Best decision of my wedding
The two best decisions of my life are saying yes to my now husband and hiring Tracy to coordinate our wedding. She made everything so easy and FUN. She did a great job of navigating what everyone wanted, even when there were strong differing opinions. She was always quick to respond, professional, and thought outside of the box when we had hiccups during the planning process. We had difficulties with one of our vendors, and Tracy smoothed everything out so that we everyone was able to be satisfied. She coordinated with all of our vendors, made the timeline for day of, and a timeline for when we needed to get stuff done (i.e. hire vendors, send notes, etc.) Day of, she kept everything running smoothly and everyone calm and happy. My mom owns her own business and my husband and I work full time, so I have no idea how we would have been able to get everything done on our own.
She also had beautiful items to rent. We didn't particularly like the table cloths at Hidden Falls or their chargers, but Tracy has a plethora of options that went with our color scheme. She also had great advice for what looked good in our venue. If you are booking with Hidden Falls, I even MORE highly recommend booking Tracy because she has had a lot of experience there and could give us really great insight about the location.
She did an amazing job and I would recommend her time and time again!!

Tracy did a wonderful job coordinating our wedding. Everything went smoothly and my wife and I could not be any happier. Tracy is on top of all aspects of the planning phase and really put us at ease so we could focus on our guests and our big day. So much more than Day-of Coordinator
We hired Tracy as Day-of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. Being my daughter, fiancé and all his family and friends live overseas it quickly became evident that even though it was in our hometown it was actually a “destination “ wedding. While we selected all our vendors, Tracy we as there with helpful tips and questions ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. She pointed out pros and cons would wouldn’t necessarily think of but always allowed for our choices. She also provides a website with charts for easy tracking, timelines and even has a budget online (which can easily get out of hand). From top to bottom, Tracy was on it. Vendor communication & coordination, set up, tear down and everything in between. Often times she was just there to ensure every hiccup was attended to and taken care of. And to calm our nerves. I cannot thank her enough for all she did for us. I wholeheartedly recommend her services. I was able to enjoy the day, celebrate with guests and not worry about a thing!

The best money I spent
I can't say enough about Tracy and wanted to write a review even though she is moving out of our area. She is the reason that I could concentrate on myself and what I needed on the day of my wedding. I knew she would handle everything else and she did. A savior for sure! Tracy, I wish you so much success in your new city because you truly deserve it!

Look no Further for a Day of Coordinator!!!!
I was recommended by my catering to get Tracy. That was one of the best recommendations we got throughout this process. She was there helping from 3 months out with deadlines and checking we had everything. We had phone calls and one zoom meeting that we were able to cover for the day of. At first my father was skeptical on getting a coordinator but I knew we needed one. When we were at rehearsal dinner, everything went so smoothly and never was a panic. The day of the wedding I never once stressed about anything!!! (This is coming from someone that has to do everything herself and very type A). I can not recommend Tracy enough. She was absolutely amazing to work with. Even one of my bridesmaids that’s getting married in a few months didn’t want to get a day of coordinator but saw what Tracy did for us at the rehearsal dinner and wedding. She went up to Tracy asking for her or any recommendations for a day of coordinator and currently getting a day of coordinator for her big day. Tracy is everything you need in a coordinator
I hired Tracy for day of coordination and I am so thankful I did. She's amazing at what she does and made my life a breeze the day of. I told her I didn't want to worry about a thing and she made it happen. Communication was great and she is very organized and made the day of planning a smooth process. I would not have had an amazing wedding without her and cannot recommend her enough.

A friend told me about Tracy and how amazing she was coordinating her wedding. And it was the best recommendation EVER because she was amazing. She explained everything her services came with and she also had rental items you could rent from her. She gave you a folder to take home with information on how she stayed organized and her clients to make it run smooth. Tracy listened to what you want and what was most important to you on your big day. I knew she was perfect for us when she not only asked what I wanted but, asked what my husband wanted as well. She was always available through text message and replied very promptly. She wasn't just our wedding coordinator she became our friend making sure we got everything we needed and helped us find other vendor too. We rented her linen, chargers for our table, napkins and easel. And the day before my wedding I had a vendor not sure if she could make it and Tracy was on it with helping us find someone to replace her just incase. You wouldn't go wrong hiring Tracy for your next event. Her service and professionalism was the BEST. You'll definitely love her like we did. Tracy was an absolute joy to work with. She is so warm and inviting. I would recommend over and over

Tracy was a dream to work with from day one through our big day--including all the ups and downs of changing dates multiple times due to COVID. Absolutely Amazing!!!
Tracy is nothing short of amazing! Right before our wedding I had to move to a different city leaving my now husband and animals behind. Tracy understood my busy schedule and helped me through everything! She is patient, kind and always there when you need her.
Our wedding had to be changed from outdoor to indoor at the last minute due to weather and she pulled everything off beautifully. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner.
The day of the wedding was flawless! There was no drama, no hiccups, and everything was breathtaking. I still have people telling me how organized and wonderful our wedding was. I could not have done it without Tracy.
I would recommend Tracy to anybody getting married! She'll put you at ease and make your day everything you could possibly dream of!

Best Wedding Planning Decision
Stop what you’re doing right now and do yourself a favor - hire Tracy! I’m telling you she is hands down one of the best and EASIEST people to work with! If you want a stress free wedding that allows you to focus on what truly matters - she is your girl! All night she kept us on schedule and allowed us to actually have a good time without feeling overwhelmed with what was next, talking to vendors and making sure everything was set. She does a fabulous job helping your vision come to life with all you’ve been planning for so long and you want perfect! She decorated the entire venue for us and we had nothing to worry about the day of. There was absolutely no way we could have done this without her and she is worth way more than you’ll ever imagine. Not to mention when you have a question she always responds so quick which is helpful when you’re trying to plan in that moment. We appreciated all the help through this process. If you’re in need of a planner/coordinator for your wedding or event, look no more Tracy is your gal!! Wedding planning can be stressful but Tracy kept us on track and organized through the whole process. She also takes the time to get to know you and what you want for your event. Her way of planning in steps with getting things done a little at a time made it SO much less stressful and helped get every detail down. All her knowledge and helpful tips were a huge help. Tracy was absolutely phenomenal. She was highly recommended by our venue and went above and beyond in every day. She met with us at the venue weeks before our event to go over what table linens we needed and in what colors etc. She offered so so much helpful advice and spent so much time helping us figure out a lot of details. She was extremely timely, and the linens were in perfect condition and looked beautiful for our big day. Although we only rented linens, she has a beautiful inventory of decor and would be a fantastic coordinator. I will be recommending her to all of my bride friends! Tracy was unbelievable. She made the planning experience very casual but extremely systematic and thorough. By the week before the wedding we were able to relax knowing everything was ready. YALL. You NEED Tracy!! She made sure my wedding day was EXACTLY how I wanted. She has so much experience, that any issue that may arise, she handles it with such ease and makes sure you stay calm all day. Wedding day can be stressful but Tracy handles EVERYTHING!! She was seriously worth her weight in gold, especially during Covid. I wasn't going to hire a coordinator because I am a very organized planner type. But there were so many things I wouldn't have even thought of. So if your on the fence about hiring a coordinator- DO IT! You will be so glad you did. I thought she was reasonable priced when I was looking at other options. But I'm not kidding when I say she's SO worth it. I cant say enough good things about her!! She decorated the whole venue while the girls and I were getting glammed up so I didn't have to worry about anything. You do a "Design meeting" at the venue with her and she gets a feel for how you want everything and does exactly that! On wedding day everything was perfect! She even has rental items which makes it super convenient because she collects it all at the end of the night. She really is a one stop shop! I HIGHLY recommend her to any bride!!

Tracy was my ANGEL!
Tracy was my wedding planner during the global pandemic and what a life-saver she was. I was honestly on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, to begin with, since my venue offered a day-of coordinator and I wasn't excited about spending extra money but I met Tracy at a vendor event my venue hosted. From 2 minutes into meeting Tracy, I knew I had to have her. She has such a welcoming and calming presence about her that made me feel at ease instantly.
Planning a wedding, in general, is a very stressful task but planning a wedding during a global pandemic adds a whole other layer. Tracy is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the entire wedding planning process and made everything so much easier. Her organization system was the perfect fit for my Type A personality and she is a dream to talk through. Brides go through a lot of ups and downs during the planning process and Tracy was always there to bring me back in to look at the big picture. She brings advice, suggestions, insider tips, and walks you through step by step. She even rents out a ton of items (linens, napkins, candles, etc) you can use for your wedding. And before you start worrying about the cost of a great planner like this, she is extremely affordable in comparison to other planners who charge you an arm and a leg for a service like this.
The best thing that I loved about Tracy is that, at the end of the day, she truly just wanted you to be happy and wants to make your day perfect. Tracy did that for me and I can't thank her enough. She is more than a vendor... she is a partner to you and your spouse. If I could do it all over again, I would choose her first over everything else.

Things would have been much different without Tracy!!
Tracy was Amazing!!! In a year with Covid the level of stress is just so high and she always had control of everything and stayed very calm. Never placing stress on us. She also gave my daughter, the bride, complete control and let her make all decisions in her own time, unless she really knew that there was a reason why things should not be handled a certain way. It is very nice as the Mother of the Bride to have a 3rd party to help with the vision.
In the beginning, it was very difficult to reach our wedding venue because of covid even though we were still receiving online bills. Tracy was able to reach them along with other vendors that we used and were hard to get ahold of. It is amazing how hard vendors that you are paying quite a bit of money to have no time to answer emails or phone calls and even texts. Tracy always answered or responded to let us know when she would be available. During stressful times it is nice to always get a reply.
Using the planner on site at a venue may be ok but I would highly recommend using Tracy who makes herself very accessible. There really is no price you can put on peace of mind and Tracy's fees should be much higher. The amount of time she spent on the phone and emailing us was unbelievable for the price. We tipped her almost as much as she charged! She also has many options for rental that we took advantage of.
The day of the wedding she was everywhere! I had 7+ people tell me they loved the wedding planner. I couldn't believe how many people actually had been in contact with. We forgot a cake stand and when she showed up in the Bridal Suite to ask if we had it and we did not she turned quickly and told us not to worry she would take care of it and we never once thought about it again. She kept everyone on track.

We rented tablecloths, votives, an easel and reserved signs from Tracy for our daughters wedding. The tablecloths were nicely pressed. Tracy delivered everything and set up on time. She picked up the tablecloths etc. at the end of the reception. Tracy also responds quickly and follows up quickly.

We used Tracy’s Union Events for coordination and decorations for our wedding day. She does EVERYTHING. From calling and checking in with vendors, to setting up any decorations you bring the day of wedding so you’re able to relax and enjoy your wedding day.
Everything was so perfect and stress free.
Tracy was amazing from start to finish.
She gave advice when needed, reassured us when things were changing, and fixed any small bumps we had along the way.
Day of wedding, she took our vision board and made it a reality. Decorations and table setups were beautiful. The day ran smooth and she handled all of the stress that comes with a busy wedding day.

Tracy was fantastic! I first met her at an Open House and I knew she was the Planner for me. I felt so comfortable with her and she was so sweet to hear my worries and concerns (being the bride it’s practically expected to be stressed out). Tracy went above and beyond the entire wedding planning process. I picked the Day of Coordination package which was very reasonable price wise and it included a lot of services. I felt so comfortable and calm during my wedding because I knew Tracy had everything covered! She coordinated all the different vendors so well to make all the transitions and different parts work together cohesively. Her timeline and scheduling was superb and the whole night went seamlessly thanks to her hard work and attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tracy and getting to know her during my wedding planning process. I would 100% recommend her to absolutely anyone getting married or planning a big party/event. :)

Amazing Person with Amazing Prices
We were looking for a coordinator for our wedding and it was last minute, heard about TUES from a friend, gave her a call, and hired her on the spot. Her prices beat everyone else we had spoken to, and she offered so much more than the others. Her attention to details with our event were incredible, and most importantly, she was super patient with me as I would grill her with all kinds of questions. Tracy made my entire process a lot of fun and took so much worry off my plate. When it came time to the day of, I was so super stressed with how much I needed to do but when I looked up, Tracy had already taken care of it all. I could just relax and enjoy my time getting ready with my girls. We hired Tracy because my husband's sister also had her as her wedding planner. Tracy was very professional and offered a lot of ways to stay organized throughout the wedding planning process. She was the first one at the venue and the last one to leave and I knew I could count on her not to forget anything important. I do believe she would have benefited from having an assistant to help set up. There were a couple details that were forgotten the day of (decor and accessories) that are not important anymore but that I noticed. Regardless we had a wonderful night and everything went smoothly, I would recommend Tracy to any couple that is planning a wedding.

Tracy helped keep us organized when chaos started to happen. She kept all my vendors responsible and responded in good time but she most importantly kept us in the loop when a “hiccup” was happening.

Tracy is the best! She made our life so much easier. Planning a wedding is stressful but Tracy helps ease that stress. She helped to keep me on track and answered any and all questions during the planning. I did not worry about anything on my wedding day because I knew I had Tracy on my team to take care of things. I also rented table clothes, napkins, and a few other things from her. All the rentals were great as well. I would 100% recommend Tracy! She is the best!
