She immediately led the charge to make sure the venue honored our contract, advocating for us every step of the way. Throughout the entire planning process, she went above and beyond, always having our backs and fighting for us when needed. Her dedication and attention to detail kept everything running smoothly, handling every challenge flawlessly. I simply cannot recommend Kristen & her team at Sugar Rush Events enough. I initially reached out to Kristen about 13 months out from my wedding date, and from there she made the entire process SO smooth. I have so many friends who got married around the same time as me who would complain about vendors, finalizing details, etc. and I could never contribute to the conversation because Kristen made everything so easy for me. Here are a few key things (among many) that I really valued in working with Kristen: - She was EXTREMELY responsive via email. I never had to follow up with her, she was so on top of everything. - She was very kind anytime I had questions, even the smallest of things that felt silly to ask, she made me feel so comfortable - She really listened to me and what I wanted, unlike other planners that I had initial conversations with, Kristen really just wanted to make the wedding day exactly what I wanted it to be without pushing any other agendas. She balanced giving her expert advice and letting us do things the way we wanted to do them so seamlessly - She was an actual angel on the wedding day. I had the most relaxed wedding weekend because I was in such good hands, I never heard a peep from any vendors because Kristen had everything under control. My wedding party went out of their way after the wedding to comment to us about how kind and wonderful Kristen was to them on the wedding day - we've all been in a wedding before where there is someone super stressed out and snippy in charge and that totally changes the energy, but Kristen could not have been kinder to everyone and it really set the tone for the day! - Just overall, the wedding turned out perfectly. We got so many compliments on all of the little details and how much attention to detail went into the day and making the overall event as fun and enjoyable as possible not only for the guests, but for me and my husband too. I'll miss working with Kristen so much, and will be highly encouraging my siblings and friends to work with her when it's time for their special days!

Working with Erin was our first and best wedding planning decision! She has such a fun, easy-going personality *and* is extremely organized and detail oriented. Working with her was a total blast. Our wedding was a big production and we couldn’t have done it without her expertise. We loved our venue, Solage, which Erin put on our radar through the (very fun) venue tours she planned for us. She made everything feel easy, from managing all the contact with vendors, providing excellent recommendations in every category, making sure every detail was perfect! She handled things I wouldn’t have known how to start (rentals, lighting choices), and she guided me in all the right directions. Wedding planning has its own language and I felt so grateful I had Erin from start to finish. The weekend of the wedding went SO smoothly and I knew Erin had a total handle on everything. Everyone loved Erin personally, from our family/friends who met her, to the vendor/venue teams who told us we had the Napa “dream team” with her at the helm! It was clear that everyone loves working with Erin, and I’m sure that contributed to our weekend being such a success. None of my friends/family could believe how relaxed I was leading up to the wedding, and it’s because I felt like I had the best planner. That feeling — knowing everything would run smoothly and that I could just focus on enjoying the celebration — was priceless! You should want a planner who: - you will enjoy spending time with - you can trust with your feelings and dynamics - has an eye for design - Is extremely reliable and conscientious for deadlines, contracts, and details - Is a great communicator - Has great relationships and a great reputation in the wedding industry & that planner is Erin!!

Hiring Courtney was easily the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. “Above and beyond” does not begin to cover Courtney’s level of service, care, and thoughtfulness. Throughout the months we worked together, Courtney always made us feel like a priority, though she was no doubt juggling so much. On our wedding day, every detail we worked on was executed flawlessly, and we were truly able to breathe and be present because we knew Courtney had it all under control. We got many compliments from our guests on how smooth and relaxed the day felt, and that is a testament to Courtney’s incredibly hard work. I would also note that Courtney was completely respectful of our budget and priorities. She puts in the time to learn what is important to you, and keeps that in mind as she offers excellent, candid advice. Courtney also went out of her way to save us money in ways we simply would not have thought of on our own. A final note to anyone on the fence about hiring a coordinator: Do it! (Specifically, Courtney!) I consider myself a fairly organized and detail-oriented person, so I wasn’t sure that I needed a coordinator. But I now believe that the more organized you are, the more you appreciate and value a partner at (or, in Courtney’s case, way above) your level. Weddings are truly their own category of event, and there is no substitute for a coordinator’s guidance and experience—especially someone as amazing as Courtney!

I want to start of by saying that I am truly glad I made the decision to go with Maricel as our planner. My wedding day was perfect and went by smoothly without any issues. Maricel truly took the stress off of me and my family, so all we were focused on was having an amazing time with our loved ones. Neither I or my family did one thing on my wedding day, which truly allowed us to be relaxed without constantly worry about so many details. Maricel and her husband were there before anyone arrived and helped set up everything beautifully! We just told her the vision we had for the day and she executed it amazingly! I feel as though she went above and beyond and had every detail thought out which is something I wouldn’t have been able to do, or if I did, I would have been stressed and probably forgot about some details. If you are on the fence about hiring Maricel, don’t be! Just trust me and do it. It’s worth it 1000%. To Maricel, thank you so much for being awesome, I’m so glad we had you for our special day.

We are forever grateful for AnnaMarie of AR Weddings N Events. She is both our hero and our angel. Our daughter and her now husband (both developmentally delayed) had a special dream—they wanted a Disney Frozen fairytale wedding. I called AR Weddings N Events one evening around 8:30 PM and AnnaMarie answered – first try! From this first call, I knew in my heart that I found the most amazing wedding coordinator. AnnaMarie is responsive, punctual, resourceful, flexible, kind, and compassionate. And of great importance, she is calm and creates calmness around her. I was clueless in terms of what is needed for a seamless and successful wedding, and AnnaMarie proceeded to explain all of the moving pieces in a wedding puzzle. Her vendors are amazing too — DJ, flowers, photography, videography, and “Date Of”coordinators—all extremely professional, kind, and caring. AnnaMarie helped with every imaginable detail: color coordination, decor, rentals, dinner service, balloons, photo backdrop, and more. She helped us with a wedding timeline that made sense and kept the guests happy and entertained. She also helped with cleanup and made sure we got our full venue deposit back. On the day of the wedding, any time I thought of something and instinctively started to do it (I’m a mother!!), one of her coordinators would swiftly intercept me and say, “I’ve got this,” and send me back to enjoy our guests. She and her team took care of EVERYTHING—all with smiles, compassion, and warmth. The wedding was magical and beautiful—so many guests said they were in AWE and that our wedding was one of the best (if not THE BEST) wedding they’ve ever attended. Thank you AnnaMarie and the entire AR Weddings N Events family for making our very special daughter’s Disney Frozen dream wedding come true—down to the last snowflake! We love you! 💕❄️

Hiring Taylor was the single best decision we made for our wedding. She is a true powerhouse—and also one of the most thoughtful, grounding, and supportive people you could hope to have by your side during such a meaningful moment. Our wedding was fully outdoors at the Los Altos History Museum, and the week of the wedding brought a very real rain forecast. Taylor went above and beyond, creating five separate backup plans and walking us through each one with compassion, clarity, and decisive guidance. She helped us feel prepared, confident, and completely supported—never overwhelmed. Taylor deeply understood our vision and values and ensured every detail reflected who we are. Multiple guests described our wedding as feeling like “a big hug” and an intimate dinner party, despite having close to 100 guests—exactly what we hoped for. The day itself was seamless. We were early for every scheduled moment, which made the entire experience feel calm and joyful rather than rushed or stressful. Taylor truly made the day feel effortless for us. We couldn’t have executed this wedding without her, and we genuinely hope to stay connected with Taylor beyond the wedding. She made it perfect—and it was truly the best day of our lives.
