Christine is BY FAR the most organized human being we have ever encountered! If you (and you DEFINITELY should) hire her as your event coordinator for your event, you will not be disappointed. We had Christine coordinate our wedding, which normally would be such a stressful planning period. However, with Christine's help, the entire process was fun, low-stress and so easy. Christine recommended vendors whenever we were in need, came up with amazing ideas for our wedding, and took care of major issues without us asking! For example, on our wedding day, there were some issues with broken doors at our venue. Without hesitation, Christine tackled the issue for us so that we could continue our beautiful wedding day without having to worry. We appreciate her help and our wedding day would truly not be what it was without her! Furthermore, Christine is great with people. She was able to handle our HUGE wedding party for wedding rehearsals, helped our friend get ordained as our minister, and coordinated all our vendors with ease. Christine made sure we were always taken care of and were not stressed by anything on our wedding day. She went way above and beyond what she needed to do. We have already recommended her highly to all our friends and family and hope you will do the same. Even our entire wedding party and our guests who had the pleasure of meeting Christine spoke highly of her and her organization! Do yourself a favor and reach out. We promise you will not regret it. She will definitely execute your event perfectly.

I had the pleasure of working with Robin on my recent Sept 2023 wedding in San Francisco. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, do yourself a big favor and hire her! I had already found my venue and most of my vendors, and am comfortable doing a fair bit of project management on my own, but was looking for the right professional to help me in the weeks leading up to and on the day of my event. Right during our first call, I knew Robin was an excellent fit. She is an excellent listener with straight-forward expertise, and will take your cues on what you want and need. She asks good clarifying questions - but never in a pushy way. Her responsiveness is top notch and I greatly appreciated her thoughtful emails and attention to detail. She handled communication with all my vendors in an effective, positive way and really shone when I was having issues with my venue - she took care of it seamlessly, politely, and without a hitch. I wanted my wedding planning to be as low stress and effort as possible, and Robin was an integral part of that. Even if your situation is not the same as mine - even if you don’t think you need a coordinator! - I encourage you to Robin about your special day. She has worked with so many different brides and events and venues that she is well-versed in handling just about everything. Robin is also just an all around kind, funny person - a real pleasure to work with. You won’t regret it!

As a May 2025 bride, I was in search of a month of coordinator who was also familiar with our Napa venue. After speaking with several planners, we landed on Heather at Ybarra Events. Although she was technically only "month of", she provided open communication and vendor recommendations straight away in addition to conducting a venue walkthrough and formal menu tasting with the event and catering coordinator. Additionally, we had a few longer meetings in the last couple months leading up to the wedding which made sure every detail was in place and all questions were answered. Heather was fantastic on the day and was very hands-on with setup/breakdown, ceremony pacing, and late-night details that are often forgotten. She was so sweet throughout the entire process, and I'm grateful we were able to work together for this very important occasion that went off without a hitch. Thank you!

Tosca was great. She helped guide us through the wedding process from soup to nuts. She was helpful in thinking about our decor, our theme, and finding vendors. She helped us find our photographer, photo booth folks, and in the last few months leading up to our big day she really helped to make sure we were on target with our to do's and she kept all of our vendors updated and on the same page.

Cierra was incredible to work with and made our wedding day run so smoothly. She was super responsive and met with us over Zoom multiple times (and once in person) to make sure every detail was covered. She had the answer to all of our questions and helped build the most detailed wedding timeline — down to the minute — so everything stayed perfectly on track. Our rehearsal went seamlessly with her guidance on how to walk and even how parents should hold arms. On the wedding day, everything flowed beautifully. I was nervous to walk down the aisle, but Cierra reassured me and helped calm my anxiety. The reception looked stunning, she helped bustle my dress with ease, and at the end of the night, she packed everything up neatly for us to pick up later. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator!

Alison was magical behind the scenes. Having her as my wedding coordinator was the best decision. She was very organized and professional. Having her there allow me to enjoy my big day without having to worry about a thing. Her attention to detail was much appreciated. She made sure every detail was perfect from the decorations to keeping everyone/everything on schedule the entire day. We had an amazing experience with her and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.

from the moment we met with casey, we knew we were in good hands. her attention to detail and genuine care for our vision made the entire process feel effortless. we deeply appreciated the inclusive and welcoming environment casey cultivated -- as a queer couple, it was incredibly important for us to feel understood and respected throughout the planning process. the service provided was nothing short of exceptional. every aspect of our wedding, from her communication, the venue decor to the intricate flower arrangements, reflected our style (which was far from conventional wedding tastes.) casey truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. she doesn’t hold back and gives her honest opinions -- to our betterment. her constant communication and reassurance was transparent and genuine & we never felt left in the dark. she exuded professionalism in every interaction. her expertise and experience were evident, as she navigated us through every decision with confidence. we felt completely supported and valued throughout the entire journey. she embraced our non-traditional ideas with enthusiasm and creativity, turning our dreams into reality. in conclusion, if you're looking for a wedding planner who not only understands your vision but also becomes a trusted friend along the way, you’ve come to the right place. you will totally feel comfortable :) forever grateful! unfortunately we don't have our pictures yet or we'd be more than happy to share 😭

I am not sure that there are really words to describe what an amazing wedding planner/coordinator Jennifer is – but I will try. My husband and I had a 250 person Russian/American wedding in San Francisco with many small and large details to keep track of. Jennifer had never planned a Russian wedding before ours, but quickly understood the traditions and details we wanted to incorporate. I was very impressed not only with how quickly she learned all of the traditions, but how well she was able to coordinate with all of the vendors. During the planning process Jennifer and I spent many hours on the phone discussing everything from flowers, to pipe and drape, to flip flops, and not once did she sound irritated or annoyed by all my questions and concerns (no matter how many times I asked her the same question). She attended vendor appointments when I needed her to, helped me shop for the best vendor pricing, and negotiated on our behalf. On the days that I would call her in tears, she would instantly calm me down and take care of whatever crisis I was having at that moment. After a very hectic 19 months of planning, on the day of the wedding everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks to Jennifer’s coordination, every single vendor arrived on time. We had a schedule that started at 7 am and went until 2:30 am the following morning - everything ran on time. There was one tiny hiccup with the centerpieces – I saw them before the ceremony and had a mini-meltdown because there were more pink flowers than I had wanted. I don’t know what Jennifer did, but by the time the reception started, the issue was taking care of. I’m sure there were other issues that went on in the background, but my husband and I were completely oblivious to them, as Jennifer and her team had every single detail covered. Before Jennifer came on board as our planner, we were completely overwhelmed. As soon as we hired Jennifer we were instantly comfortable to hand over the planning duties to her, and we were not disappointed one bit. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and that is truly to Jennifer’s credit. Jennifer is organized, responsive, responsible, and most importantly, easy to work with. She is sensitive to needs to her brides during the happy moments, the stressful moments, and everything in between. We can’t be more thankful – our day was perfect! Thank you, Jennifer :)

My husband and I are both medical students across the country, so planning a wedding several time zones away was going to be challenging. Additionally, I am a self-described personality type "AAA" so I knew I wanted to be as involved as I could in the wedding planning process but also have someone on my team that I could entrust with all other details when my wedding could not be prioritized. As a thorough individual, I wanted to do my due diligence in researching a wedding planner who would protect my vision, understand my neuroses, and be flexible with a demanding schedule. In the end I made a spreadsheet of 46 wedding planners - spoke to most of them over the phone and eventually landed on Duncan Reyes. Duncan was truly the brains behind our entire wedding- not to mention a complete genius when it comes to knowing who's who in the Bay Area wedding scene. In the end Duncan did so much more than plan our wedding; he introduced us to vendors that I never would have found, answered thousands of e-mails (responding to all of them with lightning speed!), and kept meticulous records of budgets, payments, and meetings. To those of you weighing whether or not to have a wedding planner - it was an absolute must for us and really allowed us to enjoy the wedding planning process and most importantly our wedding day. Duncan Reyes truly has our highest recommendation and is a pleasure to work with. He coordinated our wedding, dealt with crazy nuances (and personalities), and handled all stress and anxiety with poise and grace. Several weeks have gone by and we are still getting endless compliments on our wedding and wedding weekend. Duncan absolutely knows how to make YOUR special vision come to life in the most vibrant and fabulous form. Most importantly, my husband and I were beyond floored our wedding day and would not have changed a thing.
