I cannot express enough how magical my experience was at Chally with the owner Ann! This was the 4th store we'd been too trying to find my dream wedding dress and I can honestly say Chally has the biggest selection I had seen yet, it was amazing! Ann's experience within the industry showed through immediately once we started discussing my dream dress, she KNOWS how to help you make your dream a reality. She had things you could add to a dress to see what it would look like with thicker straps instead of spaghetti straps, which for me was the first of many game changers. Throughout the process I felt so special and the surprises at the end once I said yes to my dress combined with the amazing staff at Chally is what made this such a magical experience. It felt like I was on "Say Yes to the Dress" without all the drama. I won't spoil the surprises but trust me when I say they made my experience even more fun and special. You'll just have to go experience Chally for yourself and find your dream dress! I HIGHLY recommend Chally and Ann for any bride within the DFW area shopping for their dress!

This store is absolutely massive and has unlimited options for you to choose from. I thought I’d already found my wedding dress at the previous store. My specialist London said I wouldn’t be at Chally if I had indeed found it. She was right, there was something missing. I showed her a picture and she said “I can top that” ;) She kept to her promise LOL!

It took only the 1st dress to try on that I did squeal “THIS IS THE ONE!!!” London was very attentive in listening to our opinions and thoughts, as she helped me try on different ones. But that first one was THE ONE. She helped clamp it to fit well, added accessories to see how sheer areas would look with interior white lining, and she brought out different veils with beautiful styles to complement the dress. There are some alterations needed to make the dress even more perfect and she was VERY receptive in offering suggestions and solutions to make it all work the way we want in the best way possible. It was such a comfortable and smooth experience, I didn’t even find the need to go to the 3rd store I had booked that day :)

Sonia did a fantastic job helping my older sister pick out her bridal dress. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, which made the experience very memorable. She was also very kind to everyone that came in support of my sister. We appreciate everything she did and I would 100% recommend anyone request for her if they were to come try on dresses!

I have had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with Lauren! She helped me find my dream wedding dress and the fitting went so well. She is very detailed and careful with the dress. I felt like a princess. 🥰 my daughter got her flower girl dress and she looks stunning 😍 definitely recommend!

Finding the dress that I wanted was easy thanks to the internet. But finding a store that had said dress in stock was the hard part. l chose an Allure Bridal dress from their Disney collection, specifically their Aurora/Sleeping Beauty dress. It was heavenly. I stared at that dress online for months and months. I knew I wanted it but I had no idea how to get it. While doing my research Chally's Bridal and Prom came up. Their website stated that they carried the Allure Bridal collection and had a few of the Disney dresses as well. So I called and left a message, the owner of the shop called me back the next day and told me that they could certainly get the dress in but it would take a few weeks. I didn't mind waiting to try it on and seeing as I had to coordinate with other people to make sure they were in town for the dress shopping event I told her to go ahead and order it in.
When it came to our appointment we had the best attendant, she was so sweet and kind and could tell that I had no idea what I wanted to try on for my dress.(I wish I could remember her name!) When I tried on the dress we had ordered I wasn't sold on it yet. So onto the other dresses that we pulled. We went over our allotted time by a bit but I'm so glad for the kindness and honesty that was shown to me and my family. I was told not to rush and to take my time picking out the dress that was right for me. In the end I did go with the Sleeping Beauty dress and I was so happy with how it turned out. Ordering it in the right size was easy and simple, and the follow up to come and pick it up was also very easy. All the way through the process Chally's stayed in touch or would reach back out to me after I had called them. They are so responsive and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
