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The food was delicious and was at a very good cost.

  Everything that was served was delicious, however here were a few issues with the service, but I’ll get to that. I enjoyed the planning meetings with Meredith, and the food and staff were always impeccable at their restaurant. However, it is the things that were not handled well that concern me more. 1. The catering staff tried to set up for the buffet meal, when we had ordered a plated meal, and then argued with my mother about it. 2. When I originally met with Meredith, I told her that we would need some children’s meals. I was told to just include them on the final count, and they would be accommodated. Then at the wedding…no kids meals. We were later informed that because they were not on the contract, they were not at fault. 3. I was adamant about providing vegetarian meals for our guests, and asked if I should do a seating chart or escort cards to facilitate this during the serving of the plated meal. I was again told “no” that the servers would be able to accommodate this, and would ask at the table. They didn’t. I hadn’t warned my guests to make sure to ask for their vegetarian meals, and therefore many of my vegetarian and Kosher Jewish guests were served meat. 4. We made the decision to add pilsners for beer about a month before our wedding. The pilsners got misplaced somehow and the bartenders were then unable to serve the beer from the kegs, and served our bottled beer, which was meant to be a reserve after the keg beer ran out. We ended up running out of bottle beer in 30 minutes and having a full keg left at the end of the night.
  I am not saying all this to turn you off, but to be cautionary. These caterers are definitely the best quality food in the area, and best value. But be sure to be AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE, and ask to meet with the actual event manager who will be working at your event, not only the owner Meredith. I sincerely hope your experience will be better than ours.
