Carolina was AMAZING!!! My husband and I hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in April 2024. She is definitely knowledgeable in what she does and is very passionate about her work. She helped bring my vision to life and our wedding was everything I wished it would be. She she seamlessly took over communication with our venue and vendors the month prior and was able to handle any hiccups along the way while ensuring that we were still getting what we wanted. She created the perfect timeline and communicated it with all of our vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page. She set up all of our DIY decorations and florals on the day of and cleaned up everything at the end of the night making sure that everything was where it needed to go. Carolina made the whole process so easy and stress free for us. I would highly recommend hiring Carolina for your wedding!

Initially, we were not intending on hiring a wedding planner, having done most of the planning (finding venues, negotiating with vendors, etc.) ourselves and well in advance. However, as our wedding had four events spread over three days, we wanted to have someone dedicated to taking care of the small things so we wouldn't have to assign those to a friend or family member, allowing all our guests to enjoy and participate in the celebrations. Carolina took over communication with our vendors a month before our date, and it was very helpful to have a single point of contact, ensuring that we would only receive the actionable information instead of being bogged down in every email or text chain. For the day-of, we had a two-page list of tasks for Carolina to take care of, and she took care of every one without fail. As the day approached, we kept adding more things to the list as we thought of them, and it was reassuring to know that there was a single person dedicated to making sure they happened. We would highly recommend working with her for your wedding!

Words cannot describe how grateful we are that we hired Carolina as the Coordinator for our wedding. She was one of the first vendors we hired and went above and beyond our expectations. We ended up planning our wedding for close to 3 years (thanks to Covid) and Carolina was our rock throughout the whole thing. When our wedding weekend finally came, I was able to let go and trust that she had everything under control. Our families and guests all had wonderful things to say about her and her ability to accommodate everyone and keep the plates spinning. Stop looking for a wedding planner and hire Carolina. Seriously. We spent hours interviewing a number of different wedding planners before selecting Carolina and I AM SO GLAD WE DID. Seriously -- she is the best. My wedding was stress-free for my wife and I mostly thanks to Carolina. It's hard for me to put words into how helpful Carolina was and how easy she made my wedding for my wife and I. We basically just hung out and relaxed while Carolina took care of everything. All those horror stories about stressing out and running around like crazy during the wedding -- yea, we didn't have any of those. Carolina just took care of everything and made it amazing.

We are planners ourselves, and didn't feel like we needed to pay through the roof to have someone do most of the work that we could do ourselves. But we knew that the day-of would be crazy and didn't want to stress, so we wanted someone who could execute on the day. We hired Carolina for day-of wedding planning, but her package meant that it was essentially "month-of" planning. A month before the wedding she kicked into overdrive. We sent her all our contracts and I wrote on a long list of all the details we had been planning. She asked thoughtful questions, and pointed out things that we didn't think of, or things that she didn't think would work well based on her experience with past weddings. She then put together a timeline of all the pieces, which we reviewed and then she had ready to execute on the day of.

We had a backyard wedding at my in-laws house. Carolina came out initially to inspect the place and give us some help on whether the house would work for the wedding. She did this for free, before we even hired her. This is just one of the many examples of how she goes above-and-beyond. Then the day before the wedding, she came by the house to ensure the rentals were delivered and placed in the right places. She worked closely with our caterer to make sure everything was all set.

On the day of the wedding she arrived early and began doing all the setup and directing the catering and all the other moving pieces. I want to say she was running around like a crazy-chicken making everything fall into place ... except she was never stressed and stayed calm the entire time. She has this way of moving in hyper-speed but making it feel like normal speed. All the little details were executed by her, but it never felt like she was running around. This meant that my wife and I just relaxed and hung out while she and the catering team got all setup.

After the wedding we found out that there were a few "problems" with the rental delivery that we had no idea about. She just handled it and made everything perfect. She knew when to ask us questions for what we wanted, but also when to just do things without stressing us.

I could go on-and-on about how great she was but I'll leave it at this -- she's super organized, didn't miss a detail, and took care of any hiccups that came up. She's great at executing a wedding and offers good advice based on her experiences. If you're looking for someone to make sure your wedding goes smoothly -- she's your planner!

I cannot say enough good things about Carolina. She helped with coordinating the vendors to create the timeline and was responsive when there were questions that needed to be decided. For the day of the wedding, she made sure all the small and large details were taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about anything. After working with Carolina I knew that I would have nothing to worry about on the big day. She was extremely responsive and was on top of everything sending additional reminders. With the day of coordination, I was able to get ready in the morning and was calm throughout the day knowing that I didn't have to worry and that everything was in good hands (even with the mostly diy wedding). She was an absolute pleasure to work with and a calming presence that helped our special day run without any issue!

Carolina was such a life saver and an amazing person! I needed a last minute day of coordinator and Carolina was able to help me even though her weekends was pretty stacked. I was so panicked until I met Carolina and she helped me through the rest of the last month of planning.
She communicated extremely well and asked all the right questions. She thought of the items in which I obviously forgot and was great company overall. My vendors and bridal party absolutely loved her and would recommend her to all of our friends and family in need of a planner.
