I love Leanne
We hired Leanne as our month-of coordinator, and helped me feel calm and collected every moment of the planning process. She knows all of the tiny specific details that help make a wedding go super smoothly. She and another coordinator handled all of the setup details on the day-of, as well as coordinating family and friends as we walked down the aisle, leading into happy hour and into dinner. I trusted her implicitly, and she did everything perfect. Hire her today!

SWOON worthy!
My husband and I got married in November 2019 at the Fairmont in San Francisco. We hired SWOON as our month of coordinator and we are so relieved we did. We shopped around a bit but nothing really felt right or worth it until I connected with Leanne. She makes everything feel easy while also making you feel secure and excited. She is organized, professional, straight-forward, and positive, all things I admire and look for when working with someone. We are so grateful to have hired her and wouldn’t have changed a thing!! The Strawser's Wedding
My wife and I recently partnered with Leanne Swoon to be our day of coordinator. We had looked into several different options before finding Leanne, and we are so glad we did. Leanne is detail oriented, professional, and genuinely cares to make your special day perfect. She was there to handle the set up of our event as well as all the transitioning. She went above and beyond for us, and I can confidently say she delivered. We had a large bridal party and family with many strong personalities, yet Leanne was able to work well with everyone. Leanne was positive, energetic and friendly throughout the entire process, we can't thank you enough for that. Any couple would be fortunate to have Leanne Swoon coordinate for them. My wife and I are extremely grateful for her and her services.

Leanne and Alyssa were amazing!
I would highly recommend. Leanne was so organized and made my special day flawless. She was very communicative and knew exactly how I wanted everything set up. She really goes above and beyond to make the day everything you want it to be. I was very happy with all of her help and support! You can’t go wrong with SWOON!

A Gifted Wedding Planner
Leanne is a powerhouse wedding planner. She is incredibly organized and detail-oriented (in a good way!). She anticipated a lot of our needs and was in constant contact with us when we reached out with follow-up questions. As promised, she coordinated independently with our vendors weeks in advance and made sure everyone was on the same page on the day-of. I felt comfortable, as a groom, to send vendors to her on our wedding day when little fires seemed to be springing up. There were pivots and adjustments made with her good sense that actually ended up saving us money.
Leanne is also someone who went above and beyond her written contract to make us feel comfortable and satisfied with the details of our wedding. At one point, she even offered to go to Michaels and pick up a photo-book for us (a detail we had overlooked). We also used one of her personal wedding props (from her wedding!) after she offered it to us.
In short, Leanne is one of those people who is a born planner, and we had a 110% positive experience with her from the very beginning.

Fantastic with the thoughtful touches
Swoon is does a wonderful job managing all of the details that go into producing a successful event. I would not have been able to think of or manage these details on my own—and they do it all with a smile! Planning any type of event, let alone a wedding, can be incredibly stressful, but working with Swoon makes it a smooth experience.
