Karen is an absolute angel!!! I contacted her after all the stress of planning the perfect day brought me to tears, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. She completely took over about 2 months prior to my wedding day, to the point where I literally worried about nothing. Nope. Not one thing. She would give me her opinion on things she thought I needed (thank god). I thought I had it all taken care of ... I most certainly did not. As a pretty indecisive bride (all I cared about was marrying my now husband ... Not the production of this wedding) my favorite thing that Karen would do, is she would give me my two options (whatever they were) or the third option, she would ask, "do you want me to decide for you"... Nine out of ten times I would let her decide for me. I trusted her whole heartedly. Once you meet her, and see how adorable she is, and well put together, she will bring that same aspect to your wedding. My wedding was FLAWLESS. Her attention to detail, impeccable. I'm sure some snafu may have happened, but I didn't know. Everything was perfect and we had the best night of our lives and our guests, 6 months later, are still talking about what a fantastic time they had. It was the perfect wedding I never knew I wanted and it is all thanks to Karen.

Once we found an amazing venue, we knew we needed a great planner - after interviewing the preferred planners for the venue and asking our network for any recommendations, Volare Events came to our attention through a referral. We had a few calls with Karen (from Volare Events) to talk about our vision and the venue. She knew this venue better than anyone else and was excited about our dream/vision for the wedding. Karen was inspired by our idea and able to work with the unique challenges we presented. Her attention to detail and willingness to support us was phenomenal. Volare was able to bring other great vendors for us to work with and collaborated with the vendors we chose separately. The Volare team listened closely to our wants/needs and kept us on schedule, as during the year of our wedding, we also had other major life events (including surgery and a relocation to another country). The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. It was so flawless we didn’t have to think or worry about a thing. This is exactly what you want to be able to count on in your wedding coordinator. Karen and Volare Events are top notch.

In seeking a Wedding Coordinator, we were not looking for a vendor, we were looking for a partner. Volare Events was not a vendor to us. Volare Events was our PARTNER in making it the best weekend of our lives.

Karen was a god send. Planning a wedding is so beyond stressful! We needed help with all aspects of our wedding from design to planning. Karen took charge and made our dreams a reality. Her taste is impeccable. She is quick to respond. She is there to listen to the crazy bride have a meltdown and make everything ok again. Not just ok, incredible! She knew where to cut back and where to spend extra. She is fantastic. I want to have another wedding just to use her again! Can't say enough about Karen and Volare Events!
