Zena Events was recommended by many friends and it was one of the best decisions we made. From the first time we met, Christina was very thoughtful and asked about our vision, any themes, the vibe we are going for, and traditions that need to be part our day. She recommended many great and talented vendors that we also hired. Christina worked with them from our first call all the way through our wedding day making sure everything agreed upon was considered and included. She helped with many extra details I was looking to add and executed them better than I was invisioning.
All of the effort and Work Christina put into the planning turned out to be nothing compared to what she put in the wedding day! Christina was with us from the early start of the day, making sure every last detail was taken care of. Christina and her team took care of everything that day!! And I mean everything!! Making sure vendors were on time, where they should set up, making sure the bridal party was hydrated and comfortable, responding to any last minutes hiccups and making sure everything ran perfectly!! Christina and her team are literal angels. Wedding planning can be such a difficult and crazy process but having Zena Events help me out was such a blessing. We originally had another wedding coordinator and had to fire her one month before our wedding. We found Christina, and she immediately stepped in and provided the peace we were looking for as our big day was approaching. Christina was BEYOND amazing. For having one month only to catch up and prep, Christina handled everything so gracefully and did not give us any doubts or hesitations. As we were hammering down final details, she was involved, troubleshooted, and advocated for our wants/needs when the odds were not in our favor (with our venue specifically). The week leading up to the wedding Christina, handled all last minute wedding details, showed up to our dress rehearsal, even worked all day/night the day before our wedding and smiled the whole time. Christina did not make any of the hiccups during the wedding noticeable and pivoted when needed. Christina has many years of experience with weddings, especially large ethnic (arab) weddings and we wish we had found her when we were first planning our wedding. Please do yourself a favor in an already chaotic time and hire Christina as your wedding planner! :)

Christina is an amazing event planner!! She helped me organize all the vendors for my wedding and made sure our wedding day went smoothly! Christina also planned our wedding rehearsal and helped make sure everyone in the bridal party and groomsmen knew where to go and when. She was so sweet and kind and we are so thankful she was our wedding planner!

Christina was God sent. We wouldn’t have known what to do without her and she went above and beyond to realize our dream wedding.

Christina was more than just our wedding planner. She felt like a friend that truly wanted us to enjoy our special day and make our vision a reality. She was very attentive to all the details and organized. She was very professional yet personable. Leading up to the wedding, she was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. She lifted a weight off our shoulders so that we can enjoy our day. We felt like she was just as excited for us as our closest family and friends.

Christina came highly recommended by my cousin and his new wife back in April, and so I knew I had to snag her up for my July wedding. I chose to do Day of Coordination with her since the bigger parts of the wedding day were done, and I can’t even come close to thanking her enough for being my go-to that day. From the moment I woke up for hair and makeup, I was already stressed and anxious, wanting the big day to go perfectly. The second Christina walked into the hotel room, I felt like I could breathe, and she was the only one that was able to make me feel relaxed. She was the main contact for every one of my vendors, and she somehow was able to be at three places at once. The months leading up to the wedding, I felt nervous about things going wrong; however because of Christina, everything happened without any incident or hiccup. In fact, every family member and friend that attended the wedding were impressed at just how smooth the day went, and said that it was the best wedding they’ve been to. I owe everything to her for making my every dream come true! She seriously will make your big day a success and better than you could have dreamed!

I wish I could click even more positives for Christina! She was absolutely incredible! I had been handling the planning myself up until a month before the wedding when I started feeling I would need help to be able to actually enjoy my wedding day. Christina helped take over the communication with all my vendors. She helped me fill in all the gaps I had in service! She helped me through a particularly difficult situation with a vendor I had chosen before meeting her. FYI ask Christina for suggestions she has incredible people working with her! She managed the day beautifully I got to enjoy the entire day without worrying about anything! She is such a joy to work with and her assistant and the banquet captain she pulled in last minute were the best! They worked so hard to make the day perfect! Christina helped coordinate a very quick and impressive flipping of our ceremony space to reception setup. She did this without the caterer (which normally a caterer would help set tables with glassware, silver and such). We provided her with some assistants as well as her own and they worked some serious magic to make the transition smooth! The setup was beautiful! She had the best little touches around the site! (The desert table and welcome table were so sweet!) When the night wound down, she had already had everyone clean out trash and rentals so we could keep on partying!! I can't say enough good things about Christina! Everyone loved her!! Hire her!
