Trilogy Events

We leveraged Trilogy to help with a wedding reception party that occurred about a month and a half after we Eloped for 50 people. We selected the Finishing Touch package. This includes Qty 2 prep meetings. Ability to email any questions to the team, a pre-site visit, onsite support the day of the event, project planning inclusive of key milestones and helping to keep us on track with gentle nudges on tasks. Trilogy also provided recommended vendors. We selected a bakery from there list. We also added a 3rd meeting to our package. I’m a planner and wanted a little more verbal guidance. ;)

Trilogy can provide even more support to source vendors and manage contracts if you’d like.

Our event planner Emily was outstanding. She was very calm, detail oriented and saved the day to head off issues the day of our event. We decided to do our own flowers and she had great tips for us on flowers a fun activity, how much food to order, etc. Emily V. was an absolute lifesaver.

We really recommend a party planner. It allows you to reduce stress and enjoy the party.

If I ever have another event like this I will be contacting Trilogy for help again❤️🥂. I can’t say enough nice things about this company and Emily.

We found Trilogy Events online while planning a destination wedding from Georgia, and they made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. My husband and I wanted to get married in California, and Monica and Hayley executed our vision perfectly every step of the way.
They were incredibly diligent about following up with us, keeping us on track, and making sure we never missed a deadline. I'll be honest, my husband and I were slow to respond to emails more than once because of work, but Trilogy Events stepped up and handled so much without us even having to ask. That kind of initiative and grace under pressure is rare, and we truly appreciated it.
Our wedding day was held in Nestle Down Los Gatos, and it was absolutely everything we dreamed of and more. So many of our guests came up to us saying it was the most beautiful and perfectly executed wedding they had ever attended, and honestly, I felt the same way. If the rating scale went higher, I would give them 100 out of 10 without hesitation.

Haylie and Monica were the best decision we made for our wedding. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only are they warm and thoughtful, making the experience from planning to the actual day stress-free and smooth, they are meticulous and detail-oriented, thinking of everything you may need for your special day, and that’s coming from someone who is hyper type A. Communication was excellent with Haylie and Monica, they would never leave email or text longer than 1-2 days. They were extremely respectful of our budget, finding excellent vendors who were also equally as professional and did a wonderful job day of. They handled the logistics of speaking to vendors and reviewing contracts, which allowed us to have more time to consider design aspects, which they were also so helpful for. And on day of, I got to be fully present, not worrying about the coordination. I leave my wedding experience wanting to plan another one (which I don’t think many people can say), if I can do it again with Haylie and Monica. We had the best wedding weekend and we owe it to our fantastic wedding planners. They really were our best decision, and we can’t recommend them enough.

We cannot say enough good things about Trilogy Events. From the very first meeting to the last few minutes of our wedding day, we felt so taken care of. This team advocated for us throughout what can be a stressful time - from making sure we had transparency into our vendors, keeping us on track with our budget, making recommendations when we hit inevitable wedding planning roadbumps and beyond. We were consistently kept in the loop with any changes or updates and they made sure our voices were heard at every turn. Truly, we cannot recommend this team enough. We are SO grateful for them for helping us to plan and execute the wedding of our absolute dreams. Special mention to Monica who was onsite with us for the wedding weekend and made sure we were keeping to our timeline but enjoying ourselves and staying present throughout the day - and for keeping a drink in our hands on the dance floor all night! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planning team than Haylie and Monica! I really don’t have the right words to properly thank Monica and Haylie from Trilogy. We very foolishly thought it would be a good idea to move to a new state, buy a new home, start a new job, and plan a wedding at the same time. Oops! This led to a challenging few months when wedding planning often felt more stressful than fun.

We delayed writing this review because Haylie and Monica gave us such a worry-free send-off into our honeymoon that we were able to dive straight into starting our family—literally! (Yes, we’ve been a bit busy since!)

If you’re getting married, we can’t recommend Haylie, Monica, and Trilogy enough. They turned our dreams into reality, and the day surpassed everything we ever imagined. Our brother is proposing next month, and if he moves back to the Bay Area, there’s no doubt we'll make sure he chooses Trilogy to help out! We used Trilogy for our wedding day-of support. They went above and beyond in making sure every aspect of the day was planned and coordinated with all vendors. Despite getting some unexpected rain, Trilogy helped with last minute rearrangements to make our guests comfortable and deliver a special day. Only regret is not using them for planning from start to finish. They are lovely to work with and recommend to anyone!
