Cierra was incredible to work with and made our wedding day run so smoothly. She was super responsive and met with us over Zoom multiple times (and once in person) to make sure every detail was covered. She had the answer to all of our questions and helped build the most detailed wedding timeline — down to the minute — so everything stayed perfectly on track. Our rehearsal went seamlessly with her guidance on how to walk and even how parents should hold arms. On the wedding day, everything flowed beautifully. I was nervous to walk down the aisle, but Cierra reassured me and helped calm my anxiety. The reception looked stunning, she helped bustle my dress with ease, and at the end of the night, she packed everything up neatly for us to pick up later. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator!

Cierra Wilkins was a true dream to work with. She helped us find vendors and managed them starting a month out so that the day of the wedding was seamless. She and the staff worked miracles in a very complicated outdoor venue with lots of steps and hills and multiple decks and patios. She created a plan that made use of all the space creatively. There were a lot of details and a huge amount of work setting up and taking down the rentals and it happened as if by magic. Our guests commented on the excellence of the servers who were attentive but unobtrusive. At the end of the night everything was packed up and all the recyclables were perfectly sorted! Cierra never got frustrated and was always warm and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better person to coordinate our daughter's wedding - which, because of her, was truly wonderful.

Jessica F. was so amazing!! We truly appreciate her thoughtfulness, experience, and attention to detail! For example, she asked us about an inventory list we didn’t initially think was important and waved off. When she brought up to me again yesterday in a super gentle way, i ended up creating such a a list and shared with her. It turned out to be so so useful!! We love that she’s incredibly accommodating and also knows when to nudge us.

We had the pleasure of working with Cierra Wilkins for our wedding. She helped with month of coordination but from start to finish she was such an amazing person to work with! She helped answer all my questions from the start of wedding planning, gave me amazing recommendations and pointers, and made the rehearsal and day of wedding absolutely seamless! My husband and I can't thank her enough for all that she did to make our wedding absolutely perfect :)

Cierra Wilkins is an absolute dream. She was so incredible to work with, and jumped in to rescue us during a very stressful turn of events in our wedding planning (we ended up having to terminate our contract with another planner who dropped the ball).

The first thing Cierra did was tell us straight up that she didn't want us paying for services we weren't going to need, and that given how much work we'd already done on the planning process, she didn't feel we needed to pay for the "partial planning" package. Instead, she honestly and transparently shared that we would probably be best suited going for the month-of package, which would allow us to schedule as many meetings as we needed leading up to the wedding (beyond just the month of), but that we would continue to source our own vendors. We really appreciated the honesty, because she was right - I had already done most of the work on finding vendors and really didn't need that level of support.

Cierra was so gracious, transparent, and helpful. She kept us on track, shared timelines for needed deliverables, was super responsive to emails when we had questions, and really helped keep this project manager of a bride in balance.

Everything leading up to the wedding was a breeze. Everyone kept commenting on how relaxed I seemed, and it was because I knew we (and in particular, Cierra) had things covered! At one point during the rehearsal, she had to tell me to back off (very politely of course) and allow her to take over and orchestrate everything (much to my husband's delight) because I was so used to running the show. It was so nice to realize that I could let go and allow her to take over.

The wedding day was a dream. Everything ran smoothly and we all had a blast. It was beautiful, it was festive, and everything operated like a well-oiled machine, with Cierra pulling the levers behind the scenes.

Before speaking with Cierra from Dreams on a Dime, my partner and I were not convinced we needed a coordinator. We thought maybe we could manage everything ourselves or ask a family member. During our initial video call with Cierra, she explained all the tasks she would be taking care of and it opened our eyes to how much planning and coordination our big day was going to take. Hiring Cierra was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and we wouldn’t change anything about it.

Although we selected the “month-of” option, we were able to ask questions and get advice throughout the entire process. Cierra reviewed contracts and calmed any anxieties we had while making such big decisions. The peace of mind she gave us, being new to planning such a large event, was priceless.

As we got close to the event, Cierra started working directly with our other vendors, creating a master timeline for everyone. This freed up the space for us to focus on other things and enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding rather than be stressed out.

On the day of, Cierra did all the set up and tear down. We were able to just walk into the reception hall after the ceremony and be amazed at how wonderful everything turned out. It truly was a dream and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day, and we have Cierra to thank for making it happen!

We loved working with Jessica. She had fantastic suggestions for vendors and really helped us think through our options and decide on the details for the evening. She was VERY responsive over a long engagement and multiple cities. Flexible, knowledgeable, and committed to helping us plan our perfect day. Highly recommended!

Cierra is amazing! Literally cannot recommend her highly enough. She is knows everything there is to know about weddings, and helped relieve so much of the stress involved in wedding planning. She was so responsive and helpful throughout, made herself available whenever we wanted to speak, and genuinely cared about us and our wedding. Everyone from our bridal party to our parents were impressed with Cierra's professionalism, energy, calmness and positive attitude and said she was "worth her weight in gold." We can't remember exactly how we found Dreams on a Dime. Seems like everywhere we turned, someone was recommending them. We feel so amazingly lucky to have Jessica on our wedding day. We were married in April 2016 in Dogpatch, SF. Jessica is a complete pro. She made everything seamless and easy. As soon as we talked to her on the phone, we knew we were in good hands. She gave the most amazing recommendations for everything. There was nothing for us to do on wedding day except enjoy our day and she made sure we did. She even thought to save us tacos from our late night taco truck that we were too busy to get out to. In addition to the small details, she had an amazing grasp on the big picture. We hired Jessica Franklin of Dreams on a Dime on the recommendation of our reception coordinator after our first day-of coordinator unfortunately fell through. Jessica was able to help us pick up where we left off, and she helped us immensely by pulling together our timeline and filling in the missing pieces, clearly communicating with all of our vendors, and, along with her assistant Tom, taking care of us at both of our venues on our wedding day. If you get the chance and you have the budget, you should definitely work with this team.
