Was to hire Jennifer! I even had the pleasure of also working with her assistant, Mia, who was equally as wonderful. I got the “day of coordinator” package and was pleasantly surprised by how much help I’d received in pre planning thing like setting the agenda. They really helped me refine the event and brought up a lot of things I hadn’t thought about myself! It was so nice to have them there the day of the wedding. I was not worried about one single thing. Jennifer and Mia exemplified the upmost professionalism, kindness and helpfulness and I couldn’t be more grateful for all they did for us on our big day! en did such a fantastic job for our wedding last night. I’m so glad we hired her! Jen was thorough in her planning documents and made sure to have all the info she needed to make our vision come true. Our venue fell short on a couple of things, but Jen quickly came up with solutions to make the night a success and total blast! Jen & Mia were amazing to work with for my big day! Initially I worked with Jen up until the actual wedding day in which she sent Mia, her assistant. They are both very talented and gifted in what they do. With planning the day of schedule, Jen is extremely detailed and made me think of things that I didn't even think of! If it wasn't for her and Mia, the wedding day would not have run so smoothly. They took away all the stress of a wedding day and I'm forever grateful. I 10/10 recommend Jen & Mia for any event.

My previous planner quit less than 30 days before our wedding. To say Jen with Central Texas Planner came in to save the day would be the biggest understatement! She was great and thorough and helped me get through the last minute wedding details that I had been putting off (entrance song, exc.). The day of our wedding she really handled any little hiccup or concern any of the vendors or we had. She checked on us throughout the night and even did the cake cutting after the venue had forgotten they were suppose too. By the end of the night she had already packed away all of the items we had brought to the venue so after our send off we didn’t have a worry about who had what. All of my friends and family were so impressed by how professional and down to business she was. If you are looking for the most stress-free wedding day I would highly recommend going with Central Texas Planner!

I had the honor of hiring Central Texas Planners and having Mia as my Day of Coordinator. I worked with Jennifer on the set up. She was very patient with me when i hadn't filled the questionnaire out completely. i was so busy with little help and all the questions were a lot, but important to help them. She didn't get angry or anything even called me the week of to prepare and finalize things. Offered advice and answered my questions. Jennifer was very responsive. Now Mia was my onsite person my day of coordinator. She was nothing short of amazing the sweetest person ever that packed a huge punch in the day. She was very responsive and handled everything that came our way with tact. She assisted with my thrown together rehearsal. My photographer was going to cancel the day before and she calmed me and even tried to work on suggestions. My Husband best man failed to show she calmed me and worked around all the changes we made last minute. She took a very good photo of my husband and I on our send off with my polaroid that i just love. She even remembered everything that i forgot. She communicated well with all my vendors and took the worrying off my shoulders. She kept us on schedule and when we veered off she reassured that it was ok. She checked in with me and my helpers and helped my step dad drape my beautiful backdrop for the wedding. She went above and beyond for me as if she was family i am forever thankful to have had her and would hire them again in a heartbeat. (Not that i want to actually have a wedding again!). I wish i had pictures of her in action i def have videos. She was overwhelmingly the best investment to my wedding.

Jennifer did a wonderful job and is very professional. She is a great communicator and a caring coordinator. I am so happy to have found her to help out on my big day!

Jen was amazing at our wedding, we hired her for the day of coordinator and she came to get all of the stuff we needed to decorate the venue from us on Friday! I loved that she made it extremely convenient and came to our house to pick up the stuff! On wedding day, she kept everything flowing and would come to us if anything ever came up and just gave us a or b option. The whole day was stress free and a main reason it was, was because of Jen. I 150% would use Jen again, we loved her and how professional and efficient she was the whole night!

Jennifer did such an amazing job. From setting up to being in charge of our timeline putting us at ease. She made our special day so much better and we’re so grateful that we went with this wedding planning vendor.

Jen did an amazing job doing day of coordinating for our wedding. We stayed right on or ahead of schedule the whole evening. When we had an issue with the caterer she handled it and we didn’t have to worry about it at all. She even went the extra mile and ran to pick up food containers when there was leftovers from the caterer. 15/10 would recommend!
