The music was excellent – exactly what we wanted! Ritmo Loco played the songs we specified and included some others that we hadn’t thought of that were totally in line with the genres we focused on. Prices very reasonable, great customer service.

My husband and I met Ritmo Loco at one of the vendors meet and greets at our wedding venue. We got to speak to the couple for a minute and discuss what we wanted for our big day. They were really nice so we decided to book with them especially because they were familiar with the venue and said that they loved and would play EDM for us. This was a huge mistake. When we first signed the contract and started working with them we would email them and get a response day sometimes weeks later. When it came down to reviewing our music plans the husband reviewed it with us and said that they would listen to the songs and play them at the appropriate times/ drops. This was extremely important to us because we picked some heavy hitters where the drop made the whole song and meant so much to us. Well come wedding day the husband was nowhere to be, and it was the wife DJ'ing and she obviously had no idea what we discussed for our music. When we did our walk out song, they didn't even play it at the point we discussed, and it was so quite you could barely even hear the music. So now we are moving on into the father and mother dances. The maid of honor goes up to them multiple times to ask them to turn the music up because nobody in the venue could hear it and the wife who was dj'ing was very rude and said no she couldn't. So needless to say, all of our videos from those moments turned out terrible. On top of all of the stress from planning the wedding we had accidentally forgot to pay them. Now I first want to say that the payment date was a month before our wedding, and they never once said anything to us nor did they say anything when they got there to set up prior to the reception. Even though we had already signed a contract with them that didn't matter. So, me and my husband have absolutely zero free time now that the reception has started, we barley have time to say hi to the 200+ guests that were there and now the DJ's are threatening to turn off all of their music halfway through our wedding reception. They start playing their own playlist and turn the music way down until we pay them. It was absolutely awful. As a pregnant bride just trying to keep everything together and enjoy one of the most meaningful days of my life, I am now in a puddle of stress and tears. I have to drop everything I am doing to leave to go search for my phone to get this done. The entire thing was an absolute nightmare. Overall, I would not recommend using this DJ. They might have an enticing price, but it's not worth it and I really wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else on their big day.
