We have nothing bad to say about the services we received! From a month out Jessica took care of everything and helped with any last minute changes. She was available any time and always answered quickly! She was so kind and calming and we had the most perfect day!

After working with Caroline to plan our wedding earlier this year, we can confidently say she is the best wedding planner! Her expertise, relationships with vendors, and attention to detail are some of the things that helped make our wedding day absolutely memorable! From our very first intro meeting to wedding day, I felt very supported by Caroline. Even after the wedding, Caroline continued to help me when I was having an issue with another vendor. I recommend Caroline to anyone who is planning a wedding. We truly couldn’t have done it without her.

Lilian was an amazing wedding planner. She was extremely easy to work with and made my special day go very smooth. There were things in the timing of my day that I just didn’t think about and was really appreciative of her making me aware of. She paid attention to detail and kept everyone on track on such a busy day. I never worried about anything or worried about anyone being where they needed to be and when. My day went perfect and I would recommend her to anyone looking for wedding planner.

Jennifer was my florist for my wedding, and the whole process was excellent! She brought my vision to life and exceeded my expectations, stayed within budget and even suggested cost-saving ideas, and we had fun along the way! She was prompt and on top of things. Jen kept me in the loop throughout the process, which I loved. I would highly recommend Jen for your floral needs, and I’m sure she’s an excellent wedding planner/coordinator as well.

We hired Mitzi about 8 months before our wedding, and it was THE BEST decision we could have made. Mitzi and her team combined our vision with their amazing ideas, bringing our dream to life! Mitzi is such a rockstar and really REALLY knows what she's doing. Mitzi was always an email away, but our service included a 24/7 Wedding Assistant service. My mom and I looked & searched for a wedding planner that would be available whenever we needed it, and Mitzi Sarahi Events is definitely it. We interviewed other high end planners in the area and Mitzi was just so personable, it was like chatting with a friend. Her expertise is beyond, and we were very impressed with how we were able to book AMAZING vendors in such a short amount of time from both San Antonio and Austin. On wedding day everything was so perfect, that we will remember it forever!

Rebecca with A Grand Occasion provided floral and decorations for our wedding on July 31st 2020. In the midst of a global pandemic , we could not be more thankful for having someone like Rebecca on our team! She was the most understanding and helpful person when we needed to postpone our original wedding date of 5/22 & worked with us on cutting cost and rearranging our entire layout to accommodate our new, decreased guest count due to COVID-19. When we ran into a bump in the road with the venue not having the exact tables we needed , Rebecca immediately got on the phone with all of her contacts and found us a vendor willing to rent us out tables at such last minute. She spent countless hours planning, preparing and talking with us, making sure she understood the exact vision we saw. Rebecca arrived at the venue early in the morning on wedding day and began setting up everything as we had discussed during our meetings. I was so concerned about getting everything to look the way my wife wanted set up to her liking, but I left to get ready comfortably, knowing and confident, that Rebecca was going to provide the vision that we both hoped to see for our event. Sure enough, as my wife and I entered the venue for our grand entrance , we looked down from the balcony to see the most perfect and beautiful set up we could ask for and more! All the centerpieces, deportations, flowers and bouquets made the event such a beautiful, elegant and amazing site to look at! The vision My wife and I had EXACTLY as we had discussed. It truly felt like a dream! We have received so many compliments from loved ones how amazing every inch of our venue looked! As we navigated through our wedding day, we couldn’t help but notice everything Rebecca was doing for us. Running back and forth repurposing our outdoor ceremony flowers to inside our venue. Coordinating with our venue staff to get everything running smoothly and efficiently. Planning and preparing all of the things my wife and I never thought of going into our big day. Rebecca was all over it and we could not be more thankful for having someone like her to guide us through this journey in having a wedding during a global pandemic. There is no better florist , no better planner and no better person that could have done the job that Rebecca did for us throughout this entire journey. Thank you for everything!!

My husband and I had no idea just how helpful a day of coordinator would be. Spend a little extra money to help take the stress off of yourself and your spouse on your big day. Meeting Natalie at our initial meeting, we knew she was professional and she gave us so much useful information! Closer to our wedding day, we could only have a meeting via phone call to discuss our details and the flow of how the wedding day should go and she still kept this professionalism that's admirable. I loved working closely with Natalie during our process. The day of, we had Caroline as our coordinator and she's delightful as well! She kept us on our timeline and was extremely easygoing and took off so much stress on our wedding day. If you're thinking of hiring day of services, do it! I can tell you from experience that it was probably the best decision we made and worth the expense! I should also note the pricing is reasonable and not something that will break the bank. Leave some room in your budget for this. You'll look back and be extremely grateful!

Wilkinson Rhodes planned and executed the wedding I've always wanted. I was a little worried at first because we had a destination wedding in San Diego, CA, but my worries quickly went away once the process began. The initial planning meeting included a look at my Pinterest page which quickly came to life. Billinda, India and their team came up with some great out-of-box entertainment ideas including a butt sketch artist which quickly became the talk of the wedding (some of our friends have the sketch's displayed in their house). In addition, we had a major issue with the initial caterer we choose. I wasn't able to fly to San Diego to deal with it so Billinda quickly got on a plane and found an amazing replacement. I would highly recommend Wilkinson Rhodes for any major event.

It was a great experience planning my daughters Quince with Norma. She knew exactly what was needed for my event which was great since I didn't know where to start! It's also helpful that she works with your individual situation. She completely transformed the boring venue into a very formal setting.
