Packages + Offerings

Planner / Coordinator

• Vendor sourcing for all needs included
  • Wedding venue, reception venue, florist, catering, bartending, photographer, videographer, bands, DJs, make up / hair artists, hotels, invitations, etc.
• Includes management of furniture and decor rentals
• Fee: $1,200+

Month / Day-Of-Coordinator

• Potentially assisting a Planner or a venue team
• Some vendor / rental sourcing included
  • Florist, catering, bartending, photographer, videographer, bands, DJs, make up / hair artists, hotels, etc.
• Fee: $1,000+

Additional staffing

• The Planner can help source additional event staff to help during the event, if desired.

Discounts

• 5% off in exchange for couples agreeing to share photos from the special day for the Planner’s website and promotions.

Process

• I’m available to meet virtually with Clients as often as they’d like leading up to the event!
• I’m happy to set up in-person meetings according to the Clients’ needs and the logistics of the event.
• Deposit and payment can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, check or cash based on preference.
