I had the absolute pleasure of working with Archana to plan my big day this March 2020.

South Indian weddings are often hectic and have many events to plan and decorate for (mehndi, haldi ceremony, etc..), but I am thankful that Archana was knowledgeable, forthcoming and thoughtful in all her recommendations. Once we chose which color themes we liked, her team personally came to our house and decorated it for the house ceremonies. She also recommended a great cake place and got us a great deal with the owner.

She is promptly responsive to emails, had multiple phone calls with me as well as two in person meetings before the big day.
On the actual day she showed up BIG time, and largely, thanks to her expert coordination, nothing skipped a beat.
The wedding decorations were exactly as she had described them to be during the meetings, if not better.
She also made sure the wedding reception flowed smoothly, by making sure guests were engaged the whole time, and also called guests for dinner and photos by table number to avoid crowding anywhere. She also added a "Reception itinerary card" with our couple photo in the back, for every table, which we did not even request her for. She went above and beyond. All in all, cannot recommend her team enough. Worth every penny.

We got excellent service from the team during my daughter's wedding. They have wonderful ideas and execution while respecting the budget. What we got over 4 events across 2 days was tremendous coordination, artistic execution and professionalism. All in all, they went well over and above our expectations. Strongly recommend.

Akrisha events planned my wedding in Feb ‘22. I found them on yelp. Archana was very responsive from the start. Of all the good things that she did, the best one was that she was able to match our budget. Our wedding was postponed twice and Archana was always very accommodating. Once the date was finalised, she only had 3 weeks to plan the whole thing and she pulled it off remarkably. Everything from henna artist, makeup artists, caterers, photographers and decor was arranged by her and all of them did a fabulous job! She also came to our house and decorated it on her own to give it a “wedding feel" which was really sweet of her. She was very invested in our wedding and was always available to answer our questions. On the day of the wedding, she coordinated with our guests and made sure everyone was comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience working with her and I’m glad we got to know her!

Archana has been a god send for us when we were scouting for an event planner for our wedding. She was so creative with her designs and helpful with managing all our wedding events with high professionalism and made our special day a grand success. We would like to also mention that Archana made our Wedding in USA look like it was performed in India (all guests felt the same way). Our daughter's wedding, which was originally planned for June 2020 in India was impacted by the Corona virus. We had no option but to have the wedding performed in Livermore, CA.

We were keen on having a traditional South Indian wedding. She understood our requirements quickly, shared plans, video clips of her bodies of work and was quite flexible on the financials. After the first meeting we never felt the need to look further. Her energy, her team and the ecosystem of vendors that she has, meant that Akrisha Events was a one-stop shop for us.

The execution of the events was done in an excellent fashion. Whatever was assured to us, was done in a timely manner. The wedding went off very well and on behalf of the parents of the bride and bridegroom, we are very thankful to Archana and her excellent team for contributing so vastly to the success.

We reached out to Archana to plan our wedding a couple of months prior to our wedding date. Right from the get go Archana came across as an extremely friendly and go-to personality and we felt a sigh of relief that we had involved the right person for the job. Archana is very meticulous with the planning and took care of all the details. She has multiple vendor contacts in the Bay Area which allowed us to really explore and plan our wedding in the way we wanted it to be.

Although there were a couple of hiccups such as venue closures / shutdown due to Covid guideline changes in Alameda County which led us to replan the event atleast 3 times, Archana was there throughout and exhibited patience. She handled the event with extreme professionalism and also ensured that our event was following all the Covid mandates/guidelines which were in place in the County.

We hired Archana 2 weeks before our wedding and she did a fabulous job in a short time. Without her help, the day would not have been as perfect as it was. She is the best!

Archana has gifted flair for designing and decorating wedding stages, delivering perfect ambience based on your requirements and venue. We have used her services for my brothers wedding in August, 2020. She has delivered a plan that following city’s guidelines for social gatherings. Everyone who visited had great appreciation for the decoration for this event.
