About

Faithful Plan is a husband and wife owned Wedding Planning & Coordinating Service. Our wish for other couples is that they would be able to experience their perfect. My goal as a Wedding Coordinator & Planner is to support and guide you and your future spouse in preparation for the wedding so the two of you can be stress free and enjoy your day to the fullest. Ian and I (Marina) look forward to working with each of our couples and celebrating them, while offering assistance wherever needed to ensure their day runs as smoothly as possible.

Traditional Day of Coordinating

Starting Price: $1,200

This option is our most popular service and one we are truly proud of. It is more like "Month-of Coordinating" and is ideal for the couple who has already accomplished most of the work and wants to hand off the reigns in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. With Day-of Coordinating we take more of a back seat role until 2-3 months out from the wedding in order to tie up any loose ends. This includes assistance with set up & break down.

Day of Coordinating Mini

$800

This option is ideal for the couple who has done all the work and all that's left is to enjoy the wedding day. Day of Coordinating mini was created with a budget in mind. It is a scaled down version on our Traditional Day-of Coordinating service.

Great Prices

Even though I did not hire them due to my budget, they are amazing at responding quickly as possible and the prices are fantastic. You cannot find anyone else cheaper than them and the work I know for a fact is high quality but Sally I couldn't afford them in time but I do recommend couples to book them cuz he won't be disappointed in the pricing.

Best wedding planner in Texas!

We can’t recommend Faithful Plan enough. We reached out to Marina almost 5 months before our wedding, when I realized I couldn’t handle everything myself. Marina was exactly what we were looking for!!!! She made us feel at ease and we never worried about anything knowing she was handling everything. She was great at recommending and helping us book vendors, she created a timeline for our wedding that turned out to be perfect and she overall she organized everything for our special day just the way we wanted it!!! 100% recommended, if you’re looking for a wedding planner who’s professional, responsive, kind, Faithful Plan checks all the boxes!!

Such a great experience!

If you are looking for a fantastic addition to your list of wedding vendors, definitely reach out to Faithful Plan, you will not be disappointed. We were in the market for a wedding planner/coordinator very late in the game, (3 months before our wedding to be exact) and we found Faithful Plan on WeddingWire and Google, her plans were just what we needed. I remember reaching out in hopes that our day was not taken and thank goodness it was not! She was very straightforward and very nice. She answered any questions we had and we booked her right away! She helped with itinerary of the day and kept all of our vendors in the loop before and during our event. Everything went off WITHOUT a single hitch! Mariana and her assistant (I cannot remember her name) were so wonderful to work with. From getting things set up at our ceremony site and reception hall to helping us pack up. She runs a well organized business and really knows what she is doing! Our event ran so smooth and ahead of schedule, everyone was impressed!! It was so wonderful! We could not have asked for better coordinators. We cannot put into words how thankful and grateful my husband and I are for Mariana and her extraordinary coordinating before and during our wedding day. We appreciate everything that was done for us. You are truly a blessing.

I didn't even have to think

So cool, calm, and collected, Marina made my wedding day a breeze. I don't know how she does everything without even seeming to break a sweat, but she does and it is amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better day-of coordinator. I really didn't have to think about anything on the day of my wedding and that made such a HUGE difference. Thank you Marina!

Amazing Day of Coordinator!

We chose Faithful Plan for our day of coordinating and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Marina worked with us early on to ensure our vendors were booked and on the same page. She was always super responsive when I had any questions. As our wedding day got closer, she helped us create a timeline that outlined details and logistics for the day of. She also contacted our vendors to ensure their arrival/departure times were clear. On our big day Marina handled all aspects from last minute adjustments with vendors, making sure we stayed on our timeline, and assisting us with our photos throughout the evening. She is the best and a result my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding stress free (not to mention we have some amazing photos)! Marina and her team are great at what they do, we highly recommend them for any couple looking for a professional and friendly coordination service!

Organized, Professional, Amazing!

Marina was hands down the best deal we got in all of our wedding vendors. She was knowledgeable and asked all the right questions as we were planning our wedding for a family venue. She was highly professional and easy to work with throughout the process. She was crucial in helping us navigate changes due to the pandemic. She helped us reschedule the wedding and was very engaged and communicative throughout. Marina made the wedding day so smooth and enjoyable because she just took care of everything. She went above and beyond by helping organize things at the end of the night as well. I recommend her to everyone!

Perfect wedding!

I am completely blown away ! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and stress free because of their services. We even rented a couple things from them that were a big hit! (Donut wall, champagne wall etc). Highly recommend.

So Helpful! And worth it!

Marina services were so worth it and helped relieve so much stress on the day of our wedding! My husband and I were set on having an affordable simple but beautiful wedding and Marina helped achieve that and keep everyone on time. We still talk about how thankful we were to find her business and hire her. She was on top of everything that day and reminded me to relax and enjoy. Our family and friends raved about them and my mother has already said we know who to call for my brothers future weddings. Thank you all for making our wedding special and stress free so we could be in the moment and enjoy. We highly highly recommend!

Smooth Sailing with Faithful Plan!

We used Faithful Plan to coordinate our sons wedding. Marina and her team were outstanding! They handled every detail! They provided amazing support during the whole planning. They allowed us to have a relaxing and stress free event and everything went incredibly smoothly! If you need a coordinator, look no further you have found the perfect match! They were 5 steps ahead of my mom brain and not one thing was missed! They helped make it perfect!

Marina consulted with us in the planning stages, followed up with the vendors, and provided wedding day expertise and direction.

Marina was amazing in every phase of the wedding, from planning to the reception. Covid changed the May wedding with 140 guests to September with 40 guests. Marina and Ian took away all stress through their calm, friendly, and efficient manner. Everything ran smoothly because of the way they worked together, guiding us through ceremony, photos, and dinner reception. Plus, their champagne wall was a fun and attractive addition. There is no one I would rather have had help with our daughter’s wedding! And the ultimate compliment is when the bride and groom say there is nothing they would have changed about their wedding. Thank you Marina and Ian.
