Megan was the day of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding during Covid. Even with all the ups and downs we had to deal with in that hectic time Megan was extremely professional. She seemed so happy to be doing something she was clearly passionate about. She felt like family after it was all over.

Megan was amazing from start to finish. We have multiple meetings before my wedding and she began to be the main contact for all vendors about a month before. She kept me on track leading up to the wedding; finding out when vendors would be arriving and creating the timeline. She was always available for any and all questions and took the stress of having to contact vendors away leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding she was there to help set up. I felt completely calm knowing she was taking care of everything. The venue turned out beautiful and the wedding went off without a hitch. The weather created a little hiccup in the farewell plans but Megan was ready with a backup plan, and I think it was even more fun than the original plan. Forever thankful for all she did to make our special day turn out perfect.

Megan planned my son’s wedding back in July of 2015, we live in San Antonio, TX. So a July wedding is HOT. Even though Megan was just starting out then I was extremely impressed by her organization and professionalism. The day went perfectly smooth even with the miserable heat. Our friend’s daughter recently got married at Hummingbird House in Austin. Their wedding planner was Megan Bauman. Wow, did she do a great job! Between the venue, caterers, DJ and the family everything ran so smoothly. There never seemed to be a hitch.
