Cierra was incredible to work with and made our wedding day run so smoothly. She was super responsive and met with us over Zoom multiple times (and once in person) to make sure every detail was covered. She had the answer to all of our questions and helped build the most detailed wedding timeline — down to the minute — so everything stayed perfectly on track. Our rehearsal went seamlessly with her guidance on how to walk and even how parents should hold arms. On the wedding day, everything flowed beautifully. I was nervous to walk down the aisle, but Cierra reassured me and helped calm my anxiety. The reception looked stunning, she helped bustle my dress with ease, and at the end of the night, she packed everything up neatly for us to pick up later. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator!

I can’t express how truly blessed and lucky my husband and I feel to have had the opportunity to work with Ana. We are not from the Bay Area, and knowing how stressful wedding planning can be—especially while planning from afar—we knew we needed professional help. We had already secured our venue at The Club at Ruby Hill, so we were looking for a day-of coordinator to help organize everything else. Ana was at the top of Ruby Hill’s preferred vendor list, so I quickly reached out to her. That same day, we already had a meeting scheduled. From our very first meeting, she was professional, organized, and committed to understanding our vision. Ana was in constant communication with us, always checking in to see if we had any questions or if there were any changes she needed to know about. Her close attention to detail and the vision boards she created to capture everything we wanted show the time, passion, and creativity she pours into her craft. For the first time in my wedding planning journey, I didn’t feel alone or overwhelmed. Not only was she consistently communicating with us, but she also kept in regular contact with all of our vendors throughout the entire process. (Side note: even though she’s technically a day-of coordinator, Ana begins working with you two months before your wedding date, so it truly felt like we had a full-time wedding planner.) Thanks to her, everyone knew exactly what they needed to do, when to do it, and how. She even created a master timeline that was shared with us, our wedding party, the venue director, and all of our vendors. This ensured that everything ran smoothly and that everyone was on the same page. Hiring Ana was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Learning about her own wedding story became a driving force behind her work. She takes the difficult parts of her personal experience and turns them into a promise—that her couples will never feel that way. Her passion is evident not only in the love and care she pours into every couple, but also in the breathtaking final product. From décor to design, she brings each couple’s vision to life with beauty, intention, and grace. You can truly see that her heart is in every detail. When I saw everything come together for the first time in person, I was in awe. It was exactly as I had imagined—only more beautiful. On the day of our wedding, Ana went above and beyond. She checked in on us constantly, made sure we ate and enjoyed our food, and carried a calm, peaceful presence that grounded us. Lastly, Ana will fight and vouch for her couples until the very end. We ran into a few issues, but she ensured that our vision was heard and never compromised. She is a lovely person inside and out, and we are truly honored to have worked with her. This won’t be the last time we do. She has become part of our love story, and she gave us an unforgettable experience. To us, Ana is now family.

Vanessa did an AMAZING job coordinating our wedding. She was extremely thoughtful and detail oriented throughout the entire process and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable leading up to our wedding. We never would have been able to pull it off without Vanessa on our side. Could not recommend enough!!!!!

Valerie and Nicole (sisters) were essential for our day-of-coordination! We got married in San Francisco at the Conservatory of Flowers on April 15, 2023. Nicole was busy for the day-of, but kept us on track with a wonderful spreadsheet, and helped us check over vendor logistics and contact information ahead of time. On the day-of, Valerie did a great job corresponding with vendors and making sure our amenities and decor looked beautiful. When we gave her the instructions to "do with the extra flowers/greenery runners as you see fit", Valerie made a beautiful and exceeded all our expectations! I think the only regret for me is not leaning on Valerie a bit more for herding our groomsmen and bridesmaids for some photos and smaller tasks, given how capable she was. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I'd highly recommend them for your wedding as well!

We had a ton of fun working with Taylor. Everybody told us that wedding planning would be stressful—but we actually loved it, and I think the reason was Taylor was supportive the entire way. We didn’t really have a vision going in to the planning stages, so Taylor provided us with the names of some vendors to check out. As we started to hone in on what we were looking for, Taylor was totally on board and helped us fill in the details. She held us to schedule and kept us organized. In a no stress and no judgement way, Taylor helped us solve a problem when we forgot to bring some of the cocktail ingredients to our wedding. Taylor is like the manager you wish you worked for—empathetic, supportive, experienced, great at communication, and totally looking out for your best interests. We’ll recommend her to all of our friends getting married and we hope to see her at their weddings!

We cannot speak more highly of Jessica and Tania from Castle Ever After! They helped us every step of the way from our first meeting to our wedding day. Every detail was incredibly thought-out and made the planning process so much easier for us. Having our Zoom meetings with Tania felt like catching up with a good friend, we could always count on her to have our backs! Especially on the wedding day, they made sure we were well taken care of but also having a great time with our loved ones. Thank you so much!

Sidney and the staff at the Presidio Log cabin made my daughter's wedding easy! Sidney is wonderful wedding organizer! She ran a tight ship, solved every potential problem with a smile and was super easy to work with. Sidney helped set up everything, explain what was going to happen and was essential in figuring out the timing of everyone walking down the aisle. At the end of the night, I couldn’t take home some things we had brought for the wedding but the next day, Sidney had everything set out for us, organized and close to the door. She made my mother-of-the-bride wedding experience fabulous!

We are so glad that we hired 2 Friends Events to be our month-of coordinator for our wedding this October! Although it sounds cliche, we truly could not have done it without them. 2 Friends Events provided us with a list of reputable vendors for varying budgets, and even after hours of doing our own research, we wound up using almost exclusively the vendors on their list. They also provided us with budgeting tools, a planning checklist, a timeline, rental checklist, photoshoot list, and more! From the first call that we had, Jessica proved knowledgeable and passionate about helping us make our wedding everything that we wanted. She was friendly, communicated clearly, and asked us questions that we had no idea would need answering. As our date quickly approached, Jessica was quick to respond to anything that we threw at her, took care of the other vendor’s requested spreadsheets and timelines, and locked down an extremely detailed timeline for the day (down to 5 minutes!). She also guided us through our rehearsal the day before the wedding, and made the wedding day itself surprisingly stress free while keeping us on the prepared timeline by handling every detail and hiccup that came up - which I’m sure there were a few, even though we never heard about them! Throughout the entire process, Jessica and 2 Friends Events demonstrated spectacular attention to detail, planning skills, flexibility, and problem solving. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is dedicated, organized, responsive, and committed to making your event as perfect as possible, look no further. 2 Friends Events is what you need!

Our wedding planner was an absolute lifesaver! The venue attempted to change the location of our reception just five weeks before the wedding. She immediately led the charge to make sure the venue honored our contract, advocating for us every step of the way. Christine is BY FAR the most organized human being we have ever encountered! If you (and you DEFINITELY should) hire her as your event coordinator for your event, you will not be disappointed. We had Christine coordinate our wedding, which normally would be such a stressful planning period. However, with Christine's help, the entire process was fun, low-stress and so easy. Christine recommended vendors whenever we were in need, came up with amazing ideas for our wedding, and took care of major issues without us asking! For example, on our wedding day, there were some issues with broken doors at our venue. Without hesitation, Christine tackled the issue for us so that we could continue our beautiful wedding day without having to worry. We appreciate her help and our wedding day would truly not be what it was without her! Furthermore, Christine is great with people. She was able to handle our HUGE wedding party for wedding rehearsals, helped our friend get ordained as our minister, and coordinated all our vendors with ease. Christine made sure we were always taken care of and were not stressed by anything on our wedding day. She went way above and beyond what she needed to do. We have already recommended her highly to all our friends and family and hope you will do the same. Even our entire wedding party and our guests who had the pleasure of meeting Christine spoke highly of her and her organization! Do yourself a favor and reach out. We promise you will not regret it.
