Karen is an absolute angel!!! I contacted her after all the stress of planning the perfect day brought me to tears, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. She completely took over about 2 months prior to my wedding day, to the point where I literally worried about nothing. Nope. Not one thing. She would give me her opinion on things she thought I needed (thank god). I thought I had it all taken care of ... I most certainly did not. As a pretty indecisive bride (all I cared about was marrying my now husband ... Not the production of this wedding) my favorite thing that Karen would do, is she would give me my two options (whatever they were) or the third option, she would ask, "do you want me to decide for you"... Nine out of ten times I would let her decide for me. I trusted her whole heartedly. Once you meet her, and see how adorable she is, and well put together, she will bring that same aspect to your wedding. My wedding was FLAWLESS. Her attention to detail, impeccable. I'm sure some snafu may have happened, but I didn't know. Everything was perfect and we had the best night of our lives and our guests, 6 months later, are still talking about what a fantastic time they had. It was the perfect wedding I never knew I wanted and it is all thanks to Karen.

Once we found an amazing venue, we knew we needed a great planner - after interviewing the preferred planners for the venue and asking our network for any recommendations, Volare Events came to our attention through a referral. We had a few calls with Karen (from Volare Events) to talk about our vision and the venue. She knew this venue better than anyone else and was excited about our dream/vision for the wedding. Karen was inspired by our idea and able to work with the unique challenges we presented. Her attention to detail and willingness to support us was phenomenal. Volare was able to bring other great vendors for us to work with and collaborated with the vendors we chose separately.
