Moments by Maddie

Maddie made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. When we first started our wedding planning about 9 months out, we were overwhelmed and stressed about the whole process. However, when we were 3 months out, we hired Maddie, and that all changed. We hired Maddie to help us with our rehearsal dinner/welcome party on 4/8/22 and our wedding on 4/9/22. Maddie immediately took over and organized our events. She contacted vendors for us and kept us on track with every little detail.

She went above and beyond planning and during both events. As a couple we extremely indecisive, but Maddie was extremely patient with us while tried to make decisions along the way. She also provided helpful suggestions and nudged us in the right direction We were able to have a stress free weekend while Maddie coordinated the timing with all vendors at the venue. During the rehearsal dinner and wedding, our friends and family mentioned how impressed they were with her as well. A few couples from our wedding were so impressed that they have also hired her for their wedding! Each moment was executed perfectly and in such a thoughtful manner. Our wedding weekend was truly a dream come true, thanks to Maddie's efforts!

Hiring Maddie for the rehearsal dinner and Wedding turned out to be the best money we spent...by far! I will recommend Maddie every time I hear of a wedding. Wish we could give more than 5 stars :)

I highly recommend using Moments by Maddie as your planner for any big events! We worked with Maddie to plan our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. She was so knowledgeable about every step of the planning process. Maddie had an amazing list of vendors she recommends and will spend a lot of time looking for any additional vendors you want. On wedding day, Maddie had everything handled, making it such a calm and relaxing day. She made sure all the details were perfect, was very attentive, and handled any issues immediately. She also made sure to know all the answers to potential day of questions ahead of time, that way we didn’t have to think about logistics at all. We also booked our photo booth through Maddie and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved being able to keep the photo strips. We got to design the strips, and the booth itself is beautiful and is very easy to match to your wedding/event style. I can’t recommend Moments by Maddie enough!

Moments by Maddie went above and beyond by not only providing flawless day-of coordination, but also offering bartending services, event staff, and organizing a magical sparkler exit to end the night. Every detail was handled with care and precision.
The bartenders were friendly, efficient, and kept the drinks flowing all night long. The event staff made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes so we could truly relax and enjoy our day. And the sparkler send-off? Absolutely unforgettable! It felt like something out of a fairytale.

Maddie is an incredible wedding planner; I recommend her service to anyone planning a wedding from out of state. Maddie was available through phone or FaceTime discussing timeline and planning to meet deadlines. I can’t say enough great things about Maddie! She worked with me the month of my wedding and made things SO much easier as the wedding got closer and closer! She was super laid back, checked in on me in the days leading up to the wedding, made creating the wedding timeline so much easier (this was a hug anxiety for me!) and attended my final walkthrough at the venue with us. On the day of the wedding, she kept things on track, checked in on me and touched base with all the vendors so I was not bothered at all on my big day! Maddie was great during my wedding. She helped keep me calm when we had a caterer issue. She assisted in putting on my dress and fixing it after the ceremony. We paid for dance lessons but you know it's hard when you are actually in your wedding dress. She helped with a part of my dance and gave me an idea of how to hold my dress during the part that was becoming difficult. She also gave us a sweet gift that I can't wait to put up on Christmas.

Maddie was awesome - we literally could not have had a better experience. Next level amazing! Maddie handled all of the details for our wedding and had great recommendations and connections with vendors in the area. She has the best attitude and is so calm and fun - we had the best time planning our wedding together. We literally could not have done it without her, we love Moments by Maddie!!!!
