Working with Erin was our first and best wedding planning decision! She has such a fun, easy-going personality *and* is extremely organized and detail oriented. Working with her was a total blast. Our wedding was a big production and we couldn’t have done it without her expertise. We loved our venue, Solage, which Erin put on our radar through the (very fun) venue tours she planned for us. She made everything feel easy, from managing all the contact with vendors, providing excellent recommendations in every category, making sure every detail was perfect! She handled things I wouldn’t have known how to start (rentals, lighting choices), and she guided me in all the right directions. Wedding planning has its own language and I felt so grateful I had Erin from start to finish. The weekend of the wedding went SO smoothly and I knew Erin had a total handle on everything.

Everyone loved Erin personally, from our family/friends who met her, to the vendor/venue teams who told us we had the Napa “dream team” with her at the helm! It was clear that everyone loves working with Erin, and I’m sure that contributed to our weekend being such a success.

None of my friends/family could believe how relaxed I was leading up to the wedding, and it’s because I felt like I had the best planner. That feeling — knowing everything would run smoothly and that I could just focus on enjoying the celebration — was priceless!

Erin is honestly the BEST! We decided to hire a wedding planner to help us plan our intimate backyard wedding. I knew she was exactly who we needed after just our first call. To be honest I did not really have a vision of what I wanted our wedding to look like, but Erin was able to take bits and pieces of what I described, and she created our perfect wedding! Planning a wedding during Covid was challenging; but with her knowledge and expertise, Erin guided us through every step. We were able to host a safe and beautiful wedding! When people say, “trust the process” they really mean “trust Erin”. She is such a professional and a wonderful person. I look forward to working with her for any future event planning again!

Erin was AMAZING. She was everything I needed and wanted in a wedding planner. Her eye for design is impeccable and I trusted her completely in making my day perfect. She exceeded my expectations!! We almost had no power for our wedding and she was SO responsive and helpful with solving every problem that came our way. Love her!

There is no way to describe Erin other than the ABSOLUTE BEST!! My husband and I got married at Vintage House in Yountville, but were planning our wedding from New York and we could not have pulled it off to perfection without her. Erin truly understood my vision and aesthetic from our very first phone call and did an amazing job of recommending vendors that were both high quality and within our budget. She was available via phone, email or in person whenever we needed her and was super responsive throughout the entire planning process. During our wedding weekend, Erin was a dream. Half of our wedding party arrived late to our rehearsal on Friday afternoon, but was Erin stressed? Nope! She was waiting for us with arms wide open and a bottle of our favorite champagne from our menu tasting. On the day of, she was available for anything we needed whether it was a safe place to store my veil or a much needed glass of wine. Beyond that, Erin is just a truly wonderful person to be around and a very calming presence during a planning process that can be quite stressful at times! We plan to see Erin the next time we're in the Napa Valley area to celebrate our anniversary. As my husband says... "Erin is the best wedding planner in the realm!"

Where do I even start?!?!? Erin literally MADE our wedding. We couldn't have been happier to have her. We hired Erin as our month of coordinator but her services extended far past that. She met with us prior to the start of our month of, offered up vendors whenever we asked for them, and answered any questions we had throughout the course of our planning. She was organized, professional, and easy to get along with. The month of my wedding I was so calm and was able to just enjoy every moment as Erin handled EVERYTHING. The day of rehearsal and wedding Erin made sure everything ran smoothly and fixed any bump that came along. We had multiple people approach us throughout our reception to tell us how impressed they were with her, we cannot thank her or recommend her enough.

Working with Erin was the absolute best! She was our day-of coordinator and florist for our wedding 3 months ago in Napa Valley. We can’t thank her enough for being so easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We remember meeting for our onsite meeting a month prior to our wedding and knocking out detail after detail with Erin’s guidance. We left knowing our day-of timeline, and a to-do/to-decide list for the remaining weeks. So good! Come wedding day, Erin and her assistant Brittany worked seamlessly with our vendors and assisting friends to make the day perfect. They went above and beyond with behind-the-scenes work and coordination allowed us to enjoy ourselves and guests. Erin was our florist/floral designer too, which was also a highlight! We talked about floral vision well in advance of the wedding--which she made super-easy—then details in the month before. We just provided our basic vision and let Erin lead on details - everything turned out gorgeous! All throughout, we appreciated Erin’s flexibility, expertise, and excitement. It took off so much weight off our shoulders just knowing we were in good hands with Erin and her team. Even months out after our wedding, we’re beaming with gratitude for having Erin on our special day — thank you, Erin!

It is hard to put into words how fabulous Laura and Garrett's wedding was... I know, in large part, due to the AMAZING Brittney Torrey! Her outgoing personality made us a great connection from the first time we met. Brittney answered every questions (some even before I had a chance to ask!) in a prompt manner and always made me feel better (even after our planner at the site was let go just weeks before the wedding!). Brittney anticipated every move the night of the wedding and handled any bumps along the road so that I could truly enjoy the wedding. As a wedding planner myself, I planned everything down to the smallest detail but had no idea that Brittney could make our vision come to life as beautifully as she did. The wedding is being called THE WEDDING OF THE YEAR by our friends and family. I look forward to working with Brittney and Events by Erin again and would encourage anyone to use them... They're a perfect TEN!

Your Event by Erin was absolutely incredible to work with. From day one, Erin was responsive, detailed, thoughtful, and so helpful with ideas. Your Event by Erin did our day of coordination plus our table linens and the decor for our Sonoma wedding. She communicated so quickly and effectively with all the vendors leading up to the wedding, everyone knew exactly what to do and came ready and prepared. I didn't get to the venue myself until the other guests did just because I knew Erin would have it all handled perfectly and she did. Everything looked gorgeous. She was able to take our vague ideas on linens and decor and turn them into an amazing design. Throughout the night, Erin and her team were on top of everything and so helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed to take with us loaded and ready to go so we could just head out at the end of the night. Thank you, Your Event by Erin, for making our big day everything we could have hoped for!

One of the best decisions we made for our big day was hiring a day of coordinator, specifically Brittney! She took charge and handled EVERYTHING so that our only focus was on getting married and having a great time!

Brittney worked with us the month prior to ensure that everything (vendor communication, timeline, etc) was lined up seamlessly. When the day was finally here, Brittney directed the event/ day so that it was exactly how I imagined it would be. Every small little detail was considered and I never once had to deal with vendors or miscellaneous concerns. I had full confidence in Brittney and she handled everything from set up, ceremony/reception execution and take down. My husband and I were 100% able to focus on having fun, spending time with family and celebrating our love.

Also, at one point I was considering doing all of the flowers on my own, but I quickly realized it would be a much larger job than expected. Brittney said she’d be able to take care of those....and oh my gosh am I happy she did. We briefly chatted about a few colors and types of flowers I would prefer, and the flowers she delivered were above and beyond PERFECT. I could not have imagined something better.

Our day was absolutely perfect and I know it’s largely due to Brittney. She was so patient with me (and my emails/ questions) during the lead up, and she really understood our wants/ needs so the day was as beautiful as we dreamed it would be. I can’t say enough about how thrilled we are with Brittney and how thankful we are to have had her as our coordinator for the big day!
