  Truly the best!

  Megan is the absolute best! There is no way I could have pulled off my day without her, she is truly amazing! Not only has she become an amazing friend I would consider her family. She handled all aspects of my wedding from dealing with my crazy family, set up and take down, coordination of vendors and making sure I had zero stress. My husband and I saw a wedding coordinator as an investment and Megan exceeded our expectations

  Phenomenal Event Coordinator

  I can't say enough good things about Megan Bauman, our wedding coordinator! Initially, I didn't think I needed a day-of coordinator, but having Megan there made all the difference. She was incredibly professional, organized, and truly a joy to work with. Her attention to detail was outstanding—she anticipated every need and made sure everything ran smoothly.
  
  Megan has a fantastic eye for detail and helped bring my vision to life in ways I didn't even expect. She worked seamlessly with all our other vendors, and everyone enjoyed working with her. I was especially grateful that she stayed until the very end, helping with cleanup and ensuring everything was taken care of.
  
  She went above and beyond, and I’m so glad she was available to assist us. Megan was worth every cent, and I highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding coordinator. She truly made our special day even more unforgettable!

  Day Of Coordinator

  Megan was amazing from start to finish. We have multiple meetings before my wedding and she began to be the main contact for all vendors about a month before. She kept me on track leading up to the wedding; finding out when vendors would be arriving and creating the timeline. She was always available for any and all questions and took the stress of having to contact vendors away leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding she was there to help set up. I felt completely calm knowing she was taking care of everything. The venue turned out beautiful and the wedding went off without a hitch. The weather created a little hiccup in the farewell plans but Megan was ready with a backup plan, and I think it was even more fun than the original plan. Forever thankful for all she did to make our special day turn out perfect.

  I know Megan professionally and personally, and it was an honor to be a guest at a wedding that she coordinated. Megan goes above and beyond to make sure the day is flawless. She is organized, methodical, and professional.   Covid Wedding

  Megan was the day of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding during Covid. Even with all the ups and downs we had to deal with in that hectic time Megan was extremely professional. She seemed so happy to be doing something she was clearly passionate about. She felt like family after it was all over.

  This is your event planner, look no further!!!

  I cannot begin to tell you how talented, patient and kind Megan from Arise Events is!! She pays attention to every detail, is so kind and knowledgeable in everything she does and you can tell by her actions just how much she LOVES what she does.
  She has done many events for me from bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties and anniversary celebrations. But my favorite event she planned for me was my 50th Masquerade Birthday Party!!! She made sure it was an evening I would never forget.
  I do not like to plan events and am horrible with details. When I met with Megan and told her I've always wanted to have a masquerade type party, she took the reins from there and went above and beyond my expectations!!! We had a DJ, dancing, casino tables and a photo booth!!
  The night could not have gone any better!!!! So many people came to me and complimented on how much fun they had and how well Arise did with all the tiny details. I will never use anyone else but Arise for my celebrations.

  Masquerade party

  Megan planned my son’s wedding back in July of 2015, we live in San Antonio, TX. So a July wedding is HOT. Even though Megan was just starting out then I was extremely impressed by her organization and professionalism. The day went perfectly smooth even with the miserable heat. She made sure everything was taken care of and that my daughter in law was never stressed or bothered with the little things. My son was on a tight budget and Megan was able to provide quality service while still making us feel unique and important. Please don’t miss out on booking Megan as your wedding planner.

  Perfect choice!

  Our friend’s daughter recently got married at Hummingbird House in Austin. Their wedding planner was Megan Bauman. Wow, did she do a great job! Between the venue, caterers, DJ and the family everything ran so smoothly. There never seemed to be a hitch. She seemed to always be available throughout the evening with a cool, calm and collected vibe. And most importantly with a smile on her face. 😊 I think she truly enjoyed what she was doing and managed to make it all look so easy. Everyone had the best time! Megan really shined and made this a great day for everyone!
