They were everywhere they needed to be — jumping in to handle any task, coordinating seamlessly with our vendors, and ensuring every detail was executed perfectly. Haylie and Monica were the best decision we made for our wedding. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only are they warm and thoughtful, making the experience from planning to the actual day stress-free and smooth, they are meticulous and detail-oriented, thinking of everything you may need for your special day, and that’s coming from someone who is hyper type A. Communication was excellent with Haylie and Monica, they would never leave email or text longer than 1-2 days. They were extremely respectful of our budget, finding excellent vendors who were also equally as professional and did a wonderful job day of. They handled the logistics of speaking to vendors and reviewing contracts, which allowed us to have more time to consider design aspects, which they were also so helpful for. And on day of, I got to be fully present, not worrying about the coordination. I leave my wedding experience wanting to plan another one (which I don’t think many people can say), if I can do it again with Haylie and Monica. We had the best wedding weekend and we owe it to our fantastic wedding planners. They really were our best decision, and we can’t recommend them enough.

We cannot say enough good things about Trilogy Events. From the very first meeting to the last few minutes of our wedding day, we felt so taken care of. We used Trilogy for our wedding day-of support. They went above and beyond in making sure every aspect of the day was planned and coordinated with all vendors. Despite getting some unexpected rain, Trilogy helped with last minute rearrangements to make our guests comfortable and deliver a special day. Monica and Haylie are truly exceptional human beings on top of being professional event planners. These two helped us from budget planning, to vendor management and contracts to flower arrangement the day of our Wedding! They kept us on track with timelines, while ensuring that the family pressures were minimized throughout the process. On the day of they coordinated our private first look, helped collect family for photography and subdued any challenges we faced with the weather. After our event was over, they did not tire, Monica and Haylie tracked down/directed where any personal decor was to be delivered, had a doggie-bag of our wedding cake packed for us and followed up with vendors. These two are creative problem solvers with attention to details and it was a pleasure to work with both partners through the entirety of the process. I would recommend Trilogy to anyone with a large event and hope to work with them in a different capacity in the future.
