The wedding planner with the MOSTEST!
If you’re feeling overwhelmed planning your wedding, stop what you’re doing and hire Stephanie with Sweet Gardenia Weddings immediately. Working with Stephanie was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. She was incredibly responsive and helpful—always just a quick message away with answers, ideas, or reassurance.
There were times when we were stressed or stuck, and she seamlessly took the reins and got shit done. She just handled things, and did it with such calm, confidence, and care that we could actually relax and enjoy the process.
Beyond her professionalism, she’s also just a genuinely kind, thoughtful, and fun person to have on your team. We had some hiccups with vendors, and she didn’t flinch—she stepped in, took ownership, and resolved everything quickly and gracefully.
We can’t say enough good things. 1,000/10 recommend—especially if your girly is overwhelmed. Stephanie was our secret weapon and truly made our day unforgettable. -

Thanks to Stephanie, my husband and I were able to live out our dream wedding. I cannot even begin to describe her amazing work ethic and quality of work without pointing our her wonderful character as a person. Stephanie listened and connected with us in such a diligent way to make sure every detail in our wedding was impeccable. Her endless vendor connections, knowledge, and work ethic created an event that left my family and I speechless. On top of that, Stephanie communicated with us amazingly giving the fact the we lived in a complete different city. To any couple who is looking to have the most fun and beautiful experience during the planning of their wedding and most importantly on wedding day, Sweet Gardenia Weddings is the only best option!!! We are forever grateful for everything that she gave us!!

When we started the wedding planning process I was dead set against having a wedding coordinator. Part of my job is to plan events, so I figured that planning a wedding is no harder than planning a robotics tournament. Turns out there is minimal similarities. At the insistence of my MiL and the recommendation at Bridal Connection, we hired Stephanie and she turned out to be the most important person we brought onto our wedding planning team.
She took my handful of jumbled ideas for a non traditional wedding and helped me realize my wedding vision and we pulled off an amazing experience for us and our guests! With her help, we found the balance between extremely nerdy and elegant and turned Star Wars, robots, and dinosaurs into a realistic wedding theme.
Stephanie is so easy to work with! Her checklists are fantastic and cover every detail you can think of, and even more that you didn't think of. She cares about her couples and made our day magical! -

Stephanie is so connected in the community, every vendor knew her name and was excited we were working with her. She was the absolute best planner possible, completely engaged and always going above and beyond. She even perfectly matched out theme for the wedding with her outfit! She also was so wonderful and supportive of us as an trans queer couple. Can't recommend highly enough! -

I don't even know where to start.. Stephanie made what could have easily been the most hectic and stressful day a wonderful experience. I do not know what would have happened had we not had her in our corner, and I am so happy we never had to find out. She truly stepped up and showed out for us, we were supported from the moment we had our initial meeting to days after the wedding. Absolutely fell in love with her personality and huge heart, you can really tell that she loves her couples and gives it her all for their special day. Our family and friends absolutely adored her! We have had multiple people sing her praises to us, despite only meeting her in passing. We could not have done it without her, she truly helped us get to that 'I do'.
If you're not letting Stephanie take care of you on your big day, just cancel the whole thing! -

Stephanie was the best thing to have happened to me for my wedding. I booked her last minute with a week to spare until my wedding and she executed everything I needed and even helped me make my seating chart because she saw how stressed I was. She made sure I had and wanted everything on my special day. I literally forgot my bouquet and was about to walk down the aisle and she was literally The Flash and ran everywhere to find it for me with the venue staff and they found it!!! Can't recommend her enough. I wish I booked with her sooner! -

Hire her!!
Stephanie was fantastic!! She really put us at ease the month before our wedding. She was always quick to respond / get responses from vendors. My husband and I are big planners so we did a lot of work prior to her helping us but she was still able to point out very important things/details we didn’t even think of. We had a catholic wedding and Stephanie was aware of church guidelines/rules and was she was very respectful of them. We had an issue with our reception venue/florist that was unfortunate but Stephanie and her assistant Clarissa were on top of it. We felt like we truly could just relax and have fun the day of our wedding because she was there. She got along great with our family and friends and was quick to address their needs the day of the wedding.
After the wedding Stephanie was sweet enough to reach out and check on us and even gave us a recap of what happened behind the scenes. I really appreciated her transparency. I still wasn’t happy with what happened with the florist and Stephanie was very understanding. She was nice enough to reach out to the florist after the fact to try and assist us in resolving the issues. During the entire process/after the wedding, she truly cared/advocated for us to make sure we were happy. I really recommend that you hire Stephanie and her team for your upcoming wedding you won’t regret it! You want someone like her on your side -

Amazing Experience with Stephanie!
Stephanie is such a gem! She’s attentive, patient, detail oriented, highly organized, and very knowledgeable and GREAT at what she does!! I can not say enough good things about her, 10/10 highly recommend! Our day wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without her, she was the first vendor I hired for my wedding and I am so incredibly appreciative of all she did for us, we love you Stephanie!

Stephanie was so great to work with. I was a very anxious bride and Stephanie helped ease my worries throughout the planning process. I cannot imagine what our wedding day would have been like without her- she worked hard to make everything go very smoothly. We didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to truly enjoy our special day. I definitely recommend working with her! -

Where do I even begin with bragging about Stephanie?!
If any bride is on the fence about having Sweet Gardenia Weddings be part of their big day, THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO DO IT!!! You will not regret it one bit, from the very jump, Stephanie was very attentive to every question I had. Our email chain is pretty long but that just goes to show that she is there for anything that you need! She did a tremendous job as my Month of Coordinator, At 6 weeks, she took over everything and it really does take a load off for us brides. When the day of my wedding came, it all ran exactly how we wanted it to run because of her and her team. Clarissa also did an amazing job at supporting us the whole day. We felt very blessed and in good hands for our wedding. Sweet Gardenia's organization is impeccable, any little problem that came up, Stephanie and Clarissa were on it and it was fixed in no time. Where to begin!?! Stephanie was amazing to work with. The amount of planning she did for our wedding made me feel at ease and her amount of knowledge in the wedding industry was so impressive. Any questions or concerns I had, she was ready to assist in any way she could. From our first meeting we had, my stress level immediately went down and her bubbly personality was definitely a plus! If you want someone well organized, dependable, calming, professional, and trustworthy …. Stephanie is THE one. She always had our back and was ready for anything that came her way. I cannot thank this woman enough for the amount of support, love, and gratitude for making our wedding day a dream come true. -

If you’re considering whether or not you need a day of coordinator, get with Stephanie at Sweet Gardenia Weddings, you’ll thank yourself later! We could not be happier with our choice and Stephanie was amazing from beginning to end. We felt a good vibe from our initial consultation and that carried through to each meeting and our wedding day.
She was organized, asked all the right questions and took a lot off of our plate. She took care of all of the little details that you don’t have time to think of on your big day and handled communications with our vendors. She looked out for us and made sure our wants and needs were her top priority, we definitely felt catered to as a couple.
As stressful as wedding planning is, we are so incredibly thankful to have had Stephanie by our side through the process. She is an incredible person with a passion to make your big day unforgettable. Our only regret is not having hired her sooner!

Stephanie is worth it !
Stephanie is phenomenal!! She went above and beyond on my wedding day, I had a lot of things ready and my venue cancelled two months before my date.. I was freaking out and Stephanie not only calmed me down but gave my numerous options. I told her I wanted a new venue and by 5 pm that same day she had two options !! She not only made me feel comfortable but my husband and children happy. She is your hype man , dance partner and voice of organization. She is the real deal !! -

Stephanie is my wedding MVP. She saved the day so many times. When my cake vendor had to be replaced 48 hrs before the wedding she found someone within an hour who could execute my vision under budget and with free delivery. When the venue was ignoring my calls she kept after them until she got answers. And when I decided the week of the wedding to hire a videographer she found a vendor with availability that same day who fit the budget.
