When we started the wedding planning process I was dead set against having a wedding coordinator. Part of my job is to plan events, so I figured that planning a wedding is no harder than planning a robotics tournament. Turns out there is minimal similarities. At the insistence of my MiL and the recommendation at Bridal Connection, we hired Stephanie and she turned out to be the most important person we brought onto our wedding planning team.

She took my handful of jumbled ideas for a non traditional wedding and helped me realize my wedding vision and we pulled off an amazing experience for us and our guests! With her help, we found the balance between extremely nerdy and elegant and turned Star Wars, robots, and dinosaurs into a realistic wedding theme.

Stephanie is so easy to work with! Her checklists are fantastic and cover every detail you can think of, and even more that you didn't think of. She cares about her couples and made our day magical!

Stephanie from Sweet Gardenia Weddings was our day-of wedding coordinator and she did an amazing job, she met with us on a number of occasions prior to the wedding to help set up our timeline for the weeding. During all of these meetings she was kind, professional, well-prepared, and immensely helpful. She asked thoughtful and thorough questions that helped my wife and I fill in the gaps of our knowledge and kept us from missing some of the details that we wouldn't have caught without her help - and even provided some recommendations for some excellent vendors that we hadn't considered. During the wedding itself she really ran the show - she made sure everything and everyone was in the right place at the right time - addressing issues and concerns quickly and effectively with the venue staff and the vendors. She made sure we didn't have anything to worry about aside from actually getting married. I don't think we could have put on nearly as amazing an event if we didn't have her help.

Stephanie is so connected in the community, every vendor knew her name and was excited we were working with her. She was the absolute best planner possible, completely engaged and always going above and beyond. She even perfectly matched out theme for the wedding with her outfit! She also was so wonderful and supportive of us as an trans queer couple. Can't recommend highly enough!

I don't even know where to start.. Stephanie made what could have easily been the most hectic and stressful day a wonderful experience. I do not know what would have happened had we not had her in our corner, and I am so happy we never had to find out. She truly stepped up and showed out for us, we were supported from the moment we had our initial meeting to days after the wedding. Absolutely fell in love with her personality and huge heart, you can really tell that she loves her couples and gives it her all for their special day. Our family and friends absolutely adored her! We have had multiple people sing her praises to us, despite only meeting her in passing. We could not have done it without her, she truly helped us get to that 'I do'.

Stephanie did an absolutely phenomenal job on our special day!! I’m so happy and lucky to have had her as my coordinator for the weekend. She took the reines and led the show flawlessly. No request was too big! When my bridesmaid wanted another bottle of champagne from the venue, one of my brides maids took my phone to text Stephanie to inquire for another bottle. All she did was heart the message and shortly after, she came with the champagne to keep the party going! Our families and wedding party spoke so highly of her after the wedding and what an amazing job she did. After this experience, I can’t recommend hiring Stephanie, even for the weekend, so that you can sit back and relax. We did not feel stressed at all on our wedding day thanks to her! Can’t recommend her enough!

Stephanie was the best thing to have happened to me for my wedding. I booked her last minute with a week to spare until my wedding and she executed everything I needed and even helped me make my seating chart because she saw how stressed I was. She made sure I had and wanted everything on my special day. I literally forgot my bouquet and was about to walk down the aisle and she was literally The Flash and ran everywhere to find it for me with the venue staff and they found it!!! Can't recommend her enough. I wish I booked with her sooner!

Stephanie was everything we ever wished for. Not only for being out wedding planner, but also becoming such a dear friend of ours. She was always there for anything we needed. Not once did she make us feel like we asked for too much, need to much. She was there to make it better and filled us with so much comfort!
