Working with Haylie and Monica from Trilogy Event Planning was truly a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, they were incredibly organized and proactive, providing clear communication, detailed timelines, and thoughtful reminders that kept us feeling calm and confident leading up to our wedding. On the day of the event, Haylie and Monica went above and beyond. They were everywhere they needed to be — jumping in to handle any task, coordinating seamlessly with our vendors, and ensuring every detail was executed perfectly. Their professionalism, kindness, and ability to anticipate needs allowed my husband and me to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day. We are so grateful for their support and cannot recommend Trilogy Event Planning highly enough!

We are so glad that we hired 2 Friends Events to be our month-of coordinator for our wedding this October! Although it sounds cliche, we truly could not have done it without them. 2 Friends Events provided us with a list of reputable vendors for varying budgets, and even after hours of doing our own research, we wound up using almost exclusively the vendors on their list. They also provided us with budgeting tools, a planning checklist, a timeline, rental checklist, photoshoot list, and more! From the first call that we had, Jessica proved knowledgeable and passionate about helping us make our wedding everything that we wanted. She was friendly, communicated clearly, and asked us questions that we had no idea would need answering. As our date quickly approached, Jessica was quick to respond to anything that we threw at her, took care of the other vendor’s requested spreadsheets and timelines, and locked down an extremely detailed timeline for the day (down to 5 minutes!). She also guided us through our rehearsal the day before the wedding, and made the wedding day itself surprisingly stress free while keeping us on the prepared timeline by handling every detail and hiccup that came up - which I’m sure there were a few, even though we never heard about them! Throughout the entire process, Jessica and 2 Friends Events demonstrated spectacular attention to detail, planning skills, flexibility, and problem solving. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is dedicated, organized, responsive, and committed to making your event as perfect as possible, look no further. 2 Friends Events is what you need!

Linnae and her team went above and beyond our wedding expectations. We met with Linnae for a 2 hour consultation where she brought our decorating dreams to life. Their team covered all the details including the option to reuse pieces like our arch and ceremony candle clusters as part of our ceremony! They answered all my questions even before I could ask them. They are a team who put the bride and groom first and put us in absolute aww. Their accent pieces and all the final touches truly added to our wedding!

We hired Le Rêve Events to help us coordinate our 200+ guest wedding. Argelia was so clear in helping us understanding all of the minor details that went into planning a wedding (HINT: It's a lot!) She provided us with lots of different options and avenues to explore that were both traditional and unique to us. She kept us on track with all of the deadlines we needed to meet as the day approached. She was responsive and patient with us as we navigated our way to an incredible day. During rehearsal, she made sure all of the final details were in place and that the bridal party felt calm, cool, and collected (including our very wiggly flower girl and ring bearers). The day of, our family was so impressed and we were very happy with how everything turned out! We highly recommend her services!

Lili did our daughter's Sofreh Aghd. It was more of a work of art than just a pure Sofreh! She took the time to get to understand my daughter's taste of colors and the theme. She had some wonderful suggestions which were a great compliment to the tradition as well as the desires of the new generation. She was not only flexible but also a great team player, working closely with other vendors such as the florist and caterers in creating an amazing and impressive Sofreh that I have ever seen. It was one of the most captivating object for those who were not familiar with this great Persian tradition. We highly recommend her.

I manage events for work and knew that having a coordinator would be extremely important for our wedding day, so we could actually enjoy the day itself. Katherine was fantastic and always flexible and positive. It was great to work with her and have our dream wedding come true. Plus, we really limited our stress and now have such great memories of the whole process and day.

Miranda and her team were worth their weight in gold. We used them as month-of coordinators, but she also kept us on track in the 9 or so months along the way with a monthly check in call. She personally knew all the Tahoe vendors which was unbelievably helpful. She helped us think of every detail, but didn't have to think about anything the day of. Highly recommend!!

Mega because she was the sweetest person ever. She was very personable and her price was reasonable. Having Mega as our wedding coordinator was the best decision I made for the entire process. Mega was there to fill in the blanks when I forgot stuff. She sent "to-do" lists to make sure everything was accounted for. She was very responsive, answering emails within a few hours. She created a very detailed spreadsheet with the names all the vendors, the wedding party, the timeline, and things to do. She coordinated the rehearsal. She kept us on schedule and dealt with all the vendors on the wedding day. She even sent a reminder email AFTER the wedding of things I needed to return. We had a complicated wedding with the ceremony site separate from the reception site so it was a 16-hour affair. She set up all the finger foods and beverage containers for the ceremony. She knew exactly what I wanted for the reception decoration and made everything perfect. She didn't flinch when things didn't go as planned. She just fixed it as best as she could. On a side note: my husband was supposed to give a Thank You speech at the reception, but somehow it was missed. It was scheduled towards the end, and I know we were rushed since we were running behind with the table toast. Also, we were trying to make the cut-off time for the photographers and videographers. We didn't even realize the speech was missed until the next morning. If I were to do it again, I would have kept a personal copy of the timeline at the sweetheart table so we can remember it ourselves too. It was not a big deal :) All in all, Mega did a great job! We were so happy to have her. I was able to enjoy my wedding stress-free with the help of Mega's skills and talent. I knew I was in good hands. She was truly a lifesaver. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding coordinator.

Karen is an absolute gem, and it was a joy and a blessing to get to work with her for our June wedding. She came highly recommended by friends, and she proved to be an invaluable resource to us as we planned our big day. We chose Karen's month-to-day-of coordination service, and throughout the time we worked with her (not just in the month before!), she was in constant contact, providing valuable advice and support to us via email. My husband and I planned our Bay Area wedding from Kentucky, but Karen worked with us to ensure that the process was as simple and as convenient as possible. She took all of our disorganization and streamlined everything into a beautiful, stress-free day of celebration for ourselves and our families. She listened carefully to our ideas, kept us on schedule, encouraged us when we were feeling overwhelmed, and thought of and troubleshot every detail in advance. Karen has exceptional taste, incredible knowledge of the industry, and impeccable standards of professionalism. We were blown away by every vendor that she recommended, from our amazing caterer to our wonderful florist to our excellent DJ and our delightful photographer. The weekend of the wedding itself, Karen stage-managed everything seamlessly, quietly making sure that everyone and everything was in place at the right time. She helped us draft a wonderfully detailed itinerary ahead of time, taking care to build in generous buffer times to account for inevitable delays, and during the wedding day itself, she gently guided our families and everyone in the bridal party along. We didn't have to worry about a thing. All day, people kept telling us that we seemed remarkably calm for a bride and groom, and we had to tell them that it really was all thanks to Karen! Karen is kind, thoughtful, resourceful, efficient, and generous with her time, and she has a great gift and a passion for what she does. We loved working with her and would recommend her services in a heartbeat!

XI Wedding Space wedding manager is the best wedding planning manager! I especially like her ability to turn an ordinary place into an extraordinary wedding venue. She also plans the timeline very well and flexible to my last minute requests and changes. I really did not know what I would I do with XI Wedding Space's help. My wife and I had a fabulous wedding and all of the guests were impressed!
