We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Maddie. Planning a wedding from states away in just six months felt overwhelming at first, but she immediately put our minds at ease. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and organized throughout the entire process, and she brought our vision to life even better than we could have imagined. Every detail felt intentional, and we always felt supported no matter how small the question was. Her content creator was also amazing and captured everything so beautifully, which made the experience even more special. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a truly exceptional wedding planner. -

Maddie is an incredible wedding planner; I recommend her service to anyone planning a wedding from out of state. Maddie was available through phone or FaceTime discussing timeline and planning to meet deadlines. Maddie is very knowledgeable in her business; she listened and led us to making budget conscious decisions. The day of the wedding, she was calm, ready and efficient. Maddie and Hannah were an amazing team the day of our wedding from start to finish….it was unforgettable! Thank you, Maddie! -

I can’t say enough great things about Maddie! She worked with me the month of my wedding and made things SO much easier as the wedding got closer and closer! She was super laid back, checked in on me in the days leading up to the wedding, made creating the wedding timeline so much easier (this was a hug anxiety for me!) and attended my final walkthrough at the venue with us. On the day of the wedding, she kept things on track, checked in on me and touched base with all the vendors so I was not bothered at all on my big day! If you need a wedding planner/coordinator, Maddie is your girl!! -

Maddie Riney and her incredible sister, Lilly, are the dynamic duo you want by your side when it comes to planning your dream wedding. Their expertise and dedication played an instrumental role in making our special day absolutely perfect. I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding work they did to ensure our wedding was a memorable and seamless experience.
One of the most remarkable aspects of Moments by Maddie was their ability to coordinate our wedding while I was in South Africa, a time zone and distance that would have posed significant challenges for most. Yet, Maddie and Lilly managed to bridge this geographical gap effortlessly. They helped us organize the entire event with just six weeks' notice and kept our costs within reason, which is no small feat for a wedding.
One of the key strengths of wedding coordinators, such as Maddie and Lilly, is their exceptional organizational skills. They not only managed to secure all the necessary vendors in such a short timeframe but also ensured that everything flowed smoothly on the big day. From coordinating with the florist to working with the caterer and making sure the seating arrangement was flawless, they left no stone unturned. Their attention to detail was impeccable.
Lilly deserves special recognition for her unwavering kindness and professionalism on our wedding day. She was a true rockstar, effortlessly navigating the bustling event and ensuring that all our guests felt welcomed and cared for. Her friendly and calming demeanor was a breath of fresh air amidst the excitement and jitters. We would have been lost without her.
In addition to the outstanding coordination, Moments by Maddie brought their creativity and expertise to the table. They offered invaluable advice on decor, theme, and even some unique touches that elevated our wedding beyond our expectations. Maddie was great during my wedding. She helped keep me calm when we had a caterer issue. She assisted in putting on my dress and fixing it after the ceremony. We paid for dance lessons but you know it's hard when you are actually in your wedding dress. She helped with a part of my dance and gave me an idea of how to hold my dress during the part that was becoming difficult. She also gave us a sweet gift that I can't wait to put up on Christmas. -

We hired Maddie to plan my daughter's wedding in October. We chose the full planning package knowing we has no idea what we needed to do. Maddie has a lot of fantastic connections and knowledge. She was always there to reassure me that we were right on track. I don't know how we could have pulled this off without her. Her sweet smile and gentle spirit helped me relax and enjoy the celebration. I would highly recommend Maddie for your wedding or any event. She is amazing! -

Having Maddie as our coordinator was a MUST HAVE!!! She went above and beyond in every aspect of planning and truly cared about making OUR vision a reality. She listened to every detail and had creative ideas when we felt like we were in a planning rut.
Maddie also scheduled and planned my bachelorette party! This was beyond helpful to my maid of honor who had never previously been in a wedding. She has amazing contacts within the wedding world that make making decisions, easy!! The day of the wedding, she was there early and stayed late! She was always willing to lend a helping hand to any vendor and was exceptional at serving as the main point of contact to vendors and guests!
We would 10000/10 recommend Moments by Maddie! -
