We worked with Jamie from A Timeless Soirée for our wedding and can’t recommend her and her team enough. After meeting her at a wedding expo in Austin, we immediately knew she was the right fit—she was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly experienced. We chose her full-service design package and are so glad we did. Planning: Jamie made the entire planning process smooth and manageable. She helped us define our vision, built a custom design board, and gave us curated options for each vendor. She also created a detailed month-by-month planning timeline, helped us allocate our budget, tracked payments, and kept us on schedule. As the point of contact for all vendors, she filtered all the back-and-forth so we could focus on the big picture. Her organization and communication helped take the stress out of planning. Her energy and enthusiasm for our big day helped to keep the momentum going even after a long day of work, and made planning our wedding a truly enjoyable process. We heard multiple times from different vendors that they absolutely loved Jamie, and for those who did not know Jamie before, were impressed with how on-top of things she was and proactive in getting things done. Day-of Coordination: Jamie and her assistant Sarah were amazing on our wedding day. We had ~150 guests and a large vendor team, and everything so smooth! They coordinated a full ceremony-to-reception room flip during cocktail hour in under 45 minutes, kept everything running on time, and allowed us to be fully present with our guests. We weren’t aware of a single issue the entire day— namely because Jamie had it all handled. Jamie is warm, reliable, organized, and truly goes above and beyond for her couples. We’re so grateful to have had her lead our amazing vendor team - you will not regret hiring Jamie as your planner!

Alicia is a very well organized planner. She is prepared with any situation that may arise. I would highly recommend her for anyone that is thinking of having a coordinator. Looking back at the wedding, I cannot even begin to think how someone may do that without a coordinator. She was able to wrangle all of the wedding party in a structured format, kept us on time, and worked with the vendors and their placements. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We have nothing bad to say about the services we received! From a month out Jessica took care of everything and helped with any last minute changes. She was available any time and always answered quickly! She was so kind and calming and we had the most perfect day!

en did such a fantastic job for our wedding last night. I’m so glad we hired her! Jen was thorough in her planning documents and made sure to have all the info she needed to make our vision come true. Our venue fell short on a couple of things, but Jen quickly came up with solutions to make the night a success and total blast! I don’t know what we would have done without her as she saved the day more than a few times. Thank you, Jen!

After working with Caroline to plan our wedding earlier this year, we can confidently say she is the best wedding planner! Her expertise, relationships with vendors, and attention to detail are some of the things that helped make our wedding day absolutely memorable! From our very first intro meeting to wedding day, I felt very supported by Caroline. Even after the wedding, Caroline continued to help me when I was having an issue with another vendor. I recommend Caroline to anyone who is planning a wedding. We truly couldn’t have done it without her.

Truthfully, the wedding took place a while ago and I may be just getting to this review, but she was an exceptional service provider. Very professional and caring and follow through with everything.

From start to finish, our wedding coordinator and her assistant were impressive beyond measure. Planning support? Seamless. Spray tan services? A literal lifesaver. Full access to her personal wedding décor warehouse at no additional cost? Unreal. She coordinated our rehearsal, handled full venue decorating and take-down, and even made last-minute purchases on the wedding day for items we overlooked or underestimated – all without missing a beat! She somehow managed to capture sneak-peek photos and videos of our most meaningful moments while simultaneously promoting and supporting our other vendors, carrying and bustling my dress train and veil, and coordinating every moving part behind the scenes to ensure smooth transitions all day long. At the end of the night, she helped collect all of our personal décor items and gifts and made sure everything was safely secured in our suite, something we didn’t even have to think twice about. The level of multitasking, professionalism, and genuine care she showed is something I still can’t wrap my head around. Savvy Southern Events is nothing short of a dream come true for a bride. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Hiring her was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day.

I can't say enough good things about Megan Bauman, our wedding coordinator! Initially, I didn't think I needed a day-of coordinator, but having Megan there made all the difference. She was incredibly professional, organized, and truly a joy to work with. Her attention to detail was outstanding—she anticipated every need and made sure everything ran smoothly. Megan has a fantastic eye for detail and helped bring my vision to life in ways I didn't even expect. She worked seamlessly with all our other vendors, and everyone enjoyed working with her. I was especially grateful that she stayed until the very end, helping with cleanup and ensuring everything was taken care of. She went above and beyond, and I’m so glad she was available to assist us. Megan was worth every cent, and I highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding coordinator. She truly made our special day even more unforgettable!
