Tracy’s Union Events & Services is a full-service wedding and event planning company based out of San Antonio, Texas. The team serves San Antonio, New Braunfels, Spring Branch, Boerne, and other Hill Country areas. Tracy, the creative owner, believes in being proactive and removing any stress for the big day itself by planning ahead. She’s worked at some of the top venues across the United States, which allows her to adapt to any setting. Whether planning an intimate elopement, or a grand affair, Tracy has couples covered. She'll work with them one-on-one to discuss their ideas, style, and theme.

Tracy’s Union Events & Services offer a range of wedding-related services. These are presented in the form of two clear-cut and concise packages. Her full-planning package offers help on every step of a couple’s wedding journey from organizing vendor meetings to sending out RSVPs. Her Full Coordination packages offer help in the last few months of a couple’s planning process including management of the event itself.

YALL. You NEED Tracy!! She made sure my wedding day was EXACTLY how I wanted. She has so much experience, that any issue that may arise, she handles it with such ease and makes sure you stay calm all day. Wedding day can be stressful but Tracy handles EVERYTHING!! She was seriously worth her weight in gold, especially during Covid. I wasn't going to hire a coordinator because I am a very organized planner type. But there were so many things I wouldn't have even thought of. So if your on the fence about hiring a coordinator- DO IT! You will be so glad you did. I thought she was reasonable priced when I was looking at other options. But I'm not kidding when I say she's SO worth it. I cant say enough good things about her!! She decorated the whole venue while the girls and I were getting glammed up so I didn't have to worry about anything. You do a "Design meeting" at the venue with her and she gets a feel for how you want everything and does exactly that! On wedding day everything was perfect! She even has rental items which makes it super convenient because she collects it all at the end of the night. She really is a one stop shop! I HIGHLY recommend her to any bride!!

Everything delivered and set up as promised!
We rented tablecloths, votives, an easel and reserved signs from Tracy for our daughters wedding. The tablecloths were nicely pressed. Tracy delivered everything and set up on time. She picked up the tablecloths etc. at the end of the reception. Tracy also responds quickly and follows up quickly.

Best decision we ever made was to hire Tracy!
I cannot give Tracy enough stars! She absolutely was the best ever! We had to move the wedding up a day due to the virus outbreak and she coordinated everything to make this a day my daughter will always remember - it may not have been the wedding we planned but it was better than we could have ever imagined! It could never have happened without Tracy and her attention to detail and her ability to bring everything together - she made the day flawless. It was everything you want your wedding to be and more!
