Valerie Miller Events is truly the best in Texas! Our daughters May 17, 2025 wedding was amazing! Valerie found the perfect venue at the perfect price for us. Her experience and years in the business provided us with vendors who were attentive, professional & dependable, which made the planning process with Valerie worry free and fun. I must add the flowers were gorgeous! Don't bother shopping around, Valerie does it all in style within your budget.

Valerie was the absolute best coordinator we could’ve ever imagined for our wedding. She understood and worked within our limited budget and helped make every decision I was torn on (or frankly overwhelmed with).

She eased my mind from the start, answered every question - no matter how ridiculous they seemed, ie how many toppings are too many to have in our Bloody Mary bar for our brunch wedding?! She encouraged our personalities to come through in all the details and was incredibly supportive when we started getting closer and more stressed. She made every moment planning and executing our wedding fun, intentional and so special.

Valerie Miller Events knocked it out of the park for our daughter's wedding on October 26th, 2024. From start to finish, Valerie and her team were pros.
Valerie made planning fun and easy - her spreadsheets kept everything on track, her cost estimates were spot on, she had amazing ideas, and when we sprung things that we wanted into the mix, she incorporated them seamlessly and made us feel like she had everything in control. With VME we had literally no stress. Amazingly, she stayed in our budget which is unheard of in this business. We were in good hands.
We had the wedding at the family property in Dripping Springs and she transformed our property into a stunning event venue. She made the evening magical: There were string lights, chandeliers hanging from the trees, an elegant black and white dance floor, long winding whimsical dinner tables under the oak trees, amazing food, bus transportation for guests, efficient and well-trained staff, 2 adorable beer burros - everything was beyond our expectations. She even had contingency plans in case of bad weather - which luckily, we did not need. We received feedback from our friends "Best wedding ever," "Magical," "Ethereal" and "A Blast!'. It was a party filled with love and our own "stamp" on the wedding - not a cookie cutter event with no imagination. VME can throw an event!

Valerie miller events was amazing. I hired them for my coordination services for the day of. Valerie had called and made me feel at ease and created a list of things I needed to get done and vendors to call. I was overwhelmed and she put my mind at ease. Katie was my person for the day of and she was so sweet and amazing. Everything ran smoothly, all my guests loved her! I didn’t stress at all on my wedding day she had everything scheduled and handled!! Definitely would recommend hiring !!!

We had a pretty big wedding. 240 people in Austin (a destination for us and all guests). So we had to rely pretty heavily on Valerie for the preparation. She and her team (s/o to Nicolet) knocked it out of the park. We hired them for the rehearsal dinner and brunch as well and they executed everything flawlessly and gave us the greatest weekend of our lives.

Preparation was the key to their success. A few months out, they began sending us drafts of schedules, seating charts, and menus, with clear direction on what decisions needed to be made. Her detailed itinerary for the whole weekend kept all vendors in sync with each other. She keeps a level head and was very available to answer all our questions. She even took a call with us while she was on her way to another wedding.

We felt like an important client, but more importantly, we felt that the team wanted to throw us the best wedding possible.

Valerie and her staff made planning our wedding and the party the night before so easy. She was there every step of the way to provide advice and answer questions. I did not have the time to devote to pulling off the perfect wedding but lucky to have Valerie who nailed my vision. She is truly talented!

Valerie and Nicolette were extremely easy to work with. They were patient and really worked hard to bring our vision to life. And, I must say, they nailed it.
